Reza was clear with the whole process. When he said no warrant that should have been the red flag, but I didn't think it would be an issue. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERES A WARRANT BEFORE ANY WORK GETS DONE ON YOUR CAR. He applied my rear windshield and it looked good and he even said it was good. I paid the guy and a 3 hours later I come back the car is just caved in. It wasn't a robbery because who tries rob a car through the back. I also doubt anything hit it because the only above my car was a little tree. Anyways I called the guy back as soon as it happened and he said that maybe something feel on or it was robbed but I looked everywhere nothing feel on it. He reminded me that there was no warranty for it so I knew that I wasn't getting my money back. I think it was faulty glass personally. $500 down the drain I suggest you take your chances with a place that has a warrant for their work. read more

Reza was pleasant, fast, and effective. Quick response, accurate quote, and worked with our schedule. Would highly recommend.

I requested a free quote on my cracked windshield. Reza replied to my request communicating with me via his iPhone to mine iPhone. He gave me the two options I requested either paying out of pocket -or using my car insurance and just paying my car deductible and my car insurance pays the remaining balance of everything that is involved. He stated my car insurance with State Farm is amazing as he seen other customers with higher deductible than $200. Reza took the time and efforts to researched based on his inquiries for my insurance policy number and we had a 3 way conference call with State Farm to file my new claim for this unexpected cracked windshield cause by last October 20, 2025 from our stormy windy weather which a tree branch fell on my windshield overnight when I discovered this the next morning commuting to my seasonal job. After Reza gathered all his paperwork and figured out the cost to me was broken down as total amount windshield, labor, and fixing the camera calibrations come out to $1,173. I pay $200 State Farm car Insurance pays about $973 Reza even volunteered to offer me an additional $50 discount. Therefore, my deductible decrease from $200 to $150 which is amazing and affordable. I shopped around with 10 other companies and prices are extremely higher as Reza's rivals only provided the customer's free quote w/out insurance and not including the ****fixing the camera calibrations*** which were extra fees. Overall, I've been in communication with Reza, the Proprietor of Auto Glass Experts. He said my windshield glass was ordered this morning and he will circle back tomorrow 2.4.26 on the status. I volunteer to give him an exceptional write review based on my customer experience here. Auto Glass Experts met up to their outstanding customer service satisfying my request, quality, and value so I don't break my bank account. Reza help me resolved my windshield issue. Do shop around the DMV area other customers reading my review, cause I shopped around for you already. Just go to Reza/Auto Glass Experts. Reza is the best in the DMV area. He even accommodates based on your work schedule as he;s mobile to go to your home or office to complete the work task. read more

Ray was AWESOME and I simply cannot recommend him more. My car was broken into yesterday around 7pm, window shattered, glass everywhere.. I gave him a call and he was able to come by today by 11am. Yes, you heard that right- he came TO ME! It took him 30-45 min to swap out the window and it looks great. He was really easy to schedule and communicate with, such a pleasant guy! Thanks again Ray! You saved me and my poor Toyota rav4 before all the rain hits this weekend!! read more

Great and quick service. Raza knows the work well and he is an expert in evaluating and fixing the work.

I highly recommend Auto Glass Experts! I called in the morning for a chip repair and they arrived in less than three hours. He was extremely professional and explained everything he was going to do. It took only 15 minutes and looks great now. The cost was less than other quotes I received in the area as well. read more

Don't make the mistake of giving them your money! I had a small chip in my windshield. Called them, made an appointment, guy showed up to repair my windshield. A few hours later, I noticed that there was a crack growing on my windshield, originating from the original chip. As these guys claim that all their work has a lifetime warranty, I gave them a call and told them about the crack. They said they'd send someone first thing the next day. So far, everything seemed ok. No one ever showed up to come take a look at the crack. I kept trying to reach someone at this business to find out what was going on, but kept getting the runaround of "we'll call you back once we figure out what happened," or my calls just went straight to voicemail. Eventually, it took me filing a dispute with my credit card company before I got a serious response from someone at this company. In the meantime, there were now multiple cracks that had spread across my entire windshield, which ended up needing to be replaced. Their solution to this issue, which they caused in the first place, was to try to sell me one of their replacement windshields. No discount on the windshield or the cost of replacement. I ended up taking my car to the dealership to get a new windshield, as there was no way I would allow these guys to con me out of more money. So there's one of two things that probably happened here. They messed up the repair and didn't want to own up to their lifetime warranty, or they mess up these repairs on purpose so that they can charge for more repairs and services down the road. Either way, their business practices are really shady. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. tl;dr Shady business practices, lifetime warranty on all their services is a lie. read more

Reza was very nice and responsible to messages via Yelp. My husband's driver window randomly shattered and he reached out to this company day of. Reza replied and provided a excellent quote and came out later that afternoon. He replaced the window in our driveway with his gear and cleaned everything up along the way. Totally recommend! read more

Simply amazing & so helpful ! Really friendly service & super professional highly recommend !

I had a long crack on my windshield and was able to get a 9am appointment on a weekend. They were professional and completed the job in an hour and 15 minutes. They did a good job and I was very happy with the price and the work that they have completed. I subtracted a start because I was expecting to get a receipt/invoice. But when I asked for one they handed me a business card instead. I would have felt more comfortable with the details of the work and how much it cost laid out. Also, they told me that they would call 30 minutes before they arrived but instead called me when they were already at my house. Luckily my phone was close by otherwise I would have slept right through it. All in all, they did a pretty good job for the good price. read more

Reza was the best. Once he arrived at my house the whole process took about an hour. Could not have been happier.

Reza was timely with his responses. He was efficient in the repair and made sure to go over any specific details with me afterwards. Completely satisfied with the results and I would definitely recommend him moving forward! read more

Prompt. Came out on an emergency basis after I called around 6pm. Efficient. Got the work done in less than an hour. Quality. Several months later, no issues with the windshield, looks perfect. read more

#nevahold #nevauseautoglassexperts in Gaithersburg! The tech who did our install 3 times just hung up on me when I called questioning his workmanship. There should not even be ONE STAR here! They have cost me over $700 out-of-pocket so far and now the locking mechanism on the rear lift gate is jammed with a glass shard - Honda will charge $100s more to repair that! What a frustrating episode and costly glass replacement! Besides, the 2 guys that answer the phone there have given me numerous names for themselves - Safe, Atje, Ray, etc... and they hesitate to say who they are when you call - seriously fishy stuff! Making report to BBB now as well. I just reported to BBB - they are not certified or registered, have 5 complaints against them and a "F" rating. I should have checked this before I ever used them! read more

My daughter's car was broken into in DC and we were desperate to get it repaired and replaced on the same day. My passenger front window was broken in a smash-and-grab two days ago; my insurance company sent me to Safelite but they couldn't get me in until next week. Auto Glass Experts got me in today, at $120 less than Safelite quoted me. Reza arrived to my address while storm clouds rolled in, under a severe thunderstorm warning that had the NOAA radio going off, and installed a brand-new window in under 10 minutes: finishing up just as rain started falling. Not only that, but he also vacuumed out the broken glass from my car floor that I hadn't had a chance to get to yet. He went the extra mile and I'm so grateful. I will be recommending Reza & Auto Glass Experts to everyone in the area! read more

I am beyond impressed! I was driving on 270 and a dump truck kicked up a big rock that cracked my windshield in 3 spots. I only had the car for 6 months and was beyond upset. I called Auto Glass Experts and same day they came out and fixed the windshield! It's like it was never damaged! Highly recommend these guys! read more

I came home from vacation last night and saw my back windshield was smashed. I quickly sent Reza for a quote and within 19 minutes I had them scheduled to come to my office today for repair. Very shady business. Called them and they didn't pick up. Then got a call back and the guy kept insisting that I give him my location even though I offered to drive to their place of business. I told him I was close to their store and can meet him there but he kept insisting on coming out to meet me so he can charge $85 for repairing a quarter size crack. When I asked him why can't I just take my car to their store, he demanded to know the address of the store. How bizarre is that?! I said I found their business on Yelp and called him so how could he not know the address of his store. Not sure if the guy is the owner or an employee but he was acting very suspect and became rude when I offered to get my repair done at their business location. The conversation was going nowhere and he refused to do the repair if I don't give him my address. Scary! Stay away! read more

My windshield cracked right before taking a family vacation to North Carolina. Called Auto Glass Experts & they quoted me a very fair price. Scheduled an appointment for the next day. They came. Replaced the glass. Left everything perfect! read more

I called auto glass in the morning and I got an afternoon appointment where they came to me. Couldn't believe it. Reza showed up at my house, got the side window replaced in less than 30 min and it looks like nothing ever happened. Before calling auto glass I contacted Safelite which quoted me more than double the price I ended up paying. Based on the reviews I'm reading, that's a common theme (and safelite wanted me to bring the car to them then next day, for more money). Just go with the small, locally owned businesses. They seem to take pride in their work and rightfully so. Reza provided great service and was very professional and efficient. read more

Reza was fast and competitively priced. We had a crack that expanded and resulted in a windshield that needed to be replaced. I requested multiple quotes from Yelp. Reza got back to me first and ultimately was the best price. He came to me less than 3 hours later and completed the task. I was tempted to go through my insurance but the out of pocket price was less than half of the deductible. Thanks! read more

Reza and Company have done two jobs for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The first job was replacing a windshield on an 2018 A4. Their price was great, especially considering they used an OEM windshield. The other great thing is because it's OEM no calibration on the sensors was required which was big in my book. The second job was filling a crack in a 2016 Q5. Again, their price was great, and they had everything done in no more than 30 minutes. With both jobs, Reza and company were really professional. They gave me at least 30 minutes to an hour notice. The best thing I would say about them, is that they were really transparent about everything. They took the time to explain what would happen for each, any time considerations (especially with a new windshield) and issues or imperfections that might happen. I'd use them again if needed. read more

SO I HAVE NOT HEARD nothing from the so called owner at this point! i wanted to discuss this matter with them since Friday of the incident and the whole weekend they were not available. Reza and Kent did an amazing job. I had to get my boyfriend's windshield replaced and saw their great reviews. Also realized that we went to high school together! Reza gave me a nice quote and went above and beyond and installed a heated windshield instead of the regular one. Such an easy and smooth experience! Very impressed. These guys are the ultimate professionals. Quote was very reasonable (best comparatively in the area), very easy to communicate with the business owner over Yelp (very responsive), excellent availability and flexibility, incredibly friendly service (willing to share about the process of the repair and answer all my questions)... I can't thank them enough! Will definitely be recommending among my friends and family. read more

These guys are so professional. I had a small crack in my windshield. It had already been filled in once so I needed the whole thing replaced. They had the old windshield off and the new one on in 30 minutes and gave me clear instructions for my new windshield. Highly recommend! read more

Awesome experience with Ray. My insurance pushed me to Safelite but I found this small local family owned business a much better choice. Direct bill with my insurance. 24 hour turn around. Fair honest quick communication using text at my request. Job completed with quality within the original timeline quoted. I only communicated with one person from the first contact. Setting appointment, arranging insurance direct bill, securing the part, installation, completion and follow up instructions. Ray did it all. I can't really ask for more. Learned a good lesson on this one. When you shop local and you shop small you are not just a number! read more

We were set to move to another state in five days when one of our side windows in our SUV broke. Calling several of the auto glass companies in town, they all told us the replacement part was too rare to get in time for our move. Then we called Auto Glass Experts and were told they could get it in a couple days and even quoted a lower price than the others. They fit us in later in an evening, were quick and professional, and thanks to them, we will be able to move on time. Would highly recommend this company, it was a real pleasure to work with them read more
