Reza was clear with the whole process. When he said no warrant that should have been the red flag, but I didn't think it would be an issue. PLEASE MAKE SURE THERES A WARRANT BEFORE ANY WORK GETS DONE ON YOUR CAR. He applied my rear windshield and it looked good and he even said it was good. I paid the guy and a 3 hours later I come back the car is just caved in. It wasn't a robbery because who tries rob a car through the back. I also doubt anything hit it because the only above my car was a little tree. Anyways I called the guy back as soon as it happened and he said that maybe something feel on or it was robbed but I looked everywhere nothing feel on it. He reminded me that there was no warranty for it so I knew that I wasn't getting my money back. I think it was faulty glass personally. $500 down the drain I suggest you take your chances with a place that has a warrant for their work. read more

I requested a free quote on my cracked windshield. Reza replied to my request communicating with me via his iPhone to mine iPhone. He gave me the two options I requested either paying out of pocket -or using my car insurance and just paying my car deductible and my car insurance pays the remaining balance of everything that is involved. He stated my car insurance with State Farm is amazing as he seen other customers with higher deductible than $200. Reza took the time and efforts to researched based on his inquiries for my insurance policy number and we had a 3 way conference call with State Farm to file my new claim for this unexpected cracked windshield cause by last October 20, 2025 from our stormy windy weather which a tree branch fell on my windshield overnight when I discovered this the next morning commuting to my seasonal job. After Reza gathered all his paperwork and figured out the cost to me was broken down as total amount windshield, labor, and fixing the camera calibrations come out to $1,173. I pay $200 State Farm car Insurance pays about $973 Reza even volunteered to offer me an additional $50 discount. Therefore, my deductible decrease from $200 to $150 which is amazing and affordable. I shopped around with 10 other companies and prices are extremely higher as Reza's rivals only provided the customer's free quote w/out insurance and not including the ****fixing the camera calibrations*** which were extra fees. Overall, I've been in communication with Reza, the Proprietor of Auto Glass Experts. He said my windshield glass was ordered this morning and he will circle back tomorrow 2.4.26 on the status. Don't make the mistake of giving them your money! I had a small chip in my windshield. Called them, made an appointment, guy showed up to repair my windshield. A few hours later, I noticed that there was a crack growing on my windshield, originating from the original chip. As these guys claim that all their work has a lifetime warranty, I gave them a call and told them about the crack. They said they'd send someone first thing the next day. So far, everything seemed ok. No one ever showed up to come take a look at the crack. I kept trying to reach someone at this business to find out what was going on, but kept getting the runaround of "we'll call you back once we figure out what happened," or my calls just went straight to voicemail. Eventually, it took me filing a dispute with my credit card company before I got a serious response from someone at this company. In the meantime, there were now multiple cracks that had spread across my entire windshield, which ended up needing to be replaced. Their solution to this issue, which they caused in the first place, was to try to sell me one of their replacement windshields. No discount on the windshield or the cost of replacement. I ended up taking my car to the dealership to get a new windshield, as there was no way I would allow these guys to con me out of more money. So there's one of two things that probably happened here. They messed up the repair and didn't want to own up to their lifetime warranty, or they mess up these repairs on purpose so that they can charge for more repairs and services down the road. Either way, their business practices are really shady. I'd recommend taking your business elsewhere. tl;dr Shady business practices, lifetime warranty on all their services is a lie. read more

I had a long crack on my windshield and was able to get a 9am appointment on a weekend. They were professional and completed the job in an hour and 15 minutes. They did a good job and I was very happy with the price and the work that they have completed. I subtracted a start because I was expecting to get a receipt/invoice. But when I asked for one they handed me a business card instead. I would have felt more comfortable with the details of the work and how much it cost laid out. Also, they told me that they would call 30 minutes before they arrived but instead called me when they were already at my house. Luckily my phone was close by otherwise I would have slept right through it. All in all, they did a pretty good job for the good price. read more

They have cost me over $700 out-of-pocket so far and now the locking mechanism on the rear lift gate is jammed with a glass shard - Honda will charge $100s more to repair that! What a frustrating episode and costly glass replacement! Besides, the 2 guys that answer the phone there have given me numerous names for themselves - Safe, Atje, Ray, etc... and they hesitate to say who they are when you call - seriously fishy stuff! Making report to BBB now as well. I just reported to BBB - they are not certified or registered, have 5 complaints against them and a "F" rating. My passenger front window was broken in a smash-and-grab two days ago; my insurance company sent me to Safelite but they couldn't get me in until next week. Very shady business. Called them and they didn't pick up. Then got a call back and the guy kept insisting that I give him my location even though I offered to drive to their place of business. I told him I was close to their store and can meet him there but he kept insisting on coming out to meet me so he can charge $85 for repairing a quarter size crack. When I asked him why can't I just take my car to their store, he demanded to know the address of the store. How bizarre is that?! I said I found their business on Yelp and called him so how could he not know the address of his store. Not sure if the guy is the owner or an employee but he was acting very suspect and became rude when I offered to get my repair done at their business location. The conversation was going nowhere and he refused to do the repair if I don't give him my address. Scary! Stay away! read more

Reza and Company have done two jobs for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The first job was replacing a windshield on an 2018 A4. Their price was great, especially considering they used an OEM windshield. The other great thing is because it's OEM no calibration on the sensors was required which was big in my book. The second job was filling a crack in a 2016 Q5. Again, their price was great, and they had everything done in no more than 30 minutes. With both jobs, Reza and company were really professional. They gave me at least 30 minutes to an hour notice. The best thing I would say about them, is that they were really transparent about everything. They took the time to explain what would happen for each, any time considerations (especially with a new windshield) and issues or imperfections that might happen. These guys are so professional. I had a small crack in my windshield. It had already been filled in once so I needed the whole thing replaced. I set up a next day appointment via Yelp and they showed up right on time. When they rang my doorbell they had already set up they materials and were ready to work. I had water leaking in through the area of the rear view mirror of my Honda Civic, and decided to replace the front windshield since it already had a crack at the base of the front windshield. I explained the leak to the technician when they arrived, and he explained that the last front windshield installer used a knife to remove the glass, which cut through the paint down to the metal, which allowed rust to start, which caused the water leak. He said he would sand and prime the area of the rust, and this would stop the water leak for 5 to 7 years (until it rusts again). No extra charge for the sanding and priming the metal. They finished in about 30 minutes at my house. The front windshield looks good, and that stopped the water leak so far. $249 for everything. read more
