My backglass was taken out by a storm. Pro Guard beat the 4 other quotes for replacement by at least 20%. Installation took place with the time frame they told me, on the day I called. I had to take it to their shop for the work, but that's a small price to pay to get it done quickly and at a good price. They did initially install it slightly off center, which could cause damage later on... but they offered to re-install it correctly as soon as I could bring it down. I reached out for a windshield replacement and received a quote right away. Michael scheduled me for the following week so both the replacement and recalibration could be done at the same time. They give quotes online or over the phone and respond very fast. Both replacements were done on different days and both times they did the work the same day that I called for a price. I found Pro Guard on Yelp. They are about 30 minutes from where I live but the customer service, from the first message that I'd sent to them made me want to do business with them. They were very interactive and explained all of my options for windshield replacement and tint. This was not an insurance claim so it felt good to actually feel like my business was valued. I fist visited in 2019 and since I have purchased 2 more new cars and trusted them with them and they have delivered great customer care and a fine product each time. I contacted this business on a Friday night and they responded early Saturday morning. They were very responsive and I was able to have my windshield changed on Monday. I had a rock chip that grew into a larger crack so I called PG and they had a mobile repair done for me the next day! SafeLite wanted over a week and much more money. I noticed the glass was made in China instead of the German glass from my BMW but I think it's probably fine. I wish I could select a "0" star!!! Extremely poor customer service, zero management skills, and overall team control! According to Google, weekend business hours are 8 am to 3 pm. Arrived at the shop Saturday at 8:10 am. Attempted to open the business door and it was locked - no answer. Noticed a key box, placed my keys accordingly, and took off. After an hour or so, still no call from Pro Guard Auto Glass with any confirmation or acknowledgment that the job had begun. Thus, I had to reach out to the business to confirm my keys were found and that the work would start. Luis confirmed all is well and my car would be complete before 3 pm. Arrived back at Pro Guard ready to pick up my car and pay for the service $260 - $240 for front window replacement and $25 for wipers). Elias or Luis was at the front desk and had zero knowledge of how to operate the credit card machine. While patiently waiting for my transaction, I'm reviewing my invoice and realized the printed amount is incorrect - the price was less than what I should be paying. Faithfully, I spoke up and he was unsure what charge was accurate. I explained it should be $25 more because I received new windshield wipers. He went outside to confirm with the technician, a new invoice was printed and everything was paid for. Now, I walk out to my car and inspect the window (first mistake - I should have examined it before paying). I notice my inspection sticker is completely missing but my mileage sticker is present. Being in their industry, it should be COMMON KNOWLEDGE ANY sticker should be PROPERLY peeled off and stuck back on after the job is complete! While still in the parking lot, I notify immediately and one of the techs comes out to the car and hands me an entirely torn sticker and is almost chuckling. So, now I have to take time out of my day, set up an appointment, and repay for an inspection sticker that was perfectly fine before heading to this FRAUDULENT "business". Sure the initial service was cheaper - compared to reputable businesses in the area - but clearly in the long run it was not! read more

Pro Guard to the rescue! In March my car was broken into and Luis took me in as soon as I called. They were able to squeeze me in and had me in and out in no time. The price was great. The staff was polite. The work was excellent. So good in fact, that I booked my next job before I left that day (replacing the power motor in another window). Luis promptly ordered the part and we scheduled my appointment for the following week. My car literally busted into flames the day before my appointment (total loss). I felt so bad that he'd already secured the part and was apologetic about the whole ordeal. His wife was actually more concerned about me than the car and asked about ME! They were able to return the part and didn't make any fuss about it. I have no reservations about going back whenever I need them. I had to leave my car over night which I had no real issue with, they offered to even wait for me to go pick it up but I'm about 30-40 minutes away so i didn't want to be a bother. But I love the amount of work and detail they left my car looks better than with my previous tints. No sign of bubbles forming and they took their time with the job which is what i most happy about.
