I bought my 2014 Cadillac CTS4 3.6L three years ago. I bought it at an auction through my dealer and it was still under manufacture warranty. At 35,000 miles it was pretty well worn. I have it under dealer care still at 78,000 miles. I have never had it detailed before. I have recently moved. And for most of its life with me, it was parked in an underground parking lot. I have a car wash monthly subscription. And until February of this year. The interior was regularly vacuumed. Other than that, I have never really had strong esthetic car care. I met Marvin through my lovely wife, less than a year ago. He is an awesome man. Full disclosure, he is like family to me now. He was among the few invited to my wedding this past July. All that being said. I want you to know that his detailing work is the best I have ever seen. I thought I was being biased myself. The next day I took my car to the gas station. Two people stopped me while I was pumping gas. One person said, "...this is the cleanest car I have ever seen." He then asked me for IDM Detail's phone number. The other guy owned a local body shop. The car attracted him to me. We started a conversation and now I might have a new Real Estate client out of it. I have fallen in love with my car again. The car looks new and boy does it sparkle!!! I did the world class complete detail. It was an okay job... doesn't feel like a $250 detail job…read moreimo. There was still some bug splatter gunk on my front bumper. There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.
