The prices were better here than auto zone but the guy at the register was very verbal on me coming last minute. I didn't ask for my car to break down on a Friday evening, so that's the only reason why I'm giving them a 4 star rating. After getting me situated, the guy was done within 10 mins. Also, the LKQ call center personnel could not answer any questions I had regarding vehicles, parts etc., but offered that I could just drive to the yard to ask questions. In summary, you can't call them directly and you can't get any answers from the LKQ call center. You just have to hope to get lucky once you arrive on site.
