I've been meaning to write this review for a while, but life has been busy. As a single woman and a mother, it can be really hard to find a mechanic you can trust without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I had an amazing experience at Prime Care Auto. Both times I have brought my car, it has been ready prior to the estimated time. Siwan ensured to explain every step and why certain things were required/recommended. Additionally, he ensured to show me how the cost was calculated (we all know car repairs can be pricey but he also makes sure that you know where your money is going!) I even received videos explaining the work being done on my car as it was done. Finally, the waiting area was very well-designed and comfortable. I took my 2015 Toyota Tacoma to Siwan and Brian after reading all of the glowing reviews online. I've never seen any auto repair business with so many 5 star reviews, so obviously I was very curious to find out how my own personal experience would be. Turns out I would not be disappointed! I can say that I have never had a mechanic who was so caring about his work, so in touch consistently through the process, and so transparent with pricing. These guys are awesome! I'm really grateful for how thorough they are, very communicative and they seem to be honest genuine guys. My car had a misfire code about a month ago and a different mechanic told me it was fine. Well my car started stalling and rumbling at idle so I knew something was wrong. I didn't want to go back to my former mechanic so I tried Prime Care Auto after reading their reviews and they didn't disappoint. I called early and they actually took a few minutes to listen to me. Typically when I call mechanics they sound grumpy and they're dismissive, so it was nice to be listened to for once. They let me bring my car in same day. They ran diagnostics for me and actually drove the car and checked it out. They communicated with me via text and phone calls and kept me updated throughout the day. They got my car back to me same day after finishing up! I'm a convert to this place after the service I got and my car seems to be running great thus far. I used to go to Jiffy Lube for general maintenance because it seemed convenient, but now I feel frustrated that I've been putting all this money into my vehicle trying to keep up on the maintenance, only to have these cheap or dysfunctional parts put into my car. I won't be going back to Jiffy Lube or similar places if I can help it now! I'll definitely be back to Prime Care for any additional issues or general maintenance for my car. I have been using this shop a couple years now and they continue to be that rarest of things, mechanics you can trust to fix your car issues expertly and for a fair price, and not gouge or misrepresent issues. This was some of the best service I have had in my life. Another shop had failed my car for flagrantly false reasons, so I sought out a second opinion from Prime Care Auto. From the start they were very informative and thorough in checking my car, constantly explaining things in terms I would understand and even going so far to have the phone on speaker whenever they were asking for part prices for potential (not needed) fixes. The thing that blew me the away the most was that they outright refused to try and upcharge a single thing. At one point during my diagnostic they had the choice of putting my car on a lift, but went against it, even though they would have been able to charge more for time because it was clearly not needed. When I had more issues with the shop that was trying to rip me off, they once again inspected my car (for free mind you since it was quick) and made sure I had all of the information needed to exercise my rights as a consumer. Shout out to Brian and Siwan for being the most honest mechanics I have ever met. I will be bringing my car here for everything now, even just oil changes. read more

Siwan is an awesome mechanic! I had multiple issues with my car. Ranging from small things, such as my rollup doors, to recently, my transmission going out. Throughout the whole time, Siwan went above and beyond in taking care of my vehicle! He drove my car around until the issue duplicated and stranded himself helping me, ON A SATURDAY. My car started misfiring and then threw all of the maintenance codes at once. It was like my car was having a panic attack, and then I had one. Despite it being mid morning on a Sunday the response to my message was prompt and reassuring. I was able to have my car towed and the keys dropped without issue. I received a call and regular updates within 30 minutes of the business hours beginning Monday morning and work was completed within the day. TLDR: One of the best shops in Baltimore to take your BMW (or any vehicle) for service or performance part installations. Knowledgeable staff, quality work and rock bottom prices are what made me a customer for life. Quality of Work: 5/5. Siwan and his team at PCA did a fantastic job servicing my BMW. I had my e46 M3 in for rod bearing work, which can get pretty labor intensive since the whole front bottom half of the engine and suspension need to removed. Siwan kept me up to date with the progress via texts and pics as they made their way through the service. In addition, PCA was able to fix a few other wear and tear items while they were in there for only the cost of parts. Upon receiving my car back after 24 hours, I was beyond impressed with the newly restored drivability as well as the piece of mind that my car's bearings are good for another 100k. Value: 5/5. Superlative pricing. Prime Care Auto's prices are a 1/3 of what you can expect to pay at the dealership. Siwan sources OEM, aftermarket as well as performance parts at industry low prices which allows the customer options on how they want to handle their service. Siwan is an amazing person and awesome mechanic! I took my teenager's 2005 Honda CR-V in for some needed repairs in order to pass inspection. Definitely not a fancy, late-model, luxury vehicle. The service I received made me feel like a valued, high-end customer. Not only did he fix the problem but another issue popped up related to the repair, not uncommon with a car that old. Siwan made all the necessary repairs to get the car back on the road in better shape. And, there were no surprise costs! Talk about trust worthy...I've NEVER had a mechanic so communicative and straightforward. My Ford Mustang needed a CEL diagnostic, due to a failed emissions test. I submitted an inquiry via Yelp, which was extremely helpful and Prime Care Auto was one of the three chosen with good ratings and reviews. Siwan, the owner, talked to me about the smoke test that would be done and his customer service approach - so professional and friendly. The part I needed to replace wasn't easy to locate - the manufacturer didn't have it - no where on the East Coast. He checked various resources and was diligent about getting it for me - finally tracked it down in CA. The part arrived and he repaired it the same day. The updates were great - via phone, text, photo and video. He even brought out the old rusted part to show me the issues. I've a firm believer of taking your car to the dealership especially when you own a BMW, Mercedes or an Audi But I've noticed these dealers really don't troubleshoot anymore, especially with the older models. They just replace a part and hope for the best. I reached out to Siwan explained my issue, based off of that he knew exactly what the issue was and also provided some clarity on why or how it possibly happened. He gave me a round about price but said they would need see it to be exact. I got a couple more estimates. But I dropped my car off that night. It was fixed the next day for the price it was originally quoted. Which based on calling around was the best price received. Definitely will be back but hopefully not too soon. Lol read more

Waited for over a month to make sure everything fixed and am delighted to say the car works fine. There were multiple things wrong and another garage seemed to make it worse. In the end, Prime had to replace the fuel pump just replaced by the previous garage, some coil packs and a fuel injector. The car runs much better now. They are patient, thorough and completely fix the vehicle and don't, like the other garage, shrug when their fix doesn't work, take your money and leave you with a broken-down car. This Shop is a hidden gem, Apparently this place just opened about 6-7 or 8 months ago. The owner of the business is extremely honest and friendly. They only suggest you to take care of most needed repairs. I took my car somewhere else for second opinion and Prime Auto Car gave me lower price quote without asking to price match which saved me about $250- 400 on my total bill. I am very please with the performance of my Audi after they did a lot of engine work and specially my super old and rusty spark plugs which he showed me the original part. In my opinion he is an honest and respected young businessman that cares for the safety and satisfaction of his customers. Not to mention that their waiting room area is very very clean compare to other competitions. Imma bring my 2nd car in couple of months in Spring. I don't usually write reviews online, but I was so satisfied with my visit today. I brought my 2016 Volkswagen GTI for an oil change and Siwan the owner, was able to make sure it was done. He went into full details on what parts and oil was being used, and was able to provide me a way better price than going to the dealership.
