Although, the damage didn't seem significant at first, it added up after everything was completed but that would have been the case at any other shop. After leaving my truck for repairs, the rental car company provided pick up from the shop. Unfortunately, I left my wallet at the shop (with lots of important info/cash/several credit cards) and Matt, personally delivered it to my location within minutes. So grateful he did that! Please read this review if you have wheel/rim damage to your car and have been on the fence about getting it repaired. Here is my full experience with this shop which exceeded my expecations. 1. After getting some curb rash on my Audi wheels, I called a few rim repair shops with some pricey quotes. I found Car Source and talked to Matt who asked for a photo and promptly gave me a quote that was way better than all other shops were asking. Matt was also able to have my car worked on the very next day. 2. I arrived at the shop it is super clean and comfortable for someone like myself who was waiting for the work to be completed. From the time I walked in and filled out a short paper with my info, I looked outside and my car was already gone and in the garage being worked on. This speaks volumes to how efficient this place is. I was given an estimated time of work to be around 2 hours however my tire was done in less than 1 hour. (This will likely vary depending on the damage) 3. Did the lower price affect the outcome/quality of service? Spoiler alert: it did not. When Matt showed me the fixed wheel, I honestly can't find where the damage was to begin with...That is how good Matt and his team are at their craft. TLDR: Great communication, repairs done well and very close to initial estimates. Would recommend and will use them in the future should I need them. In January, a deer jumped in front of my 2023 Acura MDX. Fortunately, the airbag didn't deploy and I wasn't injured. The grill, hood and radiator was damaged. Matthew worked with my insurer, GEICO, and took care of everything. He was a pleasure to work with and provided pictures demonstrating the progress of the repairs. Starting with check-in process and leaving my car at the shop, Mr. Andrew was right there, providing service with a smile, very knowledgeable, very professional and very friendly. He made the whole process very easy. He even went out of his way to order me an uber to take me home! Two new doors had to be ordered. Once they came in, everything happened pretty quickly. My man Matt, who was once again the person who responded to my quotes request on Yelp, did a fantastic job at keeping me informed and updated on what was happening and the timeline associated with it. Matt even texted me pix and vid clips of the car from when it was in the shop, to when the 2 new doors were installed and finally after the car came out of the paint job. I am stunned by the positive reviews here. My sone scraped the side of our car against a parked car in a parking lot. The speed of the collision was between 0 and 5 miles per hour, scraping the rear door and slightly onto the side panel. I drove 30 minutes to Car Source Colllision Center based on the good reviews. Strike one. I said I was paying myself and was not even sure whether it needed to be fixed or what needed to be fixed, so I asked if I could get an itemized estimate. "No." So I had to decide what repairs to get before even knowing what it cost. Strike two. The guy looked at the car and took photos. He said it could be in the neighborhood of $4,000 and asked if I still wanted an estimate. I said yes. He was off by over 50%, meaning that he does not know his job. Strike three. After owning my car for 13 years, it badly needed a refresh. Pollen, dirt, small scratches and nicks from months and years of neglect. Yelp brought me to Car Source where I submitted a request for an estimate. I heard back from Matt (the business owner) in 5 minutes. In 2 hours I had an estimate for repairs and decided to pay a visit to the shop on my way home for a closer look. Car was dropped off the following morning, and not only was the estimate on the lower end of the range, but I was able to do more than originally expected because of that. I requested quotes on Yelp to get rid of some curb burn. CSCC was one of the few to actually respond with competitive prices if they responded at all. I could tell this guy wanted my business because he acted like it. This is increasingly rare in today's crowded auto body repair industry which is recession proof.
