The employees deeply care about fully cleaning every single spot and they completely cleaned my car out with all the special tools and such that made it spotless and there's even a really nice coffee shop inside the lobby while you wait. What kind of car wash has a full service coffee shop inside of their lobby, probably nobody, but Canton. It's definitely pricey, but I think I spent my money extremely well based on the service and effort they put into cleaning out my car.

There was leftover disinfectant or excess UV protection that left an oily feel to the interior consoles and wheel. I left it to dry for several hours but it was still oily where I had to wipe everything down with a microfiber cloth. Several stains were not cleaned (might not have been part of the detailing package I guess). There were a couple of orange stains in the backseat that weren't there before ... maybe it happened during cleaning but it came off with a quick rub with a wet rag. Lastly, the outside edges of the trunk and my wheels were not cleaned well or at all.

I tried adjusting the pressure that didn't work. The glass protecting the numbers was all broke up so it looked like the machines both air vacuum machines haven't been tended to in a long time. So I go in and tell the guy working behind the counter a foreign guy and I let him know that he has ripped me off $2.00 I explained to him the air pump does not work he says air pump no work no it does not. You took my money and I'm pretty sure you know it doesn't work. He say it was working, I say you know it doesn't work but you keep charging people to use them. Then, suddenly, he says he 'forgot' to charge me for sealant and asks for an extra $30. I came back the next day to fix the crack for $85. He takes off the tire and claims there's a second crack, which will cost an additional $40. I ended up paying $135 total for the supposed repair. Less than an hour after getting back on the road, the same wheel blew out again. Now they won't answer the phone. This place is shady and completely unprofessional. Save your time, money, and frustration--go somewhere else
