It is a smaller location on liberty road and it is a bit if a fast turn into the parking lot but the business itself is not hard to find at all. After the second time they said the repair was done, I asked for a refund. They referred me to the corporate office. No apologies, no acknowledgement at all. I went to Town Tires to ask them to look at my flat tire. They were able to identify where the air was leaking, patch it, remove the spare tire, and place the original within 15 to 20 minutes. This service was only $15. Because my experience was superb I gave a $5 tip. I worked with a man name Lee and he is phenomenal. He was very thorough in explaining the hole and what may have caused it. The street and area of the shop is a bit sketchy and hood. Therefore I recommend that you come during the day while the sun is up. In the mist of it all, the customer service was great, their service was fast and the cost was more than economical. I definitely recommend this place for tire service.

I made a scheduled appointment for a screw in a tire to be repaired on 9/25/26. The place was empty…read moreso i thought it would go quick and easy. I was there for 45min. and the mechanic pulled my vehicle out almost hitting someone that pulled up for air in their tires. He backed up less than six inches away from the other vehicle. No one should be that close when backing up. He just blew it off like nothing. I didn't want to go through dealing with car damage from a careless worker. When I drove home I noticed my vehicles tire pressure was 49 psi. The correct psi for my vehicle is 32. I had to pull over and let air out of the tire to the correct psi. When I went out there was no cap on the stem of the tire. I was really disgusted with how sloppy they returned my vehicle but it got worse. When I arrived home I checked the tire and noticed the plug was sticking out from the tread about 3/8 of an inch. I googled tire plugs and figured out that they should be cut down flush to the tread so there is no tension to pull it out. I had to go get a razor blade and trim it off myself. A tire repair is not cheap but the fact that I had to do half the work of the tech. is unacceptable. The attention to detail if any is very poor. Stay clear of this place if you can help it, if you have to go here double check their work that its done correctly. Also, while I was waiting a woman who had an appt. came in to have tires installed, but the tires were never delivered. She seemed pretty upset and I don't blame her. Found them through Tire Rack's recommended installers directory and booked an appointment via email on a Sunday (the day before Memorial Day) for the immediate Tuesday morning in Towson. If I was limited to just a single word to describe these guys, it'd be professional. With two words, it'd be professional and friendly. Carl and Mr. Maurice (his uncle) arrived within the quoted time frame (I received a text message about 30 minutes before their arrival saying they were on their way), and the job (removing wheels from car, replacing 4 tires, reinstalling wheels back on car) took about an hour. I've been wrenching on cars for 15 years (as a hobby), and in that time, I've used countless shops, big and small, for tire work, so I'd like to think I have decent knowledge and experience in this space. The service Carl and Mr. Maurice provided was more meticulous than I've ever received. Despite using a typical spin balancer (versus a road force balancer), the balancing performed was absolutely spot on, and my car drives as smooth as new. The other thing that really impressed me about their service was that they used a torque wrench to tighten my lug bolts. Unfortunately, some shops just zip your wheels on using an impact gun and call it a day, while the "better" shops might use a torque stick and call it a day. Torquing 20 lug bolts to spec takes time, and time is money. But there was Mr. Maurice, carefully torquing every one of my wheel bolts to spec on a very humid 75-degree day after already having spent an hour on the job. Like I said, professional. The total for the job was exactly what I was quoted in my email, and I received a final/paid invoice via text message/online. The price for their service is actually no more than what you'd pay at a typical brick-and-mortar tire shop, and it might actually be less. I assume they can be so competitive because they don't have the overhead that tire shops do, but with gas prices being what they are nowadays, the level of service you get from Halls for what you pay is still very impressive. I'll be using these guys for all of my tire needs from now on. Highly recommended.
