Scott was completely transparent about the pricing, the products, and their process. I dropped off my vehicle for the day, and Nick contacted me when it was ready. When I picked it up, Nick showed me what was completed and explained how everything was done. He also gave me a walkthrough of how to use the product I purchased. Overall, my first experience with Sound Solutions was really good. The entire process was straightforward and professional. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're looking for similar services.

Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order.
