I had no idea what to expect but I just wanted good service for a decent price. My expectations were far exceeded. It is an amazing place to get your car fixed for a fantastic price. The employees at the front desk are phenominal and the mechanics are super fast and talented. I feel like I am part of a family there. Regardless of how long it has been since I have called, they always remember me and welcome my business. It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. It is super easy to schedule an appointment online, by phone, or in person. There is a shuttle service if you need to go while your car is being worked on. I prefer to hang around and chat with the staff. Either way, I highly recommend this business and will continue to go myself!

Sam looked at it and looked at me gravely, letting me know it was majorly cracked. He told me that they could get it the best they could, but it would never truly look the same. Sam reminded me of a surgeon telling an athlete that they would walk again, but they'd never play in the pros. Sam and I both acknowledged that they don't make these wheels anymore and I told Sam to do what he could to save her life. This was late Monday afternoon when Sam gave me my wheel's prognosis and by mid Tuesday he had fixed her up. I went and met my sure to be still mangled and scarred wheel today. Little did I know that Sam and the rest of the Rim Renew crew are brilliant plastic surgeons. It looks amazing! I gotta say, my wheels already had quite a few dings and blemishes, but as far as the pothole's attempted murder wounds...you can barely tell! Thanks Sam and crew :)

Twice over the next two weeks, they called to tell me the repair was done. When I turned on the car both times, those systems were as inoperable as before. Did they think I wouldn't notice? After the second time they said the repair was done, I asked for a refund. They referred me to the corporate office. No apologies, no acknowledgement at all. I am disputing the $1,000+ bill, for which I received absolutely no service. Oh, and I've heard nothing from corporate. Avoid Pep Boys at all costs is my advice. Incompetent and rude.

I went to Town Tires to ask them to look at my flat tire. They were able to identify where the air was leaking, patch it, remove the spare tire, and place the original within 15 to 20 minutes. This service was only $15. Because my experience was superb I gave a $5 tip. I worked with a man name Lee and he is phenomenal. He was very thorough in explaining the hole and what may have caused it. The street and area of the shop is a bit sketchy and hood. Therefore I recommend that you come during the day while the sun is up. In the mist of it all, the customer service was great, their service was fast and the cost was more than economical. I definitely recommend this place for tire service.

Found them through Tire Rack's recommended installers directory and booked an appointment via email on a Sunday (the day before Memorial Day) for the immediate Tuesday morning in Towson. If I was limited to just a single word to describe these guys, it'd be professional. With two words, it'd be professional and friendly. Carl and Mr. Maurice (his uncle) arrived within the quoted time frame (I received a text message about 30 minutes before their arrival saying they were on their way), and the job (removing wheels from car, replacing 4 tires, reinstalling wheels back on car) took about an hour. I've been wrenching on cars for 15 years (as a hobby), and in that time, I've used countless shops, big and small, for tire work, so I'd like to think I have decent knowledge and experience in this space. The service Carl and Mr. Maurice provided was more meticulous than I've ever received. Despite using a typical spin balancer (versus a road force balancer), the balancing performed was absolutely spot on, and my car drives as smooth as new. The other thing that really impressed me about their service was that they used a torque wrench to tighten my lug bolts. Unfortunately, some shops just zip your wheels on using an impact gun and call it a day, while the "better" shops might use a torque stick and call it a day. Torquing 20 lug bolts to spec takes time, and time is money. But there was Mr. Maurice, carefully torquing every one of my wheel bolts to spec on a very humid 75-degree day after already having spent an hour on the job. Like I said, professional. The total for the job was exactly what I was quoted in my email, and I received a final/paid invoice via text message/online. The price for their service is actually no more than what you'd pay at a typical brick-and-mortar tire shop, and it might actually be less. I assume they can be so competitive because they don't have the overhead that tire shops do, but with gas prices being what they are nowadays, the level of service you get from Halls for what you pay is still very impressive. I'll be using these guys for all of my tire needs from now on. Highly recommended.

I would not recommend this auto Bodyshop McCormick due to the fact that they cracked my front windshield and are not taking responsibility for it with them claiming that the windshield was cracked before they worked on my drivers side back passenger door which was hit by my neighbor's guest backing out of their driveway on 11/30/2025 and I drove my vehicle to McCormick Auto Bodyshop on 12/1/2025 at 10:30am with no front windshield damages on the drivers side of the vehicle and the advisor who inspected the damages from the accident did not see any windshield damages and he also communicated with me throughout the repairs by phone and never mentioned anything to me by phone conversations that I had a cracked front drivers side windshield damage and I first noticed it myself when I got into my car to pickup the vehicle up on 12/17/2025. McCormick Auto Bodyshop is not taking responsibility for something that happened while in their care and are trying to put the damages of my front drives side windshield on me which is a lie and they know it. I would not recommend that anyone go to this family owned business which has fabricated and lied to me and now I have to go through my own insurance company and pay a $250.00 deductible or go through the other drivers insurance company to complete the unfinished repairs from the original damages that's a inconvenience to me and McCormick Auto Bodyshop is not telling the truth and they'll do the same thing to the next customer and do damages to someone else vehicle and put the blame on the customer to have you spend money through them to get for damages that they did because it's their way of getting more money out of the customer especially after the insurance company paid for the damages because he kept saying that they'll fix it but the out of pocket cost for me was gonna be $1200.0 dollars for front windshield replacement and calibration. I will try to make attempts from the other insurance company from the original damages or I'll have to go through my insurance company which will be a $250.00 dollars deductible. I mean, sure, I can do that. But when did that change? And why was a technician I've never seen before so condescending about it? He was downright hostile. Then the other guy chimed in and accused me of interrupting him. Honestly, gentlemen, I asked myself, "Is it worth it to schedule an appointment with you, if I know it's going to be you calling me to tell me any additional work that may need to be done? Do I trust the two of you?" The answer in that split-second moment was no. The arrogance, sarcasm, and belittling behavior by this pair made me realize I wouldn't trust these two to be the communicators of my mechanic shop. When I asked where the two old guys went, Kyle said with a smirk, "They went where all old guys go." Um, did they die? No, they retired, thankfully. Old guys from the desk, you are missed by your customers! Maybe it's the same great mechanics working behind closed bay doors at Hollenshade's, I don't know. Two guys I've never seen before told me things about how the business works that I've never heard before and treated me in a way no one at Hollenshades ever treated me before. Which leads me to the conclusion that this is not the same Hollenshade's I've trusted for over 20 years. I'm genuinely disappointed that I need to find a new mechanic. I honestly don't know what's happening at Hollenshade's anymore.

I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one.
