I did the world class complete detail. It was an okay job... doesn't feel like a $250 detail job imo. There was still some bug splatter gunk on my front bumper. There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all. read more

These guys come to the apartment complex i live in once a month and today was the first time I used them and I have to say I am completely blown away at the job they did. My truck had a good amount of scratches from off-roading and I knew going in not every scratch would come out. BUT, the work they put into my truck far exceeded my expectations of just how much would come out. It looks almost completely brand new again! And the value, holy crap you cant beat that. Couldn't be happier with this auto detailing site! They were able to squeeze me in to help me out of my car emergency. Mo at the Towson location put an amazingly detailed effort into the cleaning of my SUV. Guess that's why it's called "detailing". My grandson had somehow exploded a coffee drink (with milk) onto the front seats and even splattered it onto the roof headliner. Mo was able to make the car as clean and sweet smelling as if new. Recently my offices moved to 1 W Pennsylvania Avenue in Towson and I drove past this car car wash place everyday (on the 1st level of the parking garage) so I had to give it a try! The convenience factor is seriously where it's at! I called them and asked for a quote. They were super attentive and the customer service is excellent. The next week I called again and asked if they were available to do the full level 5 wash and detail and they were able to take me that day! It was great to know that my car was getting cleaned and pretty-ified while I was working in my office upstairs. They texted me when it was complete and I was able to come get it and pay for the service at pick up! Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of work. My car was REALLY dirty, really really dirty. And it looked great upon pick up. I did notice, however, that there was some gritty residue leftover on my dash and door handle area, I think it is from either using a dirty rag or not doing a clean swipe afterwards, I don't know, but me having to do a couple touch ups is fine, because there was no way I had time to do the whole thing! Overall, the convenience is really what gets me here, and the customer service was great! read more

I made an appointment on line. Easy and informative. When I got there he said it would be about an hour. There was a waiting area or you can go to nearby shops/restaurants. He was done in 1 hr and 10 minutes. Car looked good. Friendly service and they validate your parking ticket for the garage (they are located inside the parking garage). Will use again. read more

I took my 2015 Jaguar F-type to the Towson location to be detailed today. I had the new car prep done. OMG...I was blown away!! My car looked better today then when it did when I drove it off of the dealer's parking lot! Gregory and the other gentleman (I forgot his name) did a PHENONMENAL job! Their attention to detail is second to none. Their customer service and friendliness is spot on. The price is very reasonable for everything they do! They are less expensive than other places. I have a membership with a carwash and they have detailing services. But World Class Auto blows my carwash away! As I was leaving I am now thinking of canceling my pricey membership. When I took the car my husband was blown away when he saw the car and he's not easily impressed! Believe me when my car needs detailing again I will be taking my car back to World Class. I was actually very impressed with how my car turned out. It sounds cliche but when they finished my car looked new again, which is saying something since its a 2005. I had my car detailed at the Towson location, which is on the bottom level of a parking garage and easy to find. They also validate your parking just make sure you have the original parking ticket. The guys were nice and took their time with my car. I think you get a great value for the price. I have received multiple compliments on how nice my car looks so I will definitely be back. read more

Our business parkway deals with WCAD so I decided to give them a try and I regretted it. After I got my car back it looked great but when I took a closer look I noticed there were excessive amounts of product that they sprayed all over the dash. They missed a lot of spots all over the vehicle including the seats and doors. The plastic covers on the seat rails on the floor were broken off and they had the audacity to lie and say that they were already broken when they received the car. Windshield had smudges all over it, which you can only imagine how annoying that can be when you are driving. Customer service was terrible! I had the owner come out (Quintin) and he continuously argued with me saying that the plastic covers break all the time and it wasn't their fault. Needless to say, I got my detail for free. I will NEVER go back and I highly recommend you do NOT use them. read more
