I paid twelve dollars for the premium wash. My car was not even close to clean. I cannot believe I paid $12 for a worthless car wash!

This place is pricey, but given the service and details they provide, it's worth it. Unfortunately, for us who are used to washing our own cars at home every weekend, this place is a bit too pricey to come here every week or something like that. But then we do choose the most expensive option. They have different price range for different services (as you can see in the pics). When you drive through the back, they will vacuum your car and clean your wheels. Depending on the size of your car, the cost varies by a few dollars. Then the car goes through the automatic wash and it gets cleaned further and wiped down by people. The whole process can take about 10-15 minutes, not including wait time. At the end, we tip them and end up paying about $50 for two car washes (SUV and small car). We say it's on the pricier side compared to the automatic car washes where you pay about $13 per car wash and you can vacuum yourself. But if you want to give yourself or your car a treat, this is a good place to go. They offer coupon books, which offers a pretty good deal. The only catch is you have to use it within 6 months or it expires. Because of the time limit, we decided not to get the coupon book. They're a busy place. We went during a weekday about 15 minutes after they opened, and there were already a few people ahead of us. But it also shows the kind of great services and results they provide with that many people coming.

I've been through this wash a few times only for the exterior ($16 wash) which was fine. However…read moretoday I went through and got the platinum package w/hot wax (around $47 bucks) and I was extremely disappointed. The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? No. But it was a huge improvement from my last review and they definitely took their time vacuuming and wiping down the interior. So, I am happy with the work that was done for what I paid.

If you care about your vehicle, I would strongly recommend taking it somewhere else…read more I rarely leave negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did. This was my first visit to the Canton location. As soon as I arrived, I was encouraged to sign up for a membership. I explained that I was a first-time customer and simply wanted the highest-level service available for a walk-in, non-member. I understood that a full detail required an appointment, so I purchased their premium same-day package for my Porsche Macan. After waiting approximately 1.5 hours, my vehicle was returned with all four wheels still visibly dirty. They weren't just imperfect--they appeared to have been completely missed. I pointed this out before leaving, and the employee immediately grabbed a towel and cleaning solution to wipe them down himself. That alone told me the vehicle should never have been presented as "finished." It didn't stop there. When I got inside the vehicle, I found new smudges on the center console, driver-side trim, and interior surfaces that weren't there when I dropped the car off. Somehow, my vehicle came back looking dirtier than when I arrived. Because I had already spent 90 minutes waiting and had lost confidence in the quality of the work, I declined having them redo it. Instead, I drove to a professional detail shop and paid another $85 to have the exterior and interior corrected. I contacted customer service hoping they would stand behind their work. Instead, I received scripted responses stating that they had reviewed camera footage and that the service had been "completed according to the process." That explanation doesn't match what actually happened. Their own employee acknowledged the missed wheels by cleaning them after I pointed them out. I asked for a refund, a service credit, or any reasonable accommodation. Every request was denied. The only solution they offered was for me to bring the vehicle back, even after I explained that I had already paid another business to fix the issues. By the time everything was resolved, what should have been a 90-minute premium wash had cost me nearly four hours of my day and an additional $85. Congratulations on your growth and expansion, but based on my experience at the Brewers Hill/Canton location, the quality of the service and the customer support did not match the reputation of the brand. If you own a vehicle that you genuinely care about, I would recommend choosing a professional detailer instead.

If you need a quick wash then sure but the machines still take quarters in 2025... like come on…read more The bays are tiny and the places to dry off give vehicle is limited. The part that bothers me is the watery soap from the foaming brush. It's almost as if they do they to make you have to wash the car 2x. It's like a money grab. The heads on the brushes are small and circular. It's definitely some scam type activities from whoever owns or run this place. It's ways to just make you spend as much as possible while not really providing anything except a quick rinse off. I went here maybe 2x when I lived in Towson and stopped and started traveling all the way back to Dundalk to go to my old carwash simply because it's a better carwash and you get more than what you pay for. Be careful with those coins because I've had machines take my money and I couldn't do anything about it because there's no employees there.

You can also get a membership but personally don't wash my car more than once ish a month so not worth it for me. Was pretty quick too, about maybe 5-10 min. There was a line but it moved. Only complain would be I wish they had a better system for drying off the car. As I was leaving water was kept falling onto my windshield and my mirrors and all were still pretty wet. First time here so maybe they had something extra I could've done but will probably bring my own towels next time. Overall very pleased!
