My experience at LG Auto - from the customer service to the technical knowledge to the fine workmanship - was so positive and reassuring that it compelled me to post a review, which I rarely do. I had considerable damage to the front of my brand new 2020 Mazda, which needed repair and replacement of various parts including the hood, headlight, fender part, bumper, tire, etc. I had researched and called several shops in the area but ultimately felt most confident in LG after my initial conversation with the shop manager, Ed Murcia. He explained the entire process to me, from how they would assess damages, factors that could impact completion timeframe, and how they would coordinate with my insurance company and dealership to ensure a smooth process. Working with LG eliminated the anxiety of having been in an accident and not knowing what shop I could trust to work on a new car that I've had for only five months. Ed immediately arranged the car to be towed from my home to the dealership to get an initial realignment before beginning their assessment of the damages. Throughout the whole process, he maintained frequent communication with me, providing updates both verbally and via email, letting me know the status of my car and where we were in the process and answering all my questions. Communication was consistent, thorough, clear, and even technical details were explained in a way that a non-technical person can understand. I never had to wonder or worry about what was going on with my car. LG coordinated with my insurance company, advocating for what was best for the vehicle - replacement with new Mazda parts despite the insurance adjuster's attempt to use after market and old Mazda parts. The auto shop even graciously offered to cover the difference on one of the parts to ensure my car was properly restored to pre-accident condition. They also coordinated with the dealership staying on top of them to ensure the necessary callibration was done timely and that my car sensors were in working order. There was no gap in coordination or customer service even with the Thanksgiving holidays. I got my car back in perfect shape, looks brand new again, and the paint job is amazing. They restored my car but more importantly, my experience with LG restored my faith in true customer service. It was refreshing to actually trust things would be taken care of properly and with care, the shop manager was proactive, conscientious, and went above and beyond. read more

These guys are fantastic. Quick, honest, competent, and attentive. They gave me a reasonable quote and were upfront about possible complications - among other issues, I had a spot of concrete on my side panel that nobody has been able to get off. In the end, it cost exactly what they said it would, they were able to get everything done without any of the extras, and they did so faster than their estimated time. If you're looking for proficient, trustworthy repairs, this is the place for you. read more

LG Auto Body exceeded my expectations. I got into an accident and needed my bumper replaced, so I stopped by LG for an estimate. The staff there was SO courteous and professional, and even matched an estimate I'd gotten elsewhere since I knew I'd prefer to get the work done here based on my experience. They replaced my car bumper in such a short time period and with minimal inconvenience to my life. I was most amazed by the fact that they vacuumed the inside of my car which I was not expecting (and definitely needed). I'd strongly recommend getting your car taken care of here. read more

luis was awesome in explaining the process to get my work done. He talked to the insurance company got some extra money from them and fixed my Camaro perfectly. Highly recommended read more

Excellent service and the car looks good as new. Definitely will be back if I ever need a repair.

I must say that the previous yelp reviews helped me picked this company. Now that I've had a first hand experience with LG Auto Body I can see why they have so many great reviews. They are PROFESSIONAL, courteous, and always keep you updated throughout the repair process. The workmanship is seamless and they took good care of my car. This will be my go to repair shop if I am unfortunate enough to need them in the future. Job well done! read more

These folks are terrific. They're honest and good spirited and even though my 22 year old beater of a car just needed a new door, they searched until they found one that matched and came in exactly as they'd estimated. read more

When my auto needed a professional body shop to provide the repair I needed for my Nissan Rogue, I contacted a recommended shop to do the repairs. When they were unable to schedule me, I tried LG and was impressed by the response I received on the initial call. When I arrived, I was immediately taken by the professional and pleasant surroundings of their facility and waiting area. Eduardo, the Shop Manager, was especially personable and the repair work was completed in a reasonable time as predicted with labor costs extremely competitive to other shops where I unfortunately had other work accomplished in the past. I now have a new body shop for future needs and one which will recommend to close friends with no concern as to the outcome. I highly recommend you check out LG Auto Body before making any decision as to who to choose to take care of your damaged vehicle - for either small or large damage to body, drive or electronic components. You won't be disappointed. read more

These guys are terrific. Easy to work with, and eager to help. My previous trip to a mechanic left me doubting the whole profession; and so I kept putting off my latest repair, dreading how disappointing and frustrating I thought it was going to be. But this mechanic restored some of my faith in the industry. The whole process was painless, and I didn't walk away feeling as though I had been taken advantage of. Thanks alot guys. read more

Quality work for a reasonable rate. It shows their interest is in customer satisfaction and what's best for the car and owner and not just trying to rack up a large bill for customers. I checked with other body shops in the area and LG gave the best estimate. When it came time to pay for the work I actually paid slightly less than what was expected. I would recommend to anyone that want's reliable and efficient service. Also, the office manager (woman) is professional and courteous. read more

I shopped around quite a bit after my rear passenger door got in a fight with a cement pole in a parking garage. It looked pretty terrible and there was damage on both the outside and inside edge of the door. I took it to 3 places and they all said it needed a new skin, paint, blending of the paint on the front door and back panel and all gave me quotes in the $900 - $1200 range. The last place I stopped was LG and Luis looked at my door and said the whole door needed to be replaced. He told me other shops wanted to do the skin because they can tack on more billable hours than a simple replacement (which is true- all their quotes were for 8 or 9 hours) AND that according to Nissan, repairing the large dents compromises the safety of the door and that it should be replaced. His quote was the highest (but because of parts not labor) but I trusted him. It was done on time and it looks like new. Luis looks young, but he is one of the post professional auto guys I've ever encountered. You can tell that he cares about what he does and he wants to do quality work. I'll definitely come back here if I ever need auto body work again. read more

I'm familiar with cars and auto body work. LG Auto Body impressed the heck out of me. From the attention to detail during the estimate (Luis noticed things that the other shops missed), to their willingness to keep me informed during the process, this shop is a diamond in the rough. The cost was very reasonable and the quality of work was stellar. I hope I don't have to have more body work done anytime soon, but if I do, I won't hesitate to go back here! read more

The LG folks are fantastic. They are ethical, extremely competent, courteous, helpful, and thorough. They did a wonderful job with my car, which was a complicated case, involving insurance companies, and getting the right parts, etc. Through it all Luis kept up informed about what was happening and what each step would entail. I highly recommend this local business. read more

I have to write my first Yelp review because these guys are that good. Luis and team went above and beyond at every stage of our interactions with them. We were rear-ended on the beltway on the way to the airport and missed our flight. Because we're from Baltimore, we had to find a place to have our vehicle towed in unfamiliar terrain. Near the end of the day on Friday, I got lucky and called LG. Luis kept the shop open late to ensure our car wouldn't be left outside over the weekend. Over the next weeks, they delivered top notch service and kept me appraised of all progress and delays (our car was brand new and some parts had to be ordered from Japan). My only regret is that I don't live closer to these guys. Otherwise, they would be the only place I go from here on out and I'd make all my friends go to them as well. It may be a bit of a haul from Baltimore, but they could not have done a better job. read more

LG Auto Body is fantastic!!! They are fair, patient, accommodating, and a pleasure to deal with! I highly recommend this shop. If I need services in the future (I hope I don't!), I will come here without hesitation. read more

I chose this place to repair a deep gouge and rust based on the Yelp reviews and was not disappointed. Ed was communicative and helpful. They turned the job around when they said they would and for estimate. Car looks great! read more

Simply amazing service. I had a tough issue with a high-end Audi and Luis and his staff were simply amazing. They worked with me identify potential solutions and took care of it in a very short turn-around time. I highly recommend LG to anyone with any auto-body issue. Super quality job and for a lot less than you would pay at the dealer. 5 STARS!! read more

Our Honda kissed the pole in our parking garage. Luis and his team made the car look brand new for an amazing price --and they did it overnight! We got estimates from other places but decided to go here based on these wonderful yelp reviews and Luis' knowledge about what has to be done. While we hope we don't have to come back, we will if there's a next time! read more

LG did a fantastic job buffing out scratches off the hood of my Audi S5...the car shined so beautifully, it looked like glass! Lol I would totally recommend them and will become a repeat customer! read more

LG Auto is simply AMAZING. Look no further - you will get the best estimate and will be 100% satisfied with your service! LG fixed a broken side mirror and scratches on the side of our Prius due to hitting a pole in a parking garage. We first met Ed, who was courteous, knowledgeable, straightforward, and responsive throughout the process. He did an estimate on our car, with break down of each cost, including labor, with both factory and alternative options, to save us some cash. He also showed us another car that had the same work done on it, which actually helped convince us that we didn't need a blend done on our paint, and saved us over $200! The car was done the day he told us it would be (3 days) and when we picked it up, LG had even washed it for us! There were no surprises with the final bill and this went as smoothly as it could possibly go. We feel so lucky to know we can bring our car to LG when needed, and know that we will get a fair price and excellent work. Thank you! read more

They did a great job! I had Multiple places that needed repari. Prices were good, and they were wonderfully cooperative in meeting my time needs. They seem very invested in doing a good job and making sure that the customer is satisfied. Much better than the previous body shop in Bethesda that my insurance company uses who did not completely attach the front bumper they worked on. I appreciate that LG also follows up to make sure that I was satisfied with the job. read more

Have to agree with the other positive reviews -- these guys are great. Super customer service, reasonable prices and great work. Wow, I finally found an auto body shop I like and trust! read more

Probably the nicest staff you will meet anywhere. Roxanna is a sweetheart and Ed was knowledgeable and friendly. Just a good team. Estimate was comparable to anywhere else and you feel you can trust them. Would have given 5 stars but had to wait a half hour beyond my scheduled appointment while Ed and Roxanna worked out some billing issues. I was the only one in the small waiting area and felt they could have handled the paperwork issues after they took care of me. (My estimate took under 10 minutes and I needed to get back to work.) Also, parking seems very, very limited. Not sure if there are too many "accounting emergencies" bad enough to keep a customer waiting a half-hour, but that part of the experience was soon forgotten when I dealt with Ed and picked up on the fact that he's an honest hard working guy you can trust to take good care of your car. You know from the moment you shake his hand he's a good guy and as I said earlier, Roxanna is a dear. Can't go wrong with this shop. Oh, and a GREAT LCD screen in the waiting area to keep you entertained. Cozy shop, but very clean and not cramped. They deserve the ratings they get here on YELP. read more
