10/10 highly recommended! Mr Tyrone was very prompt to respond to my request for a complete windshield replacement with calibration and was over 50% CHEAPER then Safelite as I was paying out of pocket!!!! Mr Tyrone did the work himself and was on time, efficient and provided great customer service! I saved his contact info in my phone to share with those who need similar services! read more

Well done!!! Expert installation done with a great deal of experience and with a lower price.

Tyronne runs a tight business. Quick on the communications, great prices, quality work. I was impressed and would highly recommend him.

The service in very professional and reliable. Auto glass repair and replacement was done in a quick time frame, and the quality of work was excellent. The staff was polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend for convenient mobile service. read more

Quick, professional, on time, and priced fairly for windshield replacement. Finished the job in one hour.

He was very punctual, nice conversation, and did a quick job! The pricing was perfect.

Nu Pro fixed my front windshield on my Toyota Highlander and later on my Acura TL for two separate cracks from kicked up rocks on the freeway or similar. He is very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure the glass would would work with the car's requirements-like rain sensor. Best price, came to my house , fastest response time and super friendly. What more can you ask for? No issues with the glass after many years. I'm a two time customer who strongly recommends Nu Pro. read more

Tyrone was excellent. He replaced a window for me 2 hours after I called. Quick, easy, and affordable.

It was immediately clear how Tyrone has such glowing reviews. He responded to me quickly and set up my appointment within a couple days. Tyrone called 30 minutes before he arrived. He is extremely personable and charismatic. Once he arrived he got straight to work. Everything was done quickly and efficiently - seamless. He gave me clear aftercare instructions and went on his way. I would recommend without any hesitation. Plus it's Black-owned, you cannot go wrong! read more

Echoing everyone else's reviews, Tyrone is wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a more seamless experience. I requested an appointment on a Thursday afternoon and our windshield was replaced by Friday afternoon. He provided clear instructions before and after. Highly recommend! read more

Dropping back in here to say that Tyrone remains awesome - I gave him a call in the morning about a broken window and had it replaced by lunchtime, all with great communication and attitude. Safelite quote was $350, Tyrone did the same for just under $200. read more

Tyrone is amazing! Helped me out today after my car got broken into. Responsive and efficient. Hands down the best!

All the 5 star reviews are spot on. I got a few quotes in the DC area to replace the back window of my car after it was broken. Not only was Nu Pro the least expensive, but Tyrone was able to come that very same day! It looks good as new and was a totally painless process. Highly recommend! read more

Tyrone provided a quick and punctual repair at a price half of what others were quoting. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I agree with the other glowing reviews of Nu Pro. Price is right, work is done well, easy to schedule. The only glitch was my fault - Tyrone set up a time he was going to show up, then I missed his call and got caught up with work. He showed up and waited a while, then left. The point is, when we talked later, instead of telling me to take a hike, which would have been understandable, he rescheduled me for a few hours later in the day and was totally friendly about me wasting his time earlier. Oh, and he was fixing a window that somebody had smashed in. There was still glass inside my car on the floor - which he vacuumed up! I totally recommend Nu Pro. read more

Tyrone was professional, punctual, efficient and gave the best price. He is clearly very experienced and did a great job replacing my windshield quickly (the day after I called). He came to me and it was a very easy experience after a tree branch fell and cracked my windshield after a storm. Thanks, Tyrone! read more

I was able to quickly schedule an appointment. Tyrone was very communicative regarding potential changes in the schedule given that my initial appointment was on a Sunday. I was able to get my windshield replaced earlier than anticipated and very quickly (less than 1 hour). He gave very clear instructions on what not to do during the couple of hours and up to 24 hours after the windshield replacement. All awesome GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! And SOOOO MUCH BETTER, in terms of service and pricing, than Safelite!!! read more

I was hunting for windshield replacement quotes and a friend recommended Nu Pro. This place had the cheapest quote and the best reviews, so it only made sense to go with them. I called Nu Pro to schedule a windshield replacement and Tyrone immediately tried to find an open timeslot the same day. We ended up scheduling something for 8:30 AM on Saturday, but I appreciate him trying to help me ASAP. Tyrone let me know when he was en route, came to my house on time, and fixed everything in 45 minutes! He even was able to keep my Bonnaroo camping sticker and transfer it to my new windshield :') Additionally, he also charged me the quote and didn't try to upsell anything. Tyrone is a man of his word and I respect that, especially considering how shady other car people can be. Hopefully I won't have another cracked windshield... but if I do, I'll be asking for Tyrone again! read more

Baseball people talk about "5 Tool" players, ones that have all the necessary skills to be an All-Star. Were there a similar term for Auto Glass replacement, they'd just use Tyrone's picture! 2 years ago I had the windshield replaced, so this was the second go round, and I was super fortunate to go with Nu-Pro after the previous guy bailed. Tyrone came out the day I called, and was extremely professional and friendly. When it turned out that the windshield he brought needed to be exchanged (due to the photos I sent him, and the previous guy using a slightly incorrect model) he went and got the new glass and came right back and returned to work. You could tell from the speed and deftness that Tyrone has seen this all before, and still has the superior attention to detail which is the hallmark of a true expert. Then the topper was that Ty was 40% less expensive than the guy 2 years ago who used the wrong glass and rigged it to work . read more

Just adding another 5 star review! Tyrone is extremely professional, accommodating, and by far the best price. I used Nu Pro when my car was broken into 3 years ago, and when it happened again this week, Nu Pro was my first call. Even though he was extremely busy, he still managed to squeeze me in and even arrived early! I hope I don't have a broken window again any time soon, but if I do, I'll definitely be going back to Nu Pro. read more

Fantastic service. Had my car window smashed and items stolen last night. I called Nu Pro they had an opening the same day and were at my house within about 2 hours. Window was fixed perfectly. Tyrone was very professional and had all the equipment on hand he could possibly need to get the job done despite it being a rainy day (even his dog Tyson!). If I ever need a window replaced again Nu Pro is who I will be calling. Had the window replaced on my 2007 Nissan Maxima. read more

Tyrone was able to get and replace my hard-to-find rear windshield and take care of the job the day after I called. He was on time and called ahead to let me know he was on his way to our appointment. A broken window is a pain, but this service made it about as painless as I could imagine. Surprisingly good price too. Highly recommend! read more

These guys are great - I would most definitely call Tyrone again for any glass repair I needed. Emailed them late Thursday night, got a price quote reply first thing Friday morning and scheduled an appointment the next day. Tyrone and his assistant Delano were very friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Even with chatting with me during the process, they replaced the windshield on my cargo van in less than an hour, and were happy to explain details of the process and how to take care of the new windshield over the next day while the glue is curing. As a contractor myself, I appreciate the kind of customer service, quality work and attention to detail that Tyrone provides. Top notch and a pleasure to talk to and work with. Great value and a price that definitely beats SafeLite without sacrificing quality. If you need auto glass repaired, look no further! 2006 Chevrolet Express 2500 Cargo Van read more

Awesome service! Highly recommend and they came to me! I would never choose anyone else to fix my window. 10/10!

The owner was very responsive and arrived early to my appointment. The customer service was excellent! I highly recommend this business.

I have used NuPro several times and in each instance I was thrilled with the work that was done. Install was professional and friendly along with the prices being fair. Given that broken windows are far from an expected hassle it is nice to be able to have the process at least be painless. If you need glass replacement this is the way to go! read more

Great customer service and easy to work with. Prompt in responding to calls and getting back to me. Will definitely use again

Believe all of the 5 star reviews! I needed my windshield replaced and called Nu Pro given all of the great reviews and the mobile service. The quote seemed reasonable so I didn't feel the need to shop around. My windshield was fixed right outside my house within 4 hours of making the initial call. Highly recommend! read more

If you need your auto glass replaced, this is the place to go. I've called other auto glass places in the DC Metro Area and Nu Pro actually quoted me less than all those places. Added Bonus: They come to where your car is so you don't have to drive your windowless car around. Service is quick. Call first, they ask you for your vehicle make/model, they come with the glass, in about 30 min, it's all done. and YES they do take credit cards. Give them a call, they'll take care of you, which is hard to say for any business these days. read more

I had the pleasure of some lowlife smashing my window out because they either were bored or just dumb and I needed a replacement as soon as possible. I called at 8 in the morning and Tyrone took my information and gave me several different two hour windows in the same day that they repair could be done. I choose the 1 to 3 block and was happy the work could be scheduled for the same day. About 30 minutes before he arrived, Shawn gave me a call and let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived he took my car key and got straight to work, first he opened my door panel and cleaned all the glass that fell into the door frame. I did not stay around and watch the entire job but after it was over, my window looked good as new and is working perfectly. He also vacuumed all the glass that was in my seat, under my seat and in the back floor before the job was completed. After the job was done, Shawn called me at let me know he was finished, gave me back my key, I paid the bill and moved on with the rest of my day. Love this place and hope I never have to use them again as it would mean my window was smashed again but if that does happen, I know I can get speedy, reliable and excellent work from a professional place and people. Great work! read more

My husband found Nu Pro Mobile Auto Glass here on yelp and I'm glad he did! Tyrone is the best! He contacted us back quickly and his quote was about $60 less than the phone calls I made. I can tell he's a pro in the business and knows his trade. He came on time and was done in a short time. I highly recommend them for your car glass replacement. read more

I had called a number of windshield replacement companies trying to get a good quote last week. After calling Nu Pro several times and leaving 2 voicemails (I tried hard considering it had 5 star yelp reviews and it seemed like they gave good deals), they finally responded after I gave them an initially negative review. Tyrone apologized since he was short staffed that week, and made up for it by doing a nice job replacing my windshield and offering me a very good deal. He was very timely in arriving and finished up pretty quickly while I watched. I do hope I don't have to see him again, but if I do have another sad encounter with large rocks hitting my windshield, I'll be calling Nu Pro up. read more

Incredible service. Highly, highly recommend- Tyrone did a wonderful job. It was quick, he was on time, he called ahead to let me know when he was on his way. He did a great job. He vacuumed up the glass on the inside and the outside of the car so it wouldn't mess with my tires. Also the price is EXTREMELY reasonable. By far one of the best service experiences I've had in DC. read more

I will never need to search Yelp for a "glass guy" again. Tyrone is the best. He knows his business inside and out, takes pride in his work, and is very communicative. Tyrone replaced the glass in my 2014 Ford Focus in May of 2015. read more

Amazingly fast service. Expertly done. Great staff. I awoke one morning to find that my car had been broken into and the thief had smashed my back right window. Very irritating. I thought I was in for a long day of finding a place to fix the window, going there, waiting for hours, and finally getting the window fixed. Instead, I went to Yelp, found out about Nu Pro, called them at 10 am, at 2:00 pm their van came to fix the window, at 2:20 pm they were all done-- all the broken window pieces were gone and I had a new window. The staff that took the call and the staff that fixed the window were all super professional!!! They get my highest rec and I wish I could give 6 stars because their services is superior!! read more

Convenient, excellent customer service, and a great price point! What more could you ask? A rock put a big crack in my front windshield and I put off getting it replaced because I anticipated the hassle of going to a garage and having to spend a lot of money. Having never had to deal with window replacement before, I turned to the Internet, and Yelp reviewers did me right by steering me to Tyrone. I called, he gave me a great quote, and we set an appointment at my home for the next day. He called me 15 minutes before to let me know he was heading over. Tyrone takes customer service very seriously, and it shows; he told me he's been in the auto glass business a long time and has seen how bad it can be. (He did not use the word "sleazy" but that's the word *I* would use!). The job was done and paid for in 50 minutes. Easy-peasy! This is the kind of small business it feels good to support, and I heartily recommend Nu-Pro to friends in the DC metro area. Thanks Yelpers, and thanks Tyrone! read more
