Yes you are right…read more Well I came across this place a year or so ago and was excited, but on several occasions my car is still dirty after the wash. Took one of my classic trucks here (1977) and since it didn't have much to clean there wasn't a problem but my white car struggles everytime. There has been at least three times recently I had to go back through and the dirt still didn't come off, so an employee came out and assisted me with wiping it down. It was very sweet of the employee but I was wondering why this keeps happening. I was going through once every two weeks depending on the weather and possibly more if I was traveling far. The bugs on the front just about stay on even after going through. It's very discouraging especially since I always get the Super. The positive is they do have free vacuums. They have a handicap area for the vacuums as well. Be careful when you pull the vacuum out before placing on your carpet as I have found gum on it before. They suck up what is needed so other than paying attention before placing on your carpet these are very nice vacuums. They also have a mat cleaner that you stick your mats through to be cleaned. They seem to work very well just beware it does not remove pet hair which I didn't expect. Just warning you. Now that covid is here they have placed hand sanitizer spray bottles at each station and buckets for clean and dirty cloths. All in all this is a decent place but I think for washing I have to try out places to get the clean look for my whole car.

After I finally reached someone, I was told the $225 would be refunded to my card. It's been over two weeks and I still haven't received the refund, and my calls are again being ignored. They wash both my BMW 330Ci and my Jeep Wrangler to perfection. My BMW is for leisure so it's rather easy to clean. My Jeep however is often my "farm truck" it sees feed, muck, mud, you name it. I dropped my car off at 9am when I made my appointment (make an appointment!) and they were ready for me. They said it would be 4 hours, but could be longer, because it is so cold out that all the materials they put on the car were freezing when they left the garage. I got picked up, and returned exactly 4 hours later, when the techs were doing their final wipe on my mirrors. Such great timing. The car was crazy clean, I am so glad to be back to square one and hope to keep it in better shape. The one additional star I could have given them would have been if I could have had a Ceremony coffee when I was there. I don't know if it was ready, and I did not ask.
