We come to this car wash from time to time when we want a good cleaning of our cars, inside and…read moreoutside. This place is pricey, but given the service and details they provide, it's worth it. Unfortunately, for us who are used to washing our own cars at home every weekend, this place is a bit too pricey to come here every week or something like that. But then we do choose the most expensive option. They have different price range for different services (as you can see in the pics). When you drive through the back, they will vacuum your car and clean your wheels. Depending on the size of your car, the cost varies by a few dollars. Then the car goes through the automatic wash and it gets cleaned further and wiped down by people. The whole process can take about 10-15 minutes, not including wait time. At the end, we tip them and end up paying about $50 for two car washes (SUV and small car). We say it's on the pricier side compared to the automatic car washes where you pay about $13 per car wash and you can vacuum yourself. But if you want to give yourself or your car a treat, this is a good place to go. They offer coupon books, which offers a pretty good deal. The only catch is you have to use it within 6 months or it expires. Because of the time limit, we decided not to get the coupon book. They're a busy place. We went during a weekday about 15 minutes after they opened, and there were already a few people ahead of us. But it also shows the kind of great services and results they provide with that many people coming.

The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? No. But it was a huge improvement from my last review and they definitely took their time vacuuming and wiping down the interior. So, I am happy with the work that was done for what I paid.

New equipment, new tap to pay on all the machines now which is amazing since I don't always have cash or sometimes forget my wallet and have to go back home to get it. They keep the brushes clean and change out the heads often. The brushless/touchless washes are amazing as well and also very affordable. This is my go to car wash whenever I want to clean up my ride. I also go here!! There's no where else I go since moving to Dundalk. Year after year this is where I go.

You have to spend extra time cleaning your car which does nothing but cost you more money and makes this place more money. Doesn't matter if you wash your own car or drop it off it will not be fully cleaned. They are very cheap and do not want to increase the soap amount that dispensed from the brushes. That's is very shady and that's exactly why I stopped going there. I had to get a manager because I paid for a wash and no soap was coming out and then the time was up and I said I'm not paying again and look at my car so he put more time on the machine. That was the last time I went here. Seems like now they're focused on selling used cars more than being a car wash. It's insane man. I had a friend drop off is white dodge charger and they washed it and did all the work and when I tell you when he came back and I seen it I instantly starting going off. I had to wipe it down and show him the spots they missed. Black wheels were still dirty with absolutely no cleaning done whatsoever. I was a loyal customer for about a year and came back recently…read more The price increased from 50 dollars to 80 dollars, which I didn't mind, but I did expect the quality to match. My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. I sent photos to the owner, he said the cleaner didn't think I wanted my trash taken out and that I should have paid for an advance service for the door handle to be cleaned. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest.
