Took one of my classic trucks here (1977) and since it didn't have much to clean there wasn't a problem but my white car struggles everytime. There has been at least three times recently I had to go back through and the dirt still didn't come off, so an employee came out and assisted me with wiping it down. It was very sweet of the employee but I was wondering why this keeps happening. I was going through once every two weeks depending on the weather and possibly more if I was traveling far. The bugs on the front just about stay on even after going through. It's very discouraging especially since I always get the Super. The positive is they do have free vacuums. They have a handicap area for the vacuums as well. Be careful when you pull the vacuum out before placing on your carpet as I have found gum on it before. They suck up what is needed so other than paying attention before placing on your carpet these are very nice vacuums. They also have a mat cleaner that you stick your mats through to be cleaned. They seem to work very well just beware it does not remove pet hair which I didn't expect. Just warning you. Now that covid is here they have placed hand sanitizer spray bottles at each station and buckets for clean and dirty cloths. All in all this is a decent place but I think for washing I have to try out places to get the clean look for my whole car.

Once I paid and finished the drive through wash I pulled around for the exterior interior portion. Initially the guys began walking up to start and then a guy that stated he was the manager came over and stopped them. He said they were no longer cleaning the inside of cars because they did not have enough people to do so. I looked around at about 6-8 guys standing around waiting to work on my car. The manager asked if anybody told me about them not doing anymore interior cleaning. I said no, in fact if they did I'm sure I wouldn't have been able to pay for one. Right? I then asked who I could talk to inside to discuss a a refund/ adjustment on the $36 I had just paid for exterior interior. He said I'm the manager, and I so I asked him about the refund. He then says well wait we can do one more, and yells to the guys to start working on my car. They did a great job. However, the encounter overshadowed the experience. No one in the drying tube told us this thing was hanging off our car. We realized it when we made our next stop--and turned right around and went back to show it to them. A nice young man tried to remove it and couldn't. He called the owner, who had him ask me to bring it back the next daso he could see it. The young man cut some of it away so there would be less hanging off my car. The next morning, I went back and met with Michael--the owner. He tried to get it off, and couldn't. He then had someone else try, and that person couldn't get it off, either. We agreed that it needed to be done by a body shop, and I said I would take it to Hunt Valley Auto Body, which Michael agreed was a good place to go. The last thing he said to me was, "Let me know if I owe you anything." The next time I could get an appointment at the body shop was in November. The bill I paid for the work was just over $300. I sent a copy to Michael to ask how he would like to handle it. He didn't reply. I tried a second time. He didn't reply. I sent it again, this time, certified mail, return receipt requested. He received it, and didn't reply. That's where we are. My SRX was damaged, and the owner won't do the right thing. I used to be a regular customer. Now I'm never going back.

The part that bothers me is the watery soap from the foaming brush. It's almost as if they do they to make you have to wash the car 2x. It's like a money grab. The heads on the brushes are small and circular. It's definitely some scam type activities from whoever owns or run this place. It's ways to just make you spend as much as possible while not really providing anything except a quick rinse off. I went here maybe 2x when I lived in Towson and stopped and started traveling all the way back to Dundalk to go to my old carwash simply because it's a better carwash and you get more than what you pay for. First time here so maybe they had something extra I could've done but will probably bring my own towels next time. Overall very pleased!
