Don't take your SUV to Jeff Shaw's Collision Craft located on 3811 through 3809 E Monument St., Baltimore, MD 21205. The owner Jeff walked around my vehicle with me and pointed out any damage on it before I left it for repair. Upon my return to pick -up my vehicle, there was something broken interior that wasn't when I left it. I spoke with Jeff about it. He claims I did it. Jeff knowing fully well that he looked over my whole entire vehicle plus interior and my freshener wasn't broken. My freshener may have been broken while this company was cleaning inside my SUV. Jeff even complemented me on how clean I keep my SUV besides, I'm the only one who drives it. I'm very displeased with the morals, ethics and dishonesty of the company. Superlative experience with Jess at Collision Craft. I brought my 04 BMW M3 to him after being hit on the passenger side rear 1/4 panel, bumper and wheel/tire. Completely hands off experience for me, Jeff and his crew took care of all the rental car logistics, supplemental funding for when the work required went beyond the scope of the adjuster's estimate and received my car back within the quoted time frame. I don't usually write reviews but given the unprecedented level of service I received from Jeff Shaw I can't help but tell others about my experience. I actually heard about Jeff Shaw's body shop through an insurance agent that I know, who told me that Jeff's work is the best in the area. I was not disappointed. I have had body work done before and Jeff Shaw's Collision Craft sets a new bar. I would highly recommend having your repair done by Jeff and his team. In early 2019 I brought Jeff my 07 VW Passat that was damaged in an accident by someone making a left turn out of a bar parking lot. After initial disassembly, Jeff looked over the car with me and he took the time to explain the damage and how he would conduct the repair. While in his shop it impressed me to see how well kept and organized his equipment was. Jeff made exceptional efforts to keep the costs within my budget (this was an out of pocket repair because of the car's age) without sacrificing quality. Given my budget, most parts would have been aftermarket but Jeff was actually able to get me ALL OEM parts at aftermarket prices. He was even able to come in a good bit below my budget. My car is very dear to me so being the worry-wart that I am, I called periodically to check in on the repair and I was always met with a welcoming voice, Jeff and his wonderful staff never made me feel like I was hassling them. After my car was returned to me I can say that I was very impressed with the work Jeff and his team did. The panel gaps looked good and the paint looked great, it even looks like they disassembled some of the more intricate components and painted them individually to prevent overspray. Jeff even took care of some cosmetic issues on other areas of the car that were not part of the repair, at no cost to me. My repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and within the window that Jeff estimated which is always nice. As a side note, for those who complain about repairs taking longer than expected, just know that fixing broken things aren't always simple and depending on your vehicle some parts can be quite difficult to get a hold of especially if you have an uncommon and/or older vehicle. Just saying, sometimes delays are caused by circumstances that may be beyond a shop's control. Today I went back to Jeff's shop to address a new noise after I had an unpleasant experience at a tire shop. Within seconds of driving my car Jeff identified the problem and fifteen minutes later it was resolved, Jeff even took care of a rubber fitting that he noticed was out of place, all for no charge. TL;DR Overall my experience gives me the confidence to say that Jeff is a highly experienced professional and a master at his craft. I am glad to have done business with Jeff Shaw's Collision Craft and to have dealt with pleasant people who take pride in their work. Should you ever require a body shop and seek a quality repair, definitely give Jeff Shaw's place a look. read more

Not only were they able to repair, but they did the job while I waited. They were able to "buff" it out. The technician explained that the clear coat heats up a little and the very fine scratches that I put in were able to even out. Never use anything abrasive on your paint or clear coat. This is the only shop in town I trust with a BMW M6, and they did a spectacular job with our body repair. Car came out looking like new. Our Elantra had 22K miles when it was hit by a truck changing lanes. The adjuster said it was only a couple hundred dollars away from a total but recommended Jeff Shaw's. Best body shop in the Baltimore-Washington area. When I lived up north of Baltimore, I had the pleasure of whacking 2 deer at once in my 325i on the way to BWI Airport. Jeff made the car look like new. Months later, my wife was driving by Loch Raven Reservoir when a tree branch came down on the hood of her X3. Again, Jeff fixed it like new. He is both a great technician and artist and has an appreciation for German cars. Recently an older gentleman with no vision and no hearing backed into my X3 (different car than my wife's) and again Jeff came to the rescue. Excellent repair job in a short amount of time. This time it was handled with no insurance. I had lower quotes from other body shops where I now live (DC Metro Area) but I came all the way back to Collision Craft because of the fine work I know they do.
