This is the second time I've had full interior detailing done on my car and it is amazing. It's like having a brand new car!

If you care about your vehicle, I would strongly recommend taking it somewhere else. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did. This was my first visit to the Canton location. As soon as I arrived, I was encouraged to sign up for a membership. I explained that I was a first-time customer and simply wanted the highest-level service available for a walk-in, non-member. I understood that a full detail required an appointment, so I purchased their premium same-day package for my Porsche Macan. After waiting approximately 1.5 hours, my vehicle was returned with all four wheels still visibly dirty. They weren't just imperfect--they appeared to have been completely missed. I pointed this out before leaving, and the employee immediately grabbed a towel and cleaning solution to wipe them down himself. That alone told me the vehicle should never have been presented as "finished." It didn't stop there. When I got inside the vehicle, I found new smudges on the center console, driver-side trim, and interior surfaces that weren't there when I dropped the car off. Somehow, my vehicle came back looking dirtier than when I arrived. Because I had already spent 90 minutes waiting and had lost confidence in the quality of the work, I declined having them redo it. Instead, I drove to a professional detail shop and paid another $85 to have the exterior and interior corrected. I contacted customer service hoping they would stand behind their work. Instead, I received scripted responses stating that they had reviewed camera footage and that the service had been "completed according to the process." That explanation doesn't match what actually happened. Their own employee acknowledged the missed wheels by cleaning them after I pointed them out. I asked for a refund, a service credit, or any reasonable accommodation. Every request was denied. The only solution they offered was for me to bring the vehicle back, even after I explained that I had already paid another business to fix the issues. By the time everything was resolved, what should have been a 90-minute premium wash had cost me nearly four hours of my day and an additional $85. Congratulations on your growth and expansion, but based on my experience at the Brewers Hill/Canton location, the quality of the service and the customer support did not match the reputation of the brand. If you own a vehicle that you genuinely care about, I would recommend choosing a professional detailer instead. read more

I have been getting my car washed at Canton Carwash for years. I have Gone to multiple locations and have usually had a positive experience. Today, I visited the Haven St. location and paid for a full service wash ($42- includes interior and exterior). My car was brought to me when they finished the service. I have included picture of the cupholders and gearshift AFTER the wash. My car was still dusty. I drove off in my car that was already running. I got to Harris Teeter, which is across the street and realized that my key fob is in pieces. The inside pieces of the key fob were gently placed on the center console. See pictures. Like, what? No one said anything before I left Canton Carwash. I immediately drove back to Canton Carwash and asked to speak with a manager. The manager, Nick, appeared to be nice and understanding. He offered to wash my car again and have the interior cleaned again to address the poor job that was done the first time. I told him that wasn't necessary; why would I trust them with my property again? Nick said he would need to review the cameras to see what happened with my key. Nick took my contact information and license plate number and then went back to shining tires and operating the automatic wash. I got his attention again and asked if I could just have a refund for cost of the wash because regardless of what was on the cameras, it's not going to fix my key and I'm still going to have to purchase a new one. He said I could not receive the refund because they performed the service that I paid for and that my broken key fob was an accident. After waiting for almost an hour, Nick came back and said that after reviewing the cameras, their employees did nothing wrong. He said they interviewed the four people who cleaned the interior of my car and they all said my key was hole when they finished the job and returned the car to me. How?! If that was true, the inside pieces of my key fob should have been on the floorboard instead of neatly placed on top of the center console, right? I'll never return to any Canton Carwash location. VALUE: I got the platinum exterior wash for $22 and the interior detailing for an extra $20. The platinum exterior wash which includes a tire shine and an undercarriage wash. for the interior they dust and wipe down the hard surfaces wash the rubber mats and vacuum. You can also choose what type of fragrance you want they had: Mountain fresh, Ocean breeze, and clean linen. The whole process took less than 20 minutes. For the value and time, I think the full service is a good deal. QUALITY: The exterior wash for my car was done very well for the interior. They did a good job washing my rubber mats however, when I got into my car, I noticed that my dashboard and center console area was still dusty and not wiped down. The other issue I had was they left my car out on the exit lane with all my doors open and my keys inside. They didn't inform me when my car was done, so had I not looked outside, I would not have known. It is a HUGE safety issue because anyone could have walked into my car and stole it, but not only that, I was also blocking all the other cars from exiting. They were honking my car before I even had the chance to get inside. They could have easily left my car to the side away from tte exit lane. CAFE: They have a café you can sit in while you wait. They only have four syrup options for the coffees, caramel vanilla, peppermint, and mocha. The prices are very reasonable. they have nice couches. You can sit on and a retro arcade game that you can play on for free. They also have an outdoor seating area as well. read more

I'm guessing it's a sign of the times but nearly all my previous visits to this car wash were satisfactory...but as Canton Car Wash is expanding...their go to market for expansion seemingly doesn't scale. This is a hallmark of a poorly executed expansion strategy, IMHO. Capitalism 101 compels businesses to overpromise and under deliver...and that was my experience today! You don't get what you pay for!!! Paid for service via the self service lane prior to washing instead of having the human enter my order. The kiosk allowed me to select Platinum Service, Interior Cleaning, Tire Shine and Fragrance. Whelp...post interior cleaning the pull my vehicle out and the tires are as devoid of lustre as they were when I arrived. I asked the person who drove the vehicle out...and he advised that the tire shine was in the car wash tunnel. Asked a black shirt(acting manager)...and he said basically the same thing, but also told me to drive to the self-service bay where I could use the tire shine as much as I wanted. I was conflicted with this assertion as I'd paid for them to deliver the service(s). That said I went over to the self-service bay and planned to use a lot of this "tire shine". The tire shine was no where to be seen...asked another black shirt...who advised that the bottle was called Leather Cream. I sprayed the "leather cream" onto the first tire and wiped...and it's clear that this wasn't even leather cream, let alone tire shine!!! It was something that was heavily watered down, but whatever they put into these generic bottles...wasn't useful for tires at all and I'd be willing to bet...is even worse for a vehicles' leather interior! Bottom line is this: you can't be well informed, unless you're informed well! To that end...this is an effort to sound the alarm to all consumers that you should be aware that the convenience of their operation doesn't replace the satisfaction of feeling like your car wash experience was money well spent! Unless things change...this is my last time visiting any of the Canton Car Wash locations!!! This business doesn't come close to delivering any value, quality or service commensurate with the prices they charge!!! read more

I got my car detailed, removed EVERYTHING from the vehicle. I pulled up to the interior detailing area, the service team immediately opened my trunk and began pulling the mats. I noticed my specialized antitheft lug nut key was sitting in a recessed part of the trunk. This is a part of the spare tire kit and also something you cannot just buy. I pointed it out to the worker and he said no problem we'll put it where it goes. Fast forward - my car is done (almost an hour after the estimate even though I dropped it off early ahead of my scheduled appointment), and I notice immediately the specialized lug nut key is gone. Told a different worker and he looked and then said "sorry man". So now I need to go the VW dealership and most likely get all the wheel nuts replaced since my spare tire kit is now useless. Emailed and called their customer service with no response. Guess they don't believe me, so decided to put this up on Yelp. Enjoy! read more

I went to get my car washed since it had been some time and while I do prefer a hand car wash, the two I tried to find first in Baltimore were closed, so I came here. They changed their location so I am not sure if this is the current address or the new one but it's behind the Canton Starbucks across from the Shake Shack. They offer a cafe with charged drinks and a place to sit while your car is worked on (less than 10 minutes). I got the Premium Car Wash + interior cleaning (extra $20). This totaled $42. Considering this was a robotic car wash + hand dry + interior vacuuming job this is pricier than I expected. I particularly did not enjoy that for this extra $20 interior cleaning fee they did not clean or vacuum my trunk at all. I didn't check on my trunk until the next day and it remained the exact same as when I came in. Considering the $42 price tag and my trunk not being cleaned after all, I would not recommend Canton Car Wash. I also had a scent chosen for the interior that wasn't done but honestly my bigger issue was the car not being completely cleaned. read more

Got my car buffed and waxed by Edward and he did a hell of a job! I also received a wash and wax which was okay for the price paid, there were still a few things I had to re-clean. But there's nothing I can say about the buff that Edward did. The paint wasn't in great condition in the areas that he worked on and he brought it right back to life. TERRIBLE ....DON'T COME HERE.... came here to get my new car washed after all the rain and snow and came out with scratches on my brand new paint, one on the hood that would not come off and one on my passenger rear door side that barely came off. I talked two different mangers one hispanic and one white who calls himself "General Manger Valentino". He was one of the most unprofessional rude inconsiderate individuals to talk to and should be FIRED.... This so called "GM" blamed me for the scratch that they machinery created, and denied the fact there machinery don't scratch customers cars. When I tried to explain to him that the scratch was NOT there when I came in he deflected everything back on me as if I was lying acted like he was some paint expert. He kept over talking me when I tried to explain that I don't even drive my car except on the weekends. I asked if there was a boss above him and he made up some story talking about the level of management stops at him which I know not to be true . This GM Valentino person is rude and does NOT know how to have a professional conversation at all lacks customer service skills... I would NEVER EVER COME BACK.... A really solid car wash, the interior cleaning was perfect and I thought fairly priced. That said, the exterior wash is a pull through belt which requires your car to be in neutral (not hybrid friendly). Taking my Prius through in neutral with my ac blasting killed my aging traction battery... This is obviously my ignorance, not their fault. But a warning to older hybrid owners - it's a pull through wash. read more

Went to get a quick cleaning but needed some TLC for my car's interior. For the extra $23, it was definitely worth it! They ran my car through a second time because it was extra dirty (no additional charge for that, but I did tip well). Don't expect a full detailing for this level- but they do offer additional packages for more involved cleanings. read more

Have been a customer of Abingdon on and off since they opened. Quality has went down hill. Today I watched three cars in front of me until we could move up. The girl washing windows would literally do 1/4 to 1/2 of each window and walk away. Much more interested in talking than doing any work. Had to clean my own windows when I left. Floor mats were barely cleaned and not put back in correctly. Trash and crumbs still in the console. Also always pick a fragrance on the machine when checking in. There is never a fragrance in the car when they are done. They pull it out and walk away without even acknowledging they are done. They used to have someone that would check all the cars when they were done before turning over to the customer. They don't have that anymore but it was a critical role in customer satisfaction. read more

If you have an EV/hybrid, make sure to ask for the half off hybrid discount! I don't think it's listed anywhere on the signs at the car wash so you need to ask for it. With an EV, it's a great deal ($11 for a basic wash) and the wash is definitely higher quality than a gas station. read more

We went late Sunday morning and it was busy but also was very efficient with no wait. The car looked great when finished. Also (and this impressed me so much that I had to review), after the employees worked on the car, there was a $5 bill on the seat. They found it while cleaning and returned it to us. I wish I had taken before pictures, but holy crap. We took the car in for an interior detail, just picked it up, and it looks amazing. This was our "dog car", our beater up car, hadn't been cleaned out in years. Stains on the seats, dog hair everywhere, coffee spills, Dusty and scratched. The thing was disgusting. It now looks so good I feel like I could sell it off the lot! Amazing job by Amaya, Gabby, Saul, and everyone else who worked on my car. We will be returning with our truck which also is disgusting and I will be sure to do before and after pictures then to show everyone how great this detail really is. Do not recommend unless you enjoy being nickel and dimed for average services. I came in with a Honda CRV for a basic interior and exterior wash that totaled $39 and was charged a $3 surcharge for a large vehicle. The Honda CRV is a compact vehicle, which is by definition smaller than a standard sedan and fits into compact spaces average vehicles cannot, so cannot be classified by any reasonable person as a large vehicle. I spoke with the manager and she acknowledged that although my car was smaller than every other one on the lot at the time it was classified in their system as an SUV so nothing she could do to remove the charge. Poor customer experience and will not return, really should reconsider common sense pricing for repeat business. read more

If you want a quality car wash don't bother waisting your hard earned money or time here. They are very rude and in a hurry just to get you out of there I've been there twice and so far I always have to point things out that they missed. And when you point it out they get annoyed and bothered. I had a stain that was hard to get off my car and they said they can't do anuthjng about it took it to another car wash they handled the situation with ease. I've been here a few times now. It's fine if you just want to rinse your car and if the place isn't busy but my car usually still comes out a little dirty. The worst experience was last week when the place was busy. The car behind me didn't put their car in neutral and it lurched forward multiple times until it was literally touching and grinding against my car. Nobody stopped the line, nobody did anything about it. I would definitely not recommend this place if it's busy. read more

This is actually the biggest rip off i have ever experienced. I paid 50$ total. 22$ for exterior and 20$ for interior with 5$ hot wax. They literally sprayed this car down with nothing more than water. Tires were left VISIBLY dirty, interior of the car was SOAKING WET (literally water dripping down my glove compartment) when I asked a dry towel with obvious disappointment the man who may have been the manager even rolled his eyes and gave the car the worst and quickest RE wipe down. Pretty good clean. $36 in total including $16 basic exterior cost and $20 interior cost. Kind of pricey for my liking. But my car left looking pretty clean. Service could be a little better. This was my first and LAST experience with this location. Simple things were not attended to even though I purchased one of their higher cleaning packages. Finger prints and smudges were left all over my touch screen dashboard, tree sap remained on my windows, and my rear window doesn't even look like it was touched. I rarely complain, but paying $40+ for a car wash is absurd when attention to detail isn't taken. I've gotten better car washes from the little boys in our neighborhood. Let several scratches on the hood of my vehicle on top of the washes being overpiced. I will not be back.

Gave this place two chances and, unfortunately, will not be back. The first time we had some tree sap on our window. It was summer. It happens. Without asking, we purchased a detailed clean for both inside and out. When we get in the car back, the tree sap is still there. No worries, let's point it out to the employees. They say they would "have cleaned it off if we bought a higher package." OK, maybe that is on us. Not a problem. This time I arrived and showed the young man checking me in a small spill we had on the center console of the car. He said if we purchased the $40 package they would wipe that up for us. Perfect, sounds great! Purchased the $40 package and let them do their thing. Upon getting the car back the spill on the center console is still there. When bringing this up to the individual handing me my keys, he says if we had purchased the higher package they would have cleaned that up for us. Got it. This is their gimmick. "Purchase the higher package and we will clean that up for you." $40 should get my center consul, at least wipe down. That's the bare minimum. Just use the water out your hose for a better experience. read more

$33 bucks yall.  I've never paid so much for a car wash in my life.  It's a car, not a truck.  I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon.  It was packed.  I had no idea on pricing before I went.  After leaving Target in Canton Crossing, I googled "Car Was Near Me", Caton Car Wash came up.  Because it was so packed I was unable to reverse and leave once I saw the price tag. $16 for the exterior wash only and $17 for the inside (vacuum, dust, rims, mats, and fragrance).  Sadly, once they were finished I still had dust on my dash and radio area.  I also decided to later on in the evening to vacuum my car again because they didn't do a very good job at that either. I will never return to Canton Car Wash or any other place that doesn't hand wash vehicles. After spending $27, my car was left with multiple scratches, swirl marks, and chipped paint in several spots. Now I have to pay for a paint correction because of the damage they caused. Having not been pleased in the past I decided to try a new approach after paying $42 for the interior and exterior service I went the the team working on my car very bubbly and sharing my gratitude I pointed out areas of concerns I then pulled out a $20 bill and made an announcement and ensured the team leader watched me out the 20 dollar bill in the tip box in hopes that my kind words pointing out areas of concern and showing them my commitment to them and my confidence by giving them a 50 percent tip. I will attach pics showing how horrible they did. Before I even left I found an opened can of soda in my door. When I drove across to get gas at the farm store I found a bottle of oj that rolled under the seat it was so old it wlbrow and barely a a few swigs left they left that on my back seat and the other opened bottle of soda they put under my open area on my console it was horrible read more
