Beyond Exceptional Service from Connor at Mr. Tire…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but after working with Connor, I felt like I had to. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about doing the job right and treating customers with respect, Connor is your guy. He's not just knowledgeable and skilled, which is already impressive, but he goes above and beyond to make sure you feel taken care of. He explained everything clearly, didn't try to upsell me on stuff I didn't need, and genuinely made the whole experience feel less like a chore and more like getting help from a friend who knows cars inside and out. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants people to leave not just satisfied, but confident in their vehicle and their choice to come here. Mr. Tire is lucky to have someone like Connor -- he's a rare kind of professional who brings both heart and hustle to the job. 10/10 would recommend asking for him by name!

The gentleman who assisted me who I also believe was the manager at this location was great. He detected the problem being a heat shield that was rusting away from the bolts and removed it for me with a nice tug. He heard me out, looked into the problem, resolved it, and here's the best part. He didn't even charge me even though I offered to pay. Great customer service, great work, great guy. Can't say enough good things about this place. I have taken the same vehicle there for brakes, tires, etc... Never had an issue. Mr. Tire on Back River Neck Rd. will take care of you.

When I was shopping for a lift for my home garage, I reached out to many dealers who contacted me back with a simple quote and general installation price. Most of the dealers did not take the time to speak to me thoroughly and/or answer my questions except for one. From the beginning Mike and the AHT team communicated very well and made sure that I had every question answered. Mike came out to my location personally and took time to speak with me and take a look at the site (Garage) along with taking measurements of all my vehicles. He then went back and compiled simulations which allowed me to see the complete solution. After deciding on the solution, Mike stayed in touch to keep me abreast of the Installation date and any prep work which needed to be completed. (This allowed for a smooth Installation). The day of the Installation, Mike and the team went through a summary of the Install before we started and asked if I had any questions or concerns. During the Install, the crew was very careful and professional and did not damage anything. After it was done, Mike spent a good deal of time explaining the operation, maintenance and even stuck around to test a few of my Vehicles. I am extremely pleased with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone else!

Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

Editcomplaint details Description of complaint:…read moreOn May 4, 2026 I paid $4501.93 to A&R Automotive in Essex MD for a replacement transmission parts and labor for my 2011 Transit Connect Van. At that time I expressed concern about the fact that I was not local, and what I could do if I had trouble after returning home to NY, approx 400 miles away.... I was told verbally, repeatedly, that if there was any problems I would have 100 days to make use of a warranty at any shop that used technet warranty coverage. I took a photo of the warranty company, to be sure. 4 weeks later the transmission failed near Buffalo, NY. I called the company who told me that technet doesn't cover transmissions or used parts, and the only way they would honor the warranty is if I brought it back to the shop. I asked if they would honor the warranty on the part only, and the owner(?) Mac told me they would only honor the warranty if they could get the codes from the transmission errors. I took the van to my local auto shop and got a printout of the codes, and sent them to Mac. I called to follow up the next day and he said they could only honor the warranty if I brought it to their shop. Which I cannot do because it's broken down! I said if they want to fix it they can pay for it to be towed down to them and of course they said no, I said I understand that they could not honor the warranty on labor, but the part cost $3100, and it was broken within 400 miles and less than 40 days! I got pretty upset and used a few swear words but not until it was the very end and then Mac hung up and refused to answer my calls. How dare I use the F word when they bilked me out of $4500 with a faulty part and lies about their warranty.
