From the minute I took my car in for an estimate on a Saturday morning, the customer service was empecable. The estimators were not working so the young lady who was there took pictures of the area that needed work and said she would pass the info onto the estimators and someone would be contacting me with an estimate. I am thinking someone will contact me Monday which was no problem. In less than 30 minutes I receive a call from Serge with a complete estimate and letting me know he would be emailing me the estimate he quoted me. I must tell you that the quote was less than I thought it would be. So doing my due diligence I go to a couple more auto body shops to get estimates. Of those two places no one contacted me with an estimate. I guess they didn't need or want my business. I reach out to C&D to discuss getting the work done. In speaking with Serge, we agreed upon when to bring my car in and when to expect to pick it up. I only had to pay a $100 deposit. I dropped my car off at the predetermined time and it was ready when they said it would be!!! Upon discussing the care of a cars paint job with Serge I remembered a few scratches that I had forgotten to get an estimate for when I originally brought the car in for the estimate. Serge took a look at the scratches and said let him see if his team could just buff them out and if not then he would give me an estimate for that work. So I bring the vehicle back the following week to see if they could remove the scratches by buffing them out. And like magic they did and at no cost to me. Now that is what I consider EXCELLENT customer service. Serge provided me with tips to protect my car paint for the life of the car. I am truly grateful to Serge and the team at C & D Auto. I dropped my car off on November 28 for minor front bumper repairs. Instead of timely, professional service, I was given months of excuses, delays, and misinformation. I went to the shop multiple times to check on my vehicle and repeatedly asked to speak with the manager. Each time, I was told the manager was not available. I later discovered that the manager had been sitting behind the front desk for over 30 minutes while I was asking to speak with him. That level of dishonesty and disrespect is unacceptable. When I finally got my car back on January 24, it was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. While the vehicle was in their possession, my windows suddenly stopped working. I paid them to fix the issue, but now the windows roll up with a loud, violent thud. My brakes now make a loud clunking noise every time I brake, a problem that did not exist before they worked on my car. And to top it off, the very bumper they were supposed to repair is now loose and cracked. C&D Auto Body did not just fail to fix my vehicle, they damaged it, wasted months of my time, and showed zero accountability. This shop demonstrates a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and quality workmanship. I ended up here because my insurance, Geico, works with them. Felt good about that. So grateful they made my appt with Car Source Collision. Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Matt was pretty awesome throughout the entire process; nice, professional while explaining the process, providing estimated repair time, etc. The mechanics did a great job, my truck looked exactly like it did before the accident. Actually, it looked even better in and out, because they detailed my car too! Loved that! The insurance covered all the repairs but I would definitely use use this shop again, even if I had to pay out of pocket.

This resulted in a partially destroyed caliper = another costly repair once labor was included, not to mention being broken down on the side of an Alabama byway. The Check Engine light remedy? "There are a lot of codes - we can't fix it all, but it is just small things... you should be fine" is the response they gave us, and they sent us away with the Check Engine light on. We really needed work done on this car before a trip. We used them because of their good reviews, and on top of the shoddy work, it was as if they did not want our business in the first place when they did not want to help with the Check Engine light issues. I brought my jeep into Gili's with some front end damage, Orna made a great impression from the start and was straightforward with the whole process I'd needed to go through with my insurance to getting it into the garage. Upon dropping my car off I was made clear of a timeline and the process my car would be undergoing, whether it was adjustment, ordering more parts, insurance related things, the whole lot. I was kept in the loop everytime my insurance was involved, I was told what parts were being ordered, when they were expected to arrive and what was going on. I was not left in the dark and felt part of the entire process. That's something I'm not used to when dealing with garages and it was a breath of fresh air. I just picked my jeep up this morning (it was finished a day ahead of when they originally expected) and I'm blown away with everything. The car looks amazing, runs better, and is squeaky clean! As someone who does a lot of my own vehicle upkeep I'm always terrified when dealing with garages for fear of being ripped off or given the run around, and my car means a lot to me.
