There's a super nice employee to guide you into the tunnel of suds. Pop it in neutral and then voila - done! Well worth it! It's a great location where you can get in and out easily. I dropped my car off at 9am when I made my appointment (make an appointment!) and they were ready for me. They said it would be 4 hours, but could be longer, because it is so cold out that all the materials they put on the car were freezing when they left the garage. I got picked up, and returned exactly 4 hours later, when the techs were doing their final wipe on my mirrors. Such great timing. The car was crazy clean, I am so glad to be back to square one and hope to keep it in better shape. The one additional star I could have given them would have been if I could have had a Ceremony coffee when I was there. I don't know if it was ready, and I did not ask. But I do love Ceremony and hope they can put a bigger emphasis on it for their guests. It's SO COOL that they have craft coffee in their car wash and needs to be emphasized. Thanks folks!

He gave me the email to customer service. They responded saying they canceled future debits but would not return my $40 because my membership policy clearly states that you have to cancel before the charge date. Since I never signed up for a membership, I never received policy paper work. This is a scam and has to be illegal. Another email and 3 phone calls later, the ma she says there is no one above him to talk to and if he refunds my money he will be fired. This left me with no recourse but to go file a complete at the Better Business Bureau. Apparently there are multiple complaints about this. Very unethical business practices!!!!!!

Clean cleaning rags are hard to get. They don't keep up with the rags. Trash all over the ground. You still leave with a car alittle cleaner then when you came in.
