The tone was jovial and his fake anger appeared to be part of a regular dialogue between the two, but even that mock yelling was one-way, not a mutual "busting of chops". Sadly this behavior just reinforced the class divide that this particular racist manager (he may be the owner too?) thinks is okay to maintain with his employees. The admin/scheduler/office manager is also African-American and she heard the whole thing and said nothing. I guess these two black employees just have to 'grin and bear it' because they need the job? I recently moved to the area and wonder have I made a mistake relocating to Maryland...is flagrant racism tolerated in Glen Burnie? Hoping these two employees are able to find better work somewhere else ASAP. The window technician did a superb job on our windshield and the woman behind the counter was exceptional in her efficiency and customer service focus. Recommend you take your auto glass business elsewhere--plenty of shops in the area that are not run by racists.

Avoid this business at all costs !! I took my brand new 2025 Lucid to them and had a horrible…read moreservice experience. Initially I was quoted 2 days for the work to be completed. It turned out to be a full 9 days before I received the vehicle back. Upon inspection, I noted a few areas that appeared to be flawed with bubbles/ lines, etc. I was assured that this was a normal part of the curing process, and to allow a week or two for the film to adjust. About two days later, I noticed that the film was completely lifting off of the trunk of my vehicle. I was told that the tech didn't cut the piece long enough. I gave them back the vehicle for a second application of the PPF to the trunk area. They took another 4 days to have the film reapplied. Again, I received the vehicle back with imperfections that I was assured would adjust in the curing phase. On my follow up appointment, after the curing phase, an area on my trunk had not adjusted as I was advised it would and required yet another (3rd) application of the PPF. I took the vehicle back a third time, at which point they were also to apply the windshield protection film to the vehicle. I was promised a day, it took an additional two. On the day I was supposed to receive the vehicle back, I received a call advising me that during the 3rd application to the trunk they had lifted the paint off of my vehicle (they are not a body shop). Therefore the vehicle had to be towed to a body shop for painting. That took about 5-6 weeks. Once I received the vehicle from the body shop I was able to fully inspect the windshield film that was applied to the vehicle. Upon inspection I noticed the very same imperfections (bubbles, lines,etc) on the windshield. Some of these are in the actual field of vision for the driver and obscure the view. So now, this is another thing I will have to have redone. Overall, it just seems like really sloppy work. They claim to have 20+ years experience in the business, but I did not receive a level of service that reflected that at all. Don't believe me? Check out Google reviews. You'll see more of the same type of experiences. Beware !

When I reached out to speak with Wiley about it, he was very defensive and sent me a very long email rant denying doing the damage but asking for an estimate. The mirror cost $1600 to replace and who knows about the plastic in the cargo area. However, when I called all I wanted was acknowledgement and an apology. I knew he would resist paying and I didn't want to fight him over it. Sadly, I got neither. Unprofessional, poor service and ChatGPT written emails is all I received. Not good!

I will be back for them to redo my tint for me. My tint was originally done by micro edge. My sun strip was illegal pass ASI line my brake light was covered and that was illegal so they helped me with the brake light so I could just pass my repair order inspection. I used them before on a previous car but the tint on my car I have now was a gift so I did not choose micro edge. I used this shop when they were on Baltimore Annapolis Road. I will be back I absolutely loved the job they did on my previous car. The owner is great and staff nice and friendly.

I should have known better when their card machine "was broken" and took cash only. This place can't even get tint right. Today marked the 5th time I had to visit this hell hole. The first time there were bubbles EVERYWHERE on the windshield. The guy who installed it the first time reeked of weed and left my car windows filthy after putting the tint on. The second time I dropped my car off at 130 and it wasn't ready until 8pm. 6 hours for a tint job? They then tried to get me to "give them one more chance" to make it right. Shouldn't it have been done right the first time? Then I come in today and the front desk woman, although trying her best to be nice, struggled to put sentences together as if she was high. Beware the blonde! She was rude, aggressive, and tried to convince me tint takes 14 days to cure and bubbles could be there. Wouldn't even let me finish a sentence before tying to combat me and make excuses. Then tries to proceed to say my windshield must have been scratched before the tint. The car came off of a showroom and is brand new. What kind of business tries to BS their patrons? All this and all I wanted was a refund. Yet their owner is nowhere to be found, seemingly ever. All I received was excuse after excuse. And while I can sympathize with anyone going through personal issues, that's not my problem. You own a business, deal with it. Everyday isn't going to be perfect. Doesn't mean you provide less service to your customers. I literally had one of the women tell me "I'm not going to keep calling and bothering him." Lady, this is a business. You do whatever it takes to get your customers what they need. Don't waste your money here and don't let their fix-it ticket warranty entice you. They'll just screw up the tint anyway and make you come back 5 times and still not have a resolution to your problem.
