I am the original owner of a 16 year old Acura RSX-S and the car had some rust damage on the rear fender. Most of the auto body shops I contacted to make the repair would not cut and weld in new metal to repair the damage or give me an estimate. LG Auto Body not only agreed to fix the problem but made the fender look like new for a very reasonable price. The paint is a perfect match, not easy to do on 16 year old paint. My entire experience with LG was excellent and I highly recommend them. Ed and everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and very professional. read more

Had a fender bender and decided to go here based on the great reviews. Can't say enough about the great service and quality. The price was reasonable, they gave me a ride to the metro, and when I picked up the car, I discovered they buffed out some preexisting scratches on my car AND vacuumed my car! Highly recommend this place. read more

This body shop "ROCKS!" They are very reasonable, fair, nice, and very timely. I bring my car here all of the time for body work; can't stand dings, dents on my car. They remove them like magic. And, just a shot walk from the Huntington Metro station. They have a great attitude too! John read more

Wonderful experience at LG! Had some damage to my front bumper that I'd been putting off fixing forever. The owner, Luis, sat down and walked me through each line item for the charges. I feel like I got a really good deal and that they are very upfront and honest. He even offered me tips on how to sell my car and where to get it detailed. All of his staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Thanks again, guys! I'm sending you all of my friends. read more

These guys are good. They did quality body repair work on the rear bumper of my 2020 Honda Civic. The work is guaranteed for the life of the car and their charge was just 60% of the amount estimated by two other repair shops. read more

After getting the best quote for body damage after taking my car to 3 different places, LG Auto Body became my go-to body shop. Over the last few years, they have taken care of car issues for us, both big and small. They fixed hit and run damage to our car, recent parking garage damage, as well as painting a piece of trim we bought online to replace an existing piece that had cracked under pressure during one of our colder winters-it matched perfectly. Ed at the front desk has been helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly during each and every interaction as he guided me through the process each time. Roxana on the phone has also been nothing short of professional and knowledgeable. It's a great help to have folks who know what they're doing to facilitate the process. They do terrific work in a surprising amount of time. It is always a pleasure to do business with them! read more

Luis (LG) and his staff are doing a great job with both auto body work performed and customer service. I was a walk-in customer and stopped by his shop for a simple bumper repair. LG made time for this job without charge. :-) I will return and recommend his shop to others. read more

Words cannot express how thankful I am for coming to LG Auto Body! They are the gold standard for OUTSTANDING customer service! Everyone at the shop was so helpful and friendly, but I have to give special thanks to Ed. Ed was so professional from beginning til end. He has a high level of integrity and it's clear he is very experienced in the field. He helped me with everything, including dealing with the car insurance company. The process was seamless. Once I got my estimate from the insurance company, I dropped my car off on a Monday evening. I asked Ed if he could have my car ready by the end of the week, if possible. He assured me that it shouldn't be a problem. He kept his word and got my car back to me that Saturday. He called me multiple times throughout the week to give me updates on my car. When I picked up my car, I was blown away at how amazing it looked. It looked even better than it did before the damage was done! They even topped things off by giving my car a long overdue wash. The world would be a much better place if more places had their high level of customer service and professionalism. If I ever have any car damage in future, I will be coming here without a doubt. They have a loyal customer for life. read more

I highly recommend LG Auto Body for their professionalism, quality of work and great customer service. I've been taking my convertible to LG for paint repair and custom add-ons since shortly after I bought it in 2012. The color on my car is a metallic and not easy to match, but Luis and his crew always get it right. They give accurate estimates, deliver on-time and are very careful of every detail. read more

I can't rave enough about this great company. I was in an accident a couple weeks ago when the temp dropped down to 19 degrees. How lucky was I to drive over a patch of black ice (not my fault by the way) during am rush hour traffic? Having crazy anxiety and just not knowing what to two weeks before christmas I began yelping. I saw the great reviews already for LG and decided to give them a call. From helping me get my car to their shop, to giving me realistic estimates, to giving me a ride to pick up my car, and to having it done before Christmas.. :) I just can't stop saying how grateful I am for them and how MUCH I appreciate everything they've done. I highly recommend them! Ask for Ed! read more

Unfortunately, I've been here twice now. They make the experience as painless as possible. Friendly service that keeps you updated on the repairs, and great workmanship. Upon picking up your vehicle, you'd never know it previously had any damage. If I ever need any body work in the future, it'll require no thought, I'll confidently bring it back here. read more

LG came in at 1/3 less than a competitor who said they had to replace an entire panel. LG did excellent work.

My Mazda5 had a crushed right rear bumper because I slammed it into our driveway's stone border while distracted (kids!!!). Anyway the insurance was not going to cover it and I explained that to Luis at LG. No problem - he gave me the "cheap" option and the "expensive" option and both were very reasonable. Went with the higher option and left with a pristine car and a smile on my face. Also 2 years ago I had to replace the bumper on someone else's dime who ran into my parked car and LG had the lowest estimate of out 3 auto body repair shops in the immediate Silver Spring area. Consistently good quality at very reasonable rates and everyone I have dealt with is professional and courteous. Highly recommend!! read more

Great customer service! Very courteous and respectful which is sometimes rare for a woman to find at an auto body or any car repair shop. They made me feel very comfortable. The repair work they did to my car was awesome. Also got some airbrushing done on my hood and the art work was flawless. I will def be taking my car back to get some more work done in the future. read more

LG did a fantastic job on my car. Everything looks as good as new. As good? I received clear, polite, and helpful information and updates along the way. Luis and the rest of the team at LG did a great job. If I need work again, I'll definitely be going back to LG Autobody. read more

LG Auto Body went above and beyond--exceeding my expectations on a repair after someone bumped into my car. They worked directly with the other driver's insurance company to secure additional payment after the initial low-ball estimate. And then they did the repair, exceeding what was in the insurance company's estimate. They also did some other work on the car that I had been wanting to do for a while, not related to the collision, at a reasonable cost. The work was high quality. When they were done, everything looked like new and the car was cleaned, inside and out. I would definitely go back if I needed anything else done on the car. read more

These guys are amazing. I have a new model BMW x5 which was devilishly hard to get parts for. Luis, the owner, was awesome in dealing w my insurance and the BMW dealer to get parts. They are über honest and hella nice. Highly recommend them. read more

I have never written a Yelp review before but my experience with LG Auto Body was just amazingly good. Starting with the estimate from Chris Romero and continuing through the process when I picked up the car, everyone was very professional, very nice and very competent. The work which included a good deal of cosmetic body work was excellent. My six year old Acura TL looks almost new. The price was fair and they did precisely what they said they would do in the timeframe they promised. They go the extra mile and run and great business. This is the first time that a body shop has earned my loyalty. They are just really nice people who do a great job. read more

I concur with other customers, LG Auto Body Rockville is the absolutely the Best and provide top notch customer service! I was referred to the shop by my mechanic and I am so glad they worked on my car. I can't rave enough about them, they really care about their customers. I worked with Joe mostly. Joe is very polite, knowledgeable and definitely have the customer's best interest. He really looked out for me, explained everything in detail, saved me money on parts when necessary, at the same time still buying quality parts. He was really patient, as I had many, many questions, and he took the time to answer all of my questions to ensure I was at ease. I have always taken my car to the collision center at the dealership and wished I had known about LG Auto a long time ago. Everyone at the shop is very nice and helpful. Luis and Rudy also assisted me. The guys here are honest, highly knowledgeable and the prices here are fair. They honestly go above and beyond with their customer service. They provided me with updates every step of the way. The finished product was beautiful...my car looked like new when they finished, the paint perfectly matched and they also cleaned my car inside out which was a plus! This is great place to take your car for body work. I highly recommend this LG Auto Body and definitely referring my friends and family. I really appreciate all that they did to assist me after my car was in an accident. They made the process easy during a really stressful time. Thank you for a job well done. read more

I damaged the plate molding on my brand new Hyundai Elantra with a deep dent and went in to LG for an estimate. Luis, the guy who helped me, was pretty great and gave me a discount. I dropped my car off on Wednesday and picked it up on Thursday. Not only was it completely gone it was as if it was never there. They even lightly detailed my car which was very thoughtful. I'm super happy and LG comes highly recommended. - NB read more

I used LG Auto Body when my daughter's car was involved in a hit and run. (We're guessing by a garbage truck with the amount of damage that was done). Thanks to LG Auto Body the car looks great and was done in time for my daughter to school; and service was very professional. read more

LG Auto Body did a great job with our car's repairs. Luis was from the start, knowledgeable and clear about what the work would include and the costs of different elements. They finished with work in the time estimated, and, this was the real kicker... they cleaned the car, inside and out, filled a low tire, and fixed our electronic key which had been on the fritz. What outstanding customer service! read more

We recently received an estimate from LG and decided, based on other Yelp reviews, to have them make the repairs. We couldn't be more pleased. LG provided an accurate estimate, kept us informed as to their progress in making the repairs, and our car looks brand new. LG staff also are super friendly, which makes doing business with them a pleasure. We do hope, however, not to go back (!) but if the need arises, we wouldn't hesitate to use their service. read more

I unfortunately had an accident and my vehicle needs some repairs. As an avid Yelper I looked and found this place. While I have not used their services yet (insurance dragging their feet) I visited their location and was met by a gentleman at the front desk who was extremely helpful! 6 stars if I could! I've been to LG 2 times and the work has been fast and impeccable each time. You hate to have to take your vehicle in for body repairs but if you must, go to LG. I compared prices at other shops and they were competitive. But what I think puts LG above the rest is their customer service. I took in my car without an appointment after I noticed scratches on the rear passenger side. Without an appointment, Luis said they would accommodate me and he told me it would be done within 2 days. It was done in 1 day and the car looked like it had just rolled out of the factory! They even give you rides around downtown Silver Spring, if needed. I cannot say enough positive praise for LG Autobody. read more

I can't say enough great things about this shop and their customer service. I can't say enough good things about this shop! I brought my car in for a front bumper repair estimate based on the great reviews this shop received. Luis, the Manager gave me two different options, and let me decide which one suited my needs. He was very courteous, professional, and very reasonable in price. I was so pleased with his estimate I did not seek another one. My car was repaired the day after the part arrived and I am very satisfied with the result! I would definitely recommend this shop!! read more

First off, the place is clean as a doctor's office. Second, the receptionist is really nice and the guys running the shop go over everything and listen to want you want.
