Final straw was the lewd suggestion for "what else can I offer" towards the (labor fee for the other window installation) -via text after they left; I feel bullied & frazzled & have never received such a poor quality of service COMBINED with sexual obscenity; I've been researching & haven't found any proper business registration for them; they're riding around in (black work van with dark tints) what they call their "company vehicle" without logo nor proper ID for any commercial business; I wish there was a man with me when I first met them because I'm sure things would've gone MUCH DIFFERENTLY and I wouldn't have been gouged on price; at minimum, I'd have a receipt!!! I was quoted one price, and then, conveniently, the price increased afterward. If you give a customer a quote, you should stand behind it instead of changing the price and expecting the customer to just accept it. And then there's the manager, Grayson. His handling of the situation was beyond disappointing. He demonstrated zero accountability for his own incompetence and seemed more interested in avoiding responsibility than actually resolving the problem. That is not what I expect from someone in a management position. When I asked why I wasn't informed of the price increase prior, Grayson responded, "You didn't ask." Sir, why would I ask when I was already quoted a price? You should have integrity and be transparent. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful of my time and money. A manager should be able to take ownership when something goes wrong--not make excuses and pass the blame. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other places that will treat you with professionalism and respect. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would.
