If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was a loyal customer for about a year and came back recently. The price increased from 50 dollars to 80 dollars, which I didn't mind, but I did expect the quality to match. My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest. Made the appointment last week with Tony. His partner Randy was the gentleman the came to my home to detail a poor little CRV in need of some extreme love. Randy showed up as scheduled and did an absolutely wonderful job. I gave him a real "project" and he was more than up for it. I've never been one to think about detailing a car, but this experience has completely changed my mind. I will never let my car get in that kind of condition again, and will be calling g Exclusive Auto Detailing g back. They might be needed for every wash, but you can be sure I will be calling them again AND...Randy was extremely professional, and kept a smile on his face- even with the job I threw at him. My poor Subaru was a dirty, hairy beast of a vehicle. A simple car wash and vacuum was not going to help. I messaged Tony and he promptly gave me a quote of $200 for interior detailing and wash, which would take 2 hours to complete. I checked around and every other place was higher with so/so reviews. Tony and his associate came out Sunday morning in their Exclusive Auto Detailing van ready to go. I was flabbergasted they could remove all of the dogs hair and dirt. It was a miracle! My car hasn't looked this clean since the day I bought it. Even my tires looked brand new. I would definitely be using Tony's service again when my car accumulates more dog hair and residue. I can't recommend them highly enough. We had an interior detail done for two cars. This is my second time using their services and Randy did such incredible work. I had little faith some of the stains from two toddlers would come out, but he got the cars looking near-new. Kind and easy to work with. Reasonable price for the service. I absolutely loved the services they provided!! They did even more then what was asked. I requested a full interior clean and they cleaned the outside as well as a courtesy. I had been thinking about a car detail for a couple of months and finally booked an appointment after coffee creamer spilled all over the back floor of the car. I booked the appointment about 24 hours in advance and communication with the owner was consistent. They arrived slightly after 9 and worked for two hours on my very gross car and I am very happy with the result! I haven't seen the inside of the car this clean and fresh since I bought it 5 years ago. I highly recommend this business and will definitely use their services again. read more
