I have a Flagship membership and I have had great experiences at every location, but this one is absolutely terrible- I didn't even get my car washed, so I can't speak on the job that they do, but here is what I can tell you. I pulled in, and almost right away noticed the long line. I didn't have time to wait in a line that long, but they have barriers up so you can't get out. So I thought I could call them and ask if someone could come and help me figure out how to get out. I did the option where you call and they call you back and hold your place in line- an hour later and still no phone call. So, I sat stuck there for over 30 minutes, just waiting to get to the point of the car wash so that I could escape. I figured I could at least go over to the vacuum cleaners that I've seen at every other Flagship- nope. They don't have those there. So 30 minutes wasted, just to sit in a line that I was trapped in. I love the Flagship on Padonia Rd and would recommend them any time (in fact I'm going to go write my review for them next), but I will never go back to this location. 0 stars, would not recommend. read more

$44 flagship package interior and exterior was not worth the money. they didn't do anything: I brought two cars here today and both had nothing done to the interiors no other cars well before closing, i'm not expecting much from an express car wash, but not doing anything at all is unacceptable. 9min later and I still see the same crumbs all over the car and my partners car. The place is just terrible and from now on I'm driving an extra 15 minutes to go to canton instead. There was a spot I was SURE they wouldn't miss, right in my windshield that I was SURE they wouldn't miss. But they lazy staff looked right over it. And not only that. But there were so many parts of the inside they didn't touch. And this is during a time where it was not busy. So idk what they were doing. This is one of many times where I have come and they a terrible job. Management here is terrible and they don't properly train or monitor staff to ensure quality work. Kids at a fundraiser carwash would do a better job than these people. read more

I utilized Flagship a few years ago to "treat" myself to a interior and exterior detailing service. I was disappointed upon picking up the car. Here were some of the problems I experienced: - The seats were still soaked! I understand some dampness is normal but the seats took multiple days to dry. I had a trip planned for the beach a few days later and my friend in the backseat had to sit on his jacket because the seats were still wet by then. - The interior console had been damaged by a cleaning product they used. The color of the plastic became splotchy and mismatched with the rest of the interior. There was no way to rectify this issue as the damage was permanent. - They had washed the retractable trunk cover but instead of pulling it back out again to air dry, they left is retracted and mold grew on the inside of it. I grew up in the area and remember this car wash always being super busy because it had been around for so long and was trustworthy but clearly, ownership has changed and it's not worth the price or the headache. I will definitely avoid Flagship in the future. read more

Wanted to give this car wash a try since I had a coupon. So for the value I received it was just ok, now if I paid the full amount of $22 I would be a bit upset. I don't particularly think these types of wash center actually clean your vehicle very well. If you are looking only to get salt or pollen off it does the job, anything else forget it. Since it's summer and the bugs are out you would be better going some place that hand washes vehicles. I wasn't surprised that I still had bugs and bird droppings after the wash. The woman who you are greeted by at the kiosk when you pull up wasn't very friendly. Was very short with answers when I asked a few questions about the different services. I have had a membership for 15 years At the Cockeysville location Within The past 2 years the quality of the car detail has become deplorable. The workers are lazy and look like heroin addicts. We used to go to this car wash before it was flagship. It was called the Auto spa and they did a phenomenal job! The inside of my car is half-assed clean at best. I kind of thought they were finished a little quickly compared to how long it took in the past. While obviously I'm never going to complain about getting me in and out in a timely manner, the car also needs to be cleaned. They left a lot of dust on the dashboard trash. I asked them to throw away barely certain he didn't speak English so he didn't know I said that to him. I got there today around 4:30pm. At the drive up where you pay there was a lady telling us about the car wash options. I elected for the exterior/interior washes. Once I paid and finished the drive through wash I pulled around for the exterior interior portion. Initially the guys began walking up to start and then a guy that stated he was the manager came over and stopped them. He said they were no longer cleaning the inside of cars because they did not have enough people to do so. I looked around at about 6-8 guys standing around waiting to work on my car. The manager asked if anybody told me about them not doing anymore interior cleaning. I said no, in fact if they did I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to pay for one. Right? I then asked who I could talk to inside to discuss a a refund/ adjustment on the $36 I had just paid for exterior interior. He said I'm the manager, and I so I asked him about the refund. He then says well wait we can do one more, and yells to the guys to start working on my car. They did a great job. However, the encounter overshadowed the experience. Especially because they close at 6:30pm and I was there at 4:30pm. This doesn't seem like a professional establishment. read more

Back of car covered with dirt, crumbs on seat plus the additional $8 they now charge for cleaning door jams and floor mats left door jams still dirty and never touched back floor mats although they said they did. I usually recommend this location specifically as all my experiences have been top tier until today. I think there's nothing wrong with the prices however there needs to be some mindfulness about ensuring every vehicle leaves better than how it came in. I do understand this could be because they may be understaffed so I am willing to extend grace. My windows had some smears and I had to double back. Thankfully the staff while working super hard were attentive and corrected it. I truly believe today was a day they were overwhelmed but to pay for the top of the line wash and have to circle back for errors can be frustrating. I'll definitely give them another chance in the future and hopefully what I experienced today won't happen again. read more

My vehicle was damaged during the wash. Reported it to the GM and "filed a claim." He came out and took pics of the damage and took my information. it has been 2 weeks and no one has responded or followed up about getting my vehicle repaired. I've contacted the GM as well as corporate. No one ever answers the phone so all of my correspondence, besides my initial complaint to the GM, has been via email. Not to mention my car/wheels were still dirty after the wash. The GM stated "it's not gonna be 100%" when I pointed out dirty rims/wheels and bird poop that remained on the trunk and hood of my car after the wash. Definitely not worth the cost!! When the car was supposedly finished, the water was still dripping off of it. When I arrived at home, I looked carefully in the back seat. There were still crumbs on the back seat, new dirt on the seat, and it was clear they had not even attempted to clean the back of the passenger seat. This was a complete waste of money. Car was not cleaned properly and team members did not care. Sap was still on the car and I was told that I would have to pay $3 per minute for them to remove the substance. I inquired prior to entering the car wash and the person taking payment did not know. People/Customer friendly not the best when questions need to be answered. This is why I prefer to go to a hand wash establishment to ensure the car is cleaned satisfactorily. read more

Heard about Flagship car wash and thought I'd give it a try. Its winter and truck was salty from recent snow. also specifically wanted wheels cleaned as I was getting new tires the next day. I went with their $18 Super Exterior Wash, which included "Wheel Cleaner". First of all, the washers were too busy talking amongst themselves and were not not paying attention to what they were doing. Example: As I was in the truck during the washing, I could see that they did not completely cover the windshield with the cleaning pad they were using. Missed several areas. Afterwards, When I got out to look at the cleaning, there were still salt marks on the body and I could visibly wipe brake dust if the wheels. This location has gone downhill under the new owners. I took my car in to get a regular wash, they just have one or two people detailing the exterior only service and they only did one side of the car and didn't wipe off any of the bird droppings/dirt/stuck on leaves. I had to get it rewashed. Definitely save your money, when I contacted them they said they don't offer refunds. You're better off running it through at a cash station than this car wash! I used Flagship for a carwash a week or so ago and was really disappointed. I chose the Deluxe Exterior Wash for $22 after what seemed like 20 birds decided to poop all over my car (my brand new car that I'm obsessed with). It happened over the weekend when I was out of town and parked under a tree. I took it to Flagship on Monday. The power washing the did before I started moving on the conveyor belt was haphazard and so when I got off the belt and left the carwash, there was still tons of bird poop on one side of my car. So it was $22 wasted. I also wish they were more communicative or that the signs were better. They knew it was my first time at Flagship but they didn't explain much. After getting off the conveyor belt, I ended up in a line of cars and I couldn't really tell where it was going. Once I waited and moved a bit, I realized I was in the line for interior cleaning, which I hadn't paid for. Not great communication or preparation. Probably wouldn't try again based on this experience. read more

Horrible equipment and staffing today. First time last time. Pay 44.00 and conveyer belt breaks 12 ft in tunnel. After 5 minutes the attendant can't fix, tells me to pull out "car is clean ". I say no I paid 44 bucks for something better than that 22 ft trip. The man sends me over 2 bays for my interior and exterior cleaning. Nice guy over there but after 10 minutes I get truck back and the poor QC guy is redoing everything, glass, mats . I noticed they cleaned my rubber floor mats but didn't vacuum carpet. It is a beautiful facility with a great location. But very disappointing experience- truck dirtier than it was. Just saw back mats not done at all rear window not touched. read more

I am not one to leave negative reviews but customers should know going in that your vehicle is in danger of significant damage. The car wash literally blew the lid off of my side view driver mirror and put significant scratches along the top of my driver's side window. While the employees were very nice and the did give me a $120 gift card and write up an incident report, I have never heard from the manager. My $44 car wash is going to cost me at least a couple of hundred dollars to repair the damage. The gift card isn't helpful when the risk of damage is so high. read more

went to flagship car wash today in. My car was washed on the outside and for the first 10 seconds on the conveyor belt for the inside they wiped. Nobody did anything else besides barely wiping it. All the trash was left in my car all the milk from the foster baby was left in the car. All the food on the floor was still there. Very bad service. read more

Horrible horrible horrible Carwash. Worse carwash chain on the east coast. From not hiring American citizens to inattentive staff who don't speak nor understand English and subsequently car accidents occurs frequent in the actual wash bay. Accidents occur frequently in the bay due to the language barriers. An elderly nun who thought her car was in neutral and was in reverse, slammed into my car when exiting. No pun attended but it was a car full of nuns and even they couldn't believe how negligent the staff are at this location. Thank God I had it on dashcam which clearly showed me trying to get the illegal immigrant's attention and to take action. He purposely did nothing and let the elderly lady reverse into my car when exiting. The supervisor, Fabio or maybe his name is Ricardo blamed me for some asinine reaon that even the nuns called BS. The one off of York Rd across from Walmart is the slowest carwash on earth. Literally. Avoid this carwash unless you have 1-2 hours to burn because you will be in a long line due to them only putting only car through at a time (see picture). If i was an ultra millionaire, I'd definitely open up my own chain in the Baltimore county area and put this flagship out of its misery. This use to be a very nice and respectful car wash to go to. I went to this location today and the customer service was GHETTO and Unprofessional. While I was on the belt waiting for the machine to rinse my car off the power went out and my car was stuck on the track and no one came over to see if I was ok. There was a SUV behind me when the power went out, Likely they wasn't that close to me because they could have ran in the back of me. I called the computer number to request a refund, No one never picked up because Management don't want to her anyone complaints. I purchased the premium wash for $44 and was excited to get the salt from the roads off my brand new vehicle. First off, I was surprised to see that this place does not have touchless wash. Second, the wash and all of its fixings was done in about 3 minutes. Then, on to the guy who would tidy the interior. The job they did was so bad that the front desk guy sent my car through interior cleaning again. Before driving off, I survey the interior again and all they did was wipe a dirt smudge that was on the drivers side door. The cup holders were not done, crumbs and debris were still on the floor and on my side seats. Flagship loss one who would have been a loyal customer. I will not go back!! I went to the York Rd in Cockeysville location today to have my car cleaned. The car really needed to be cleaned so I chose the high level service at $44. thinking that I would get a little extra effort put into the job. Was I ever mistaken!! The place had very few customers at the time and the car was in and out of the tunnel in less than 5 minutes when I was told that my car was finished. When I reached the vehicle, I noticed that there were finger prints on the door windows and the inside of the car looked like no effort at all was put into cleaning the console and there was still loose crushed leaves on the carpet. I went back inside and tile the attendant that the car was not clean. I was told that my expectations were too high and that if I wanted a good job then I needed to have a complete detail! I was also told that he would "run it through again, but it won't be much better". He was right. It looked a little better, but not by much. The windshield was only partially wiped and very streaked, the drivers side window still had finger prints and although the crushed leaf was vacuumed up, there was still loose dirt o the carpet. I didn't expect a complete detail, but I did expect so much more than the poor quality of work that I received. I also expected to be treated with more respect than the rude attendant knew how to give. This place charged me $44 and ran the car through their system TWICE and I left with a car that wasn't even close to clean. From beginning to end they spent less than 20 minutes cleaning the vehicle and telling me that my expectations were too high and that I only "Get why I pay for!" I brought my car new and always let the dealership wash it in there automated carwash. Every new car that comes in gets washed in there and never a scratch. It is now being rebuilt so I choose Flagship monthly plan exterior only until it gets finished. After four washes my car is swirl marked to h..ll. I am so pissed.
