The service was fast, professional, THOROUGH and most importantly (to me) consistent!! There are no other full service detailing businesses that compare. I arrived just ahead of my appointment time (as advised) and before I could walk close to the business, the owner greeted me, took the keys and pull in my vehicle. It's one thing to have an appointment, but to have a process that is SO CLEAN that you pull the car in at the appointment time?!?! I not only salute this business, I HIGHLY recommend it. read more

Tavon does excellent work, as always. Very reasonable cost to have a coating applied to my new vehicle. Will be going back for my wife's car as well. Highly recommended ! read more

This is possibly the best auto detailing business I've ever supported. The owner, Tavon, is very helpful and actually cares about not only the core business but also the individual experience. Prices are generous for the amount of detail and attention he pays to your automobile. If you are expecting to visit this establishment 3 or more times per month, then please seriously consider the monthly membership plans...well worth the cost! That is why I travel 42 miles to support this business... Keep up the good work T!! read more

Amazing that's the best word to describe my experience! Highly recommend everyone to gonthere

My daughter and I both take our cars here. The owner takes his time to provide extreme detail to cleaning both of our cars. My only suggestion is that u might want to leave your car because it takes them a while to wash your car. Yet once your car is returned it is like a brand new car. So it is worth the wait. read more

Best detailing place in Bmore pricing is very affordable if you want quality work nd not somebody rushing you came to the right place..Very professional will not go anywhere else read more

Pros: my car look very clean and smells really good. Cons: if your looking to spend a day at the car wash this is it. Would recommend more workers. But if your willing to drop off then you'll be just fine. Cup holders where not cleaned out and the seats where poorly vacuumed. However the outside looks great. read more

After months of trying to find a good woman...er, car wash to settle down with, I think I've finally found it. Sure, appearance-wise it's a bit rough around the edges (maybe remodeling?), but never judge a book by its cover. This place cleans up good! The guys were friendly, and did a great job on my SUV, what with 2 snowstorms worth of filth on it, in it, and under it. I have all-weather mats, and the other spot I used to frequent (rhymes with Seymour) would always give them just a quick vacuum, along with BS excuses on why they couldn't clean them properly with water. The guys at T&T said they'd get them clean, and they did. They left my ride smelling good and looking good inside and out. Apparently, the staff here is paid by the hour, not by car, so they don't have an incentive to half-ass the job like some other places...Best of all, they're reasonably-priced. Luckily for me, there was only one car ahead of mine, so the wait wasn't terrible. But it looks like they may not have a whole lot of room for cars inside, and a small staff, which could be a huge bottleneck when it gets busy. read more

Decided to give another try today. I was prepared with work. Inside and out wash for $22 without tip. There were a few vehicles ahead of me this morning. Arrived around 10:20 ish and it took about 2 hours. I think there was only one person there this morning. Pretty good job for the value. Be prepared to wait. read more

Excellence, nothing else I need to say really but I will. My girlfriend had a stain in her back seat, big stain, and she was trading the car that same day. Needless to say we had to at least make an attempt to get it cleaned. T&T shampooed those seats with the hands of God it seems because the stain was gone and the seats looked new! They cleaned the cars interior as well and I think my girlfriend wanted to keep the car instead of trading it in. Customer service is a 10, facilities are clean and well maintained. I'll be taking my Impala to get cleaned tomorrow. read more

This has got to be Baltimore County's best kept secret! Bring your car here and you will be extremely pleased. They do a better job than the dealer does when you buy a car from them. You cant beat the price! Tayvon and his staff are nothing but professional. I highly recommend bringing your car here. read more

Went this afternoon and got right in let me say when the owner is there and washing cars with his employees says volumes these guys do great work they pay attention to detail which a lot of other shops miss on not these guys if u need a quick wash or a full detail this is the place to spend your money and they have the best prices in town highly recommended read more

I will be back...i drove past the place looking for it. I had a little bit of a wait. Gospel music was being played in the shop which was nice! The owner did my car himself. I forgot to mention the Yelp deal with the 15% off b/c as I can do anywhere I dozed off on the couch in the waiting area. After I came in several other customers showed up as well. I appreciate that's its a black owned company. They also have an area for other black business owners to put business cards. I would say the price is reasonable. Tires & rims nice & shiny. My car looks done well. And like I said to start i will back. read more

Over the past two years I have taken multiple vehicles to this shop and they have always done a fantastic job. They do everything by hand so expect to wait at least 45min. I would highly recommend T & T to anyone looking to get that new car look back. In fact, soon I am moving over an hour away and plan to still come here to get my car detailed! read more
