    The place is just terrible and from now on I'm driving an extra 15 minutes to go to canton instead. There was a spot I was SURE they wouldn't miss, right in my windshield that I was SURE they wouldn't miss. But they lazy staff looked right over it. And not only that. But there were so many parts of the inside they didn't touch. And this is during a time where it was not busy. So idk what they were doing. This is one of many times where I have come and they a terrible job. Management here is terrible and they don't properly train or monitor staff to ensure quality work. Kids at a fundraiser carwash would do a better job than these people.

    Wanted to give this car wash a try since I had a coupon. So for the value I received it was just ok, now if I paid the full amount of $22 I would be a bit upset. I don't particularly think these types of wash center actually clean your vehicle very well. If you are looking only to get salt or pollen off it does the job, anything else forget it. Since it's summer and the bugs are out you would be better going some place that hand washes vehicles. I wasn't surprised that I still had bugs and bird droppings after the wash. The woman who you are greeted by at the kiosk when you pull up wasn't very friendly. Was very short with answers when I asked a few questions about the different services. The guys at the end of the wash are fantastic, they had a line of cars they were working through and were still smiling and happy.

    I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE AND WILL NEVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH AGAIN. I paid $44 for the Flagship exterior and interior wash. When the car was supposedly finished, the water was still dripping off of it. When I arrived at home, I looked carefully in the back seat. There were still crumbs on the back seat, new dirt on the seat, and it was clear they had not even attempted to clean the back of the passenger seat. This was a complete waste of money. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT A CLEAN CAR. See attached photos.

    On September 18, 2022, we took my SRX for an external wash. In the wash tube, there was a horrible…read moregrinding noise, and it turned out that a piece of the fabric that slaps the car as it washes had wrapped itself around my roof rail, and wedged itself in tight. No one in the drying tube told us this thing was hanging off our car. We realized it when we made our next stop--and turned right around and went back to show it to them. A nice young man tried to remove it and couldn't. He called the owner, who had him ask me to bring it back the next daso he could see it. The young man cut some of it away so there would be less hanging off my car. The next morning, I went back and met with Michael--the owner. He tried to get it off, and couldn't. He then had someone else try, and that person couldn't get it off, either. We agreed that it needed to be done by a body shop, and I said I would take it to Hunt Valley Auto Body, which Michael agreed was a good place to go. The last thing he said to me was, "Let me know if I owe you anything." The next time I could get an appointment at the body shop was in November. The bill I paid for the work was just over $300. I sent a copy to Michael to ask how he would like to handle it. He didn't reply. I tried a second time. He didn't reply. I sent it again, this time, certified mail, return receipt requested. He received it, and didn't reply. That's where we are. My SRX was damaged, and the owner won't do the right thing. I used to be a regular customer. Now I'm never going back.

    This is going to be a bit of a story lol. Two experiences for this morning. Royal farm's app needs…read moreto be fixed, because it doesn't give you the option to include egg for a BREAKFAST burrito. The first time I came in with a mobile order, which no where does it tell you to pick up at register. The African woman I spoke with who had long braided hair was busy, but was being rude with me when I was simply asking about my order. Keep in mind I'm using my little 15 minute break during work to do this. She didn't listen to me about the fact I ordered 10 minutes prior and didn't consider I made a mobile order. My break is up and I finally get to find out that it's been sitting at the register the entire time. I go to work and find the burrito had no cheese or egg. At this point in infuriated. I call in about this with my frustration so hopefully it'll be ready by the time I get back. I get back, I show the issue. We confirm the APP is the problem with not having egg, however I still didn't receive cheese. Once we confirmed it was the APPs fault, I was able to calm down some. The order screens on site give you the egg option, but online/app doesn't. The woman who I spoke with first time was much more understanding and respectful talking to me as well which made me feel better. They remade my order, let me keep the mess up for my time used, and gave me a free fountain drink for my time. All of these kind curtesies they did for me changed my 1 star review ready to break something to 4 stars. The service changed the second time around, the majority of the order mistake was the app's fault, and I was compensated for the large amount of time I had to use for this encounter. I appreciate the staff for the second encounter. I do not recommend ordering this burrito online or through the app unless you can add a note lol.

    Poor Customer Service…read more Purchased a car wash but then found out the car wash was out of service. I went to the counter to get a refund and was told the code was good for a year and that I needed to drive to another Royal Farms to get my car washed. Unacceptable.
