My vehicle was not properly detailed. There was trash left in the door handle compartment, and the armrest, car seat and interior door handle were still dirty. Worse, the exterior outlet trim on my Range Rover was scratched and peeling after the service. And when I sent pictures of the scraped outlet, I never received an acknowledgment or an apology. The poor detailing was one thing, but the lack of accountability was even worse. If you you don't want what happened to me to happen to you, I will avoid this place by all cost. I regret going back to this place every time I opened my armrest.
