Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I was greeted upon entry, I asked the guy behind the desk if they had any in stock before I start roaming all around and he pointed me directly to them. The stand was pretty flimsy with pickings post winter storm Gail. The employee told me to hold on because they had just got a truck in and he would check the stock in the back. He did and came back with 2 other options. He suggested the one by Auto Craft and thats the one I went with. I'm not sure if he knows me from another life because I truly hate making decisions and he made it quick and simple by suggesting what he thought was the best one. #WINNING Great customer service always wins in my book and off I went, one satisfied customer. Instead I received a smug comment from a female telling me how my man can change it, oh I guess because he is a man. When I said he doesn't know how, then she says "well then you can do it". I found her comment and attitude to be sexist, offensive and arrogant. After searching for assistance on the internet and still not able to get the bulb back in the light fixture, the Mgr came out and wasn't able to get the bulb into the light fixture, as well. I thanked him for his attempt and went to the dealership. The woman rep. was a reflection of the rude and unprofessional service received throughout many industries. Twice over the next two weeks, they called to tell me the repair was done. When I turned on the car both times, those systems were as inoperable as before. Did they think I wouldn't notice? Plus, the manager was persistently rude and impatient every time I called to check on progress or on parts that they had ordered. After the second time they said the repair was done, I asked for a refund. They referred me to the corporate office. No apologies, no acknowledgement at all. I am disputing the $1,000+ bill, for which I received absolutely no service. Oh, and I've heard nothing from corporate. Avoid Pep Boys at all costs is my advice. Incompetent and rude.

Communicated didn't want to finance the car. Paid more than half down then was led to sharonda beal to what I call contract under glass. This is where the blizzard eminated. All that was said to them was ignored. Instead of saying if you pay the vehicle now would save you much, WHICH WAS DOABLE. Car was financed without my knowledge, kurich shield extended warranty was added without my knowledge 2400 twenty four hundred dollars. Zurich shield nano technology product supposedly applied to vehicle without my knowledge approximately 1300 twelve hundred ninety five dollars. Percentage rate over 22.00 which I didn't know. And contract said I was aware actual price of car 28,000 dollars. I did not know this. I am responsible because I thought I was communicating with people. 4/22/2026 was the first time I physically had the chance to read the contract, because someone printed it from the flash drive I was given. Please always insist on a physical contract. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I'm really glad I found this spot. After recovering my stolen car, I got quoted $12k+ by the…read moredealership simply due to wiring damage. However, they fixed my issue + installed an alarm + installed a dash cam for a fraction of that price. Initially, I only reached out to Scott for car alarm installation. However, after explaining my situation, Scott assured me that they'd investigate the wiring damage as well and do the alarm installation. Despite them being booked up, he let me bring my car in early because I told him I was anxious at how vulnerable my recently stolen car seemingly was. Unlike the dealership who wanted to just replace everything, Scott and Nick worked with me to try and keep my costs very low. While they were investigating the wire damage and getting me a qoute, I was also provided with updates every other day if not every day which was super reassuring. Even before I expressed interest in getting any work done with them, Scott was willing to answer every one of my questions. Overall, I've had a super positive experience. They not only fixed the original issues mentioned in the qoute I got from the dealership, but they did it with a fraction of the original cost in addition to installing a dash cam and alarm system. I highly recommend working with them!

Without fail, I have NEVER gotten a call back!! I have waited 2-3 days each time (between calls). I have also explained that i have called before and I am still told, "we will look it up (the repair) and call you back". To date, no one has called back. I have had the needed repairs handled elsewhere. I wouldn't let these guys work on my car for free. There is no customer service, really, it's is non-existent. I can't imagine, not will I find out, what the service would look like if they actually had my car in the shop.
