I love this car wash. They really do a great job especially the guys and gals in the back that vacuum and do the floor mats. Not the drying folks you have to keep an eye on because if they can skip something they will. The best thing is let the guy that cashes you out know that you want them to do something and he will tell them. They always clean my CAB great and that no easy task. Not pleased with the overall experience at this wash. Charged for a full service wash when I did not request it. Groceries and other items (even items taped down) in my car and on my dash were displaced due to the full service I did not request. Car was still not entirely clean and I feel as if the entire process is rushed. Contacted management and requested a partial refund and they refused. I would not recommend this location. read more

Tried this car wash a few months ago. It was a regular experience with selecting the type of wash, having it go through the machine then waiting for them to vacuum, clean out. It was fine, nothing to write home about. Lots of spots were missed inside the vehicle but since it didn't break the bank, it was fine. This would be more of a go-to if I'm in the area but I wouldn't go out of my way to get a wash here. read more

Love this place. Its been a go too when I'm out running errands and need a decent car wash. Depending on the day the line can be long but thats expected. The prices are pretty reasonable and I typically clear my cup holder and cubby area so that they can vacuum/wipe out the area. It reminds me of going to the car wash with my dad as a child, when you drive up they get which wash you want then you go inside and can watch your car go through the wash through giant glass windows. Once out on the other side a team gets to work on the outside of your car and windows. Remember to bring cash for a tip but otherwise you can watch them finish up then ride off. Its usually a pretty good wash and well worth the price. read more

These scam artists did not clean my car properly and while hand-wiping, they ground dirt into the paint of my vehicle scratching it all to hell. When i clearly showed them the standing dirt that was wiped into my paint, all they said was they could wash it again but the scratches were there. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! read more

I asked him to see if he could get this stubborn dirt off the running boards and he spent a lot of effort and went out of his way to make sure it was done. Been going here for 15 years but won't be back. I keep a bowl of quarters under my drivers seat for emergencies. Happened to also have a camera chip from my last trip in there. Low and behold, found the bowl stuck between the back seats this morning and the quarters and chip gone. Thieves. Doubly insulting since I always give a tip to both the back guys and front AND because they didn't even wipe all the surfaces properly. nd to be clear, I'm aware you "take no responsibility for valuables left in the car" since I can read a sign. Just want to let you know that I caught your thieving employee and that you lost a good customer (and her followers) over 10 bucks and a camera chip that's worth nothing to you losers but has great value to me. Outstanding. I deducted a star in the rating because of the skinny young lady that vacuums the vehicles. She doesn't to appear to like working there. It was a bit uncomfortable, I felt like customers were imposing on her day. The machine did a great job on my car and I liked the fact that there were extra blowers that dries the side of the car. Most automatic washers only have the blowers that blow the top of the vehicle. The end process wasn't as dry as it should have been. But compared to other car washes, Rainbow is best I've been to. read more

If there was a - 1 million rating this shit hole wouldn't earn that. They ran my brand new 2017 Chevrolet Silverado through there wash with the back window opened. The window wasn't open when I arrived but I guess while doing the crappy job of vacuuming the back seat and floor they tapped the windows button. Filled the back seat with soapy water. Though they dried it with their dirty drying towels my brand new truck will never be the same. When I spoke to the @@shole manager he says it's only water. No it's a $38,000 truck moron. I wouldn't take a POS CAR there again yet alone a vehicles you care about. STAY AWAY FROM RAINBOW CAR WASH IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE. BTW -They missed on the vacuuming horribly, they walked in my bed with sneakers with no regards to scratching the bed. And one of the methods they used to sop up the flood in my backseat was to lay towels on the seat and roll their ass back and forth on them to apply pressure. I guess they can't afford a wet dry vac. Do yourself a favor and just wind your windows Dow in s thunderstorm.... You'll get better results read more

This place used to be good. The last 2 times I got my car done there and paid for the premium plus package and they can't seem to ever wipe down the center console. Seems they missed the passenger side dash as well this time. I shouldn't have to clean my car after I've paid to have it done. Do not waste your time and money here. Will never go back this was the last straw. They have different levels of car washes. Would always get the platinum plus which is there best wash, all most every time I would never get every segment that I paid for. They have came up with a number system which seems to work now. The last time they only dressed 3 tires the car has 4. This last time they did do all 4 tires but only rearranged the dirt on the windshield, back glass, door glass and side view mirrors. They never lock in the diver side front floor mat. This car wash was never this bad years ago they gave great service don't know what happened must be under new management. Looks like I will be going to Canton car wash in White Marsh which is close to where I live. read more

This place is "hit or miss". I have had a few decent washes, but this last time...they did not vacuum the back of my Jeep seats (there was still a ton of dog hair on the seat and floorboard). They did not even open up the back and spray down the back windows let alone clean the back window on the inside. Then, the cup holders in the back and front were never even wiped. Very disappointing. I went back around and the vacuum guy said "Oh I tried a long time to get that hair off" and acted like I was asking him for a miracle to re-vacuum the car. Needless-to-say, I immediately was able to get the hair off with my small Shark vacuum at home! This place is just not consistent and don't even think about asking those people to correct what they failed to do right the first time! Never again. I will be taking my business elsewhere. read more
