    Went to HP Racing, for window tint, based on the recommendation of a friend. I got the ceramic tint all the way around, and it turned out great! With two people in front of me, with no appointment, I was in and out in about 2 hours. There are a couple of places to eat nearby, and there's an area to watch TV if you choose. All in all, I'm satisfied with what I got for the price I paid.

    They've done multiple of my vehicles. My opinion they can be overpriced, but the quality you receive is excellent.

    They claimed they didn't have the cheaper price tent in my price range pushing me to get the highest brand.don't use them

    paid for a 3000 foot remote start and they gave a 1500 foot and won't fix it ripped me off

The car is with them for a full day and the owner (Mike) tells me that they turned the loudness up, which is a button on the stereo that does nothing. I was told that my car either does not have a sub woofer or it blew when they installed the system. They refused to repair it, they only offered to install a subwoofer for another price. They told me that bands was broken inside. That's why they wobble. Saying that it was nothing wrong with the wheels. he installed a quick start in my car that broke me down in the middle of the road and had to be towed from the police and he did not want to pay for it to be told that like someone want to get your car done.     DO NOT GO HERE - VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I've been a…read moreloyal customer of Absolute for years, always getting my tinting done here, but after my recent experience, I won't be returning. I just got a new car and called to make an appointment on Wednesday. They required a card on file for last-minute cancellations, which is fair. The prices have gone up due to inflation, which I understand--total cost was $600. My appointment was scheduled for Saturday. However, the next day (Thursday), I called back to ask about the type of tint they use, specifically if they offer ceramic tint and the brand they carry. After looking up the brand they provide, I realized it wasn't the quality I was looking for. I found another place with better quality tint at a better price. So, I called to cancel and asked if my card would be charged, giving more than 24 hours' notice. Here's where things went downhill: Me: "Hello, I have an appointment on Saturday, and I need to cancel." Absolute: "Okay." Hangs up abruptly I didn't realize they had hung up, so I kept talking: Me: "I guess you don't need my name? And will my card be charged? I gave over 24 hours' notice and just made the appointment yesterday." I then realized they hung up, so I called back. Me: "Hello, I'm not sure if I'm speaking to the same person as before." Absolute: "Yes, it's me." Me: "Oh, you hung up on me?" Absolute: Starts yelling "Yes, why would I sit here and talk to you when I'm not making any money? You wasted my time asking about the tint--20 minutes of me explaining things to you. I don't have to talk to you. I don't have to explain our tint to you." Me: "It wasn't 20 minutes, maybe 5. I just wanted to know what kind of tint was going on my car. For $600, I'd like to know what I'm paying for." Absolute: "I don't have to explain anything to you. I'm not getting your money, so what's the point? Don't call here again." Hangs up. It's clear to me that customer service means nothing to this place. If you can't treat your customers with respect and professionalism, your business isn't worth my time or money. For the record, I never had a problem here before, and I always recommended Absolute to others, heck, most of my family members bring their cars here, for more than just tint. The front desk staff was usually great. But this time, I can only assume I spoke to someone else--and based on their attitude, I won't be returning.
