Best car wash on the planet! Ran my car through today to wash all the winter crud off it. I always get the $20 wash, which is the middle tier one. My car went in the tunnel a complete mess, came out a shining jewel. Attendant told me they're always updating their equipment and I could tell -- they had new brushes against my side windows that worked much harder. Asked the guys to give my wheels some extra soap (they spray it on before you begin your journey) and they came out gleaming. Vaccuum is easy to use, plenty of cloths and spray cleaner to detail your inside. Ask for a spray bottle of the "Tire Clean", they hoard it a little and don't keep it at the stations like the blue cleaner but it makes your tires look like new. Hubby and I have been here several times with no issues. Located on the southbound side of Rt. 40/Pulaski Hwy. in Edgewood. Across from the former Mars location. Easy to use kiosk with narrow lanes. If you drive a large vehicle the outside entry lane is easier to navigate. There are always an ample amount of blue cleaning cloths and window cleaner. The vacs have very good suction...it took my cough drops. Lol! Very clean grounds with no litter. Professional staff. Most importantly...my car is very clean. Good, better, best pricing. I get the mid level wash and use my own tire shine. Yes, girls like glossy tires too! We are going to sign up for his and hers memberships. Bob, whom I believe is the manager, is very professional and personable. No complaint, just kudos! Nice and much needed addition to the area. read more

A1 Service is my Experience. I've had a few instances here but with the sales consultant, I had a discrepancy with the application that she suggested. The deal was awesome so she did her job. I have two Mercedes that I keep in pristine condition so with Maryann out daily, she is making sure the customers are getting their moneys worth for the business here. Today 3/3/24, not only was I in a complaint on the charge of the app over the weekend for $50.00, unbeknownst to me I would have to cancel after the use of the promotion. I alternated vehicles for service so to my surprise the app was not working. The shop was extremely busy but Maryann And Miles attended to angry and disgruntled customers and still took the time to assist me with the triple charges outside of the application issue because it booked my card from the app two times additionally. I am whole and my car of clean. The vacuum was broken and Miles attended to it. The Matt cleaner was broken, immediately I was offered suggestions and Toya assisted to clean them. I'm a customer service manager and I feel it's important to give credit to those businesses that deserve it regardless of the hiccups. Great car wash. Friendly personnel. It is a little pricier than the the quick hit and run car washes but it has so much more. The wash itself was great and when you pull out the exit take an immediate left and they offer FREE vacuum and micro towels. The vacuum we're on both sides of the car so you are not fishing the hose throughout the job. They also offer FREE glass cleaner I will be using them again. I had a great experience until the very end. I thought what a great place free vacuum with your car wash! I got to the end of vacuuming my car and an attendant came to me asking for my receipt I said I probably threw it away. He said my manager watched you come in through the back and start using our stuff I said that's not true! I've been here for over 45 min. I went in and pulled up my bank account and showed the money was taken out. It was such a crappy experience to be blamed for something that wasn't true. read more

This place is the new generation of car washes! Took my car in covered with salt/dirt from the recent snows and it looked amazing upon exit! They provide free towels to wipe your vehicle down and free vacuums as well. Also window cleaner as well. When you leave here your car looks amazing!.
