Car had a hit and run on driver side mirror to bumper and this shop did a phenomenal job down to the paint and my car has that glitter look in the blue paint too! Once again, Day's Auto Body did a great job! I wish I able to post the before and after pictures of my vehicle, but nevertheless, the repairs were fantastic! The seams were aligned straight, the paint color and sheen were perfectly matched with the other part of car. I think (2 weeks) the time it took to repair the SUV was very reasonable. Also, the customer service was excellent. Ronnie and Que are very professional in person but was courteous every time I spoked to them on telephone. my car has been there for two weeks. I trusted them because they worked on my husbands truck!(rust) done a good job. so took my car for body work. I loved the girls.They are friendly. The only problem I have with them is not once have they called me and told me anything about my car. I have to call every time. Today my husband called again and they said adjuster had just been there today to approve a part. If u are goinf to have a business like this u have to call the people to let them know how things are going with there vehicle. We have one truck between us and have 5 boys we took in. so things are hectic. Called around for rental and no one had one available. insurance is progressive. I have rental but of course does no good if none is available. I will be looking for more insurance also since adjuster has not done his job. read more

Went to get a quote and had a bad experience. Owner saw quote papers I got from some other body shop and became really condescending. He demanded to see them so he could base his price off it. Then when I asked for an estimate, he said he was charging $25 because of "people who do this" aka get quotes from diff body shops. What??? I definitely don't want to use a shop whose owner uses intimidation tactics under the guise of helpfulness to make me feel bad about comparing prices. read more

I have to start by saying that is the first time I have ever left a bad review to a business. However, I felt stolen, misguided, and most of all, questioned multiple times by the owner about the work they had delivered and the one I asked for. Somewhat implying that I did not remember what I asked/quoted/signed for. When I initially brought my car, the owner was friendly and stated that they would fix the car for a price that included the replacement of two parts. One of the parts had an insignificant scratch (a Grille Surround), so I decided not to change that one which did not affect fixing the rest, particularly aligning the bumper. When I initially picked up my car last week, the bumper was still misaligned, which the owner stated was a different work that I did not want (i.e., speaking over me multiple times saying that that was what I asked for and that I did not wish to the entire work to be done). This had nothing to do with the part that was not changed at my request. However, he used this as his excuse over and over. Moreover, if I wanted the bumper to be aligned (which was the main reason I brought the car), I needed to pay another sum of money. Adding up, the new quote was 50 dollars less as the quote provided by the car-certified dealer where they were changing the whole piece. At that time, frustrated, I just paid the sum he was asking for, and he stated in a condescending tone, "your car would be fixed." When I picked up the car today, I found some cracks in the white paint that were supposed to be fixed under the initial request. However, he once again replied with the same tag phrase, "you did not want that to be done." As I stated before, I felt insulted and found the owner of this place very dishonest and unprofessional; worts characteristics in a business owner. I regret bringing my car there and would never recommend this place to anyone. And for whoever is considering this place and goes with it, make sure that specific detail of the work they are quoting is written without relying on the untrusty words "your car would be fixed." read more

Although I still lost money not being able to use my car for over 2 months, I am happy that they were able to make it right for me when all was said and done. read more

Due to some damage to the fender and the rocker, I needed some work done on my Toyota Camry in Dec. 2011. I went to 3 different places to get price quotes and was quoted anywhere between $1200 and $1800 to replace the fender with an aftermarket one, bend the rocker back to normal form, replace the fender liner, and replace the rocker panel. All places said that since the fender was getting painted, I would need to also have the door and hood painted so the paint would "blend correctly." I then took the car to Day's Auto Body for an estimate. Mr. Day said he could paint just the fender and rocker and get it as close to perfect as possible and that it would be a waste of money to paint the hood and door as well. I ended up ordering the fender, fender liner, and rocker panel directly from a Toyota authentic parts warehouse. I took the parts to Mr. Day and he began the work a couple days before the new year and had my car ready the day after New Year's Day. When I went to pick up the car, Mr. Day's son brought it around and I told him I couldn't notice any difference between the paint on the new parts and the rest of the car. He said he mixed the paint himself and I let him know how satisfied I was with the job they did. Mr. Day and his son were both very nice people, professional, and fair-priced. I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done and wants a fair, reasonable price for great quality work. read more

Had a small fender bender on my Ford Fusion. Worked with Ronnie to get a quote. Gave me a price that was at least 50% less then competing body shops (590 vs 1600). Even then I told him I would see other places and get quotes (lowest I got was 650 from a crummy shop). Came back a week later after realizing that his price was the best I would get. Took him one day to remove the fender, replace with a new one. Did have to wait an additional night to let the paint dry - which was understandable and communicated to me in a timely fashion. Overall extremely professional. Quality of the work was superb. Would recommend having your vehicle cared for by these guys! read more

I would say "first-class" but their work is better than that! They did an especially difficult job for my car a few years ago -- and did it so well -- that I insisted on paying them more than they charged (which was far less than other body shops). I was afraid to go to mechanics being a young woman I know we are often taken advantage of since we often don't know much about cars. I decided to try these guys because their business card said that their work was guaranteed. The owner Ronnie Sr told me that the body damage to my car could not be repaired, the side panel and rear bumper had to be replaced. I also had a fog light in the front that was coming out and asked if they could fix that too. I paid for this job in cash. Less than 60 days after the job was complete, my front bumper was falling off. I later found out that they had somehow broke it when they were fixing my fog light so they put it back together with black pull ties. I could see the lumps in the mud that they used to paste my side panel and bumper back together. Remember neither was to be repaired he charged me to replace them both. The bumper started to shift and hang off. I went back to speak to Mr. Ronnie and was told that he would not fix my Lexus. He said he could replace it AGAIN but it would cost me more than what he charged me the first time! I now have to put this matter in the hands of my attorney and had put my car into a new body shop to repair what I paid him to replace. I would suggest if you ever paid for new parts and you don't know much about cars, take it to the dealer see if he has lied and took your money too. I am a widowed mother of 3 children I do not have the time or money to have to go to court pay lawyers and double pay a new mechanic for the same job. Please find someone else! read more
