I've been through this wash a few times only for the exterior ($16 wash) which was fine. However today I went through and got the platinum package w/hot wax (around $47 bucks) and I was extremely disappointed. The outside was fine, and the front half of my car on the inside was fine, but they didn't touch any of my seats in the back. At all. There was still sand and pet hair on the floorboards and backseats (got back from vacation). And it wasn't like a bomb went off in the backseat with sand and hair all over the place. For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? No. But it was a huge improvement from my last review and they definitely took their time vacuuming and wiping down the interior. My husband and I have 3 membership at the in White Marsh for years. Over the time we seen the service going down. 1) The brush with soap was removed. Just had a hose that squirts out soap. There is no scrubbing the dirt off. 2) The tire cleaner is a joke. Doesn't work 3) Pay extra for hot wax sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. If you asked for a refund you won't get it. So your paying for something that you may not get. 4) Sometimes the carwash doesn't come on and wash your car. You have to drive around again to ride through again. 5) They don't dry your car completely 6) Cleaning the inside yourself- vacuum are clogged, cleaning supplies the bottles are low. Clean cleaning rags are hard to get. They don't keep up with the rags. Trash all over the ground. You still leave with a car alittle cleaner then when you came in. We will be spending are hard earned money somewhere else since the manager and corporate doesn't care about the service. read more

5/31/26 They're supposed to open at 8:00 am and they did not open until 8:27 am and I asked the young lady at the desk do you guys still hand out gift cards when you open late and she sarcastically said we don't do that anymore. They are overrated and the full service @ $39 is overpriced for what they deliver. They rarely clean the windshield inside & when they do it's streaky. The tire shine application on the right side of the tunnel doesn't work and they won't apply it manually. Hopefully they sell it and whoever buys it will improve the level of service. read more

When this location first opened it was great ...5 stars......years later the price has increased and the quality of service has significantly decreased. I am so disappointed, that I'm still sitting at the location writing this. My friend and I were heading up to the Great Wolf Lodge over in Perryville when all of a sudden, my friend threw up all over the passenger side of my car while driving through Baltimore so I immediately had to pull over at the nearest car wash in which happen to be this place. The employees deeply care about fully cleaning every single spot and they completely cleaned my car out with all the special tools and such that made it spotless and there's even a really nice coffee shop inside the lobby while you wait. What kind of car wash has a full service coffee shop inside of their lobby, probably nobody, but Canton. It's definitely pricey, but I think I spent my money extremely well based on the service and effort they put into cleaning out my car. read more

I think the guy who did the interior detail for my SUV was the assistant manager. He did decent interior detail. I had appointment that day to get my car shipped to Alaska and knowing VPC, they are really strict with the cleanliness of the car. This membership was convenient but became a nightmare when I no longer needed it. I went in person and canceled it. The young lady who helped me struggled and said she got it, and it was done. They kept charging me. When I saw the charges and called, ultimately speaking with the "account manager" she told me that they "train their staff well" on how to cancel memberships, that they were not refunding any charges, and she'd help me cancel NOW, but online not with her. I asked to speak with who she reports to and she wouldn't provide anyone else's information. She repeated herself about five times before preparing to hang up on me. I wouldn't even give it one star at this point and here's why: 1. The soap or whatever they are using to wash our vehicles absolutely REEK!!! I don't know if it's the brushes or what but I don't smell soap or cleanliness. Instead it smells like MOLD and MILDEW. I decided to give it another shot and same thing. It was not like this a year ago. 2. The employees are not fully drying the vehicles. It is all half ass and streaks. 3. The microfiber cloths smell just as bad as the actual car wash. It's like they are just being rinsed in dirty water. Are you actually washing these cloths? 4. There should be rules about loud music and base playing. People go to the car wash to wash and clean their vehicles, not to attend an awful concert. I leave with a pounding migraine sometimes because the music is SO LOUD and just AWFUL. Nothing but curse words and rapping about sex and drugs. So much for a family, friendly place... 5. Trash everywhere all over the parking lot. Smells like a dumpster. How can you fix this shit show?? 1. Management. Start micromanaging employees. This will also help with structure. 2. Order new microfiber rags immediately. Use bleach to wash them. 3. Get some BIG signs with RULES starting with NO MUSIC. Not everyone wants to listen to other people's music. It's called having respect and consideration of others. 4. Change your soap / brushes. it seems they're understaffed. It takes way too long to get full service. There are three bases yet there is no one to tell you which way to go into. You may wind up in a long, long line because you entered the line with the longest wait time. As far as the quality of service, I'd give them a B there's always something that I have to ask them to do because the job is not finished. I recommend going to the Boston St location. My car was recently caught in a flash flood. The day after the flood, it started smelling awful. I took my car to the Canton location but they weren't able to do a full detail without an appointment. I called the Nottingham location and they were able to to take care of my car immediately. The full detail service takes about 3-4 hours so get comfortable or be prepared to leave your car. My car is six years old and looks brand new on the inside. I'll probably visit the Nottingham location again in the future. read more

This is a decent car wash. They only have 2 options for regular washes which are $16 and $22, which I find high for what you get. If you have a low car like I do be careful as I find the wheel rails here to be higher than other places. The wash was quick and my car came out looking pretty good. Car wash exterior is fine. The Interior express cleaning done by the employees is honestly laughable; you're better off just burning that $20 bill right in front of your face. It was my first time getting the service done today, they told me it would be about 20 minutes, but my "cleaning" was done in 8 minutes. Pulled my car over to the self cleaning stations because right away I noticed dust still present everywhere and sand still all over my floors. I decided to vacuum and clean my car myself and had to go in and demand a refund. Never again. read more

This is by far one of the worst car washes I've been to. My car still looks like it needs to be cleaned when I leave here. Tag readers never pick up my tag. The tire shine machine works intermittently and they don't seem to care about repairing it. At least Liz has great customer service. Water based tire shine???? This thing is a joke. For me... the tire shine and shine on the paint makes the clean. Sense these guys decided to cut corners and apply tire shine and wax in the tunnel my 2020 Ram 2500 limited doesn't get the shine it once did when they did it by hand. Here we go AGAIN!! I only came here because I got a gift card for Father's Day. I stopped coming here a while back for these very reasons. Drip spots after drying. No tire service eventhough it was paid for in the platinum package. Rugs still not fully vacuumed. Many spots left of grille. No air freshener and the dash wasn't TOUCHED!! Even the Mgr noticed all of this. They offered to run it back through but what an inconvenience. I said no. He gave me an exterior wash gift card and suggested I do a detail next time. There will be NO next time when the gift card is gone. I've really enjoyed the competition near closer to me lately. I paid for a platinum exterior wash and a full service interior cleaning and what I got was worse than a gas station car wash with me doing a quick interior cleaning. The windows were not touched, the dash wasn't wiped down, the center console and controls were not wiped down, the door sills still had dirt all over the plastic and the painted parts. For $48 plus tip I expect to get $48 worth of clean. The exterior was spotted, there was still dirt film from where they didn't bother to wipe the car down and water marks all over the front windshield. This is a sad and pathetic excuse of a car wash and the prices they charge are robbery for what you get. read more

I should have listened to all the reviews.. my car gets cleaner after a rain storm than it did today after their "premium" exterior wash! I spent 20 mins hand washing my car after getting it washed just so I could drive away with a clean feel. The only good part is the self service station because it gives me plenty of room to get the real work done.. I know better than to waste anymore money here.. feels like I just threw $22 out the window on the highway!! Lesson learned. read more

They have a nice setup with large capacity. I went in on a Saturday afternoon, and there were no cars waiting in line for the exterior wash, but there were a few cars inside getting the interior cleaning done. Picking your wash and paying is easy with the machines and I was quickly on my way and directed to my lane for the interior cleaning. The interior cleaning process looked a little unorganized, but I think they got to everything by the time my car got out. However, the quality of the cleaning is not good, especially given the price. My car wasn't very dirty, so it was vacuumed nicely and looked cleaner at first glance. With a closer look, the seats had streaks and there were areas of dirt and dust that became more apparent after they cleaned. Also, the exterior wheels were similarly only half cleaned. Finally, the scent they used was bad. The interior and exterior waiting areas are nice and there are some snacks and drinks available (some free some not). It is priced to high in regards to the actual car wash quality though which matters more to me. Overall, they've created a place for an elevated express car wash experience, but they still need to work on getting the car wash part down. read more

I just wanted to write in with a compliment. We've been coming to Canton Car wash at least a couple times a month, sometimes every week, for 4 years. We've almost never had a problem. But today I guess it was a busy Saturday and the inside of our car was horrible. They clearly didn't even attempt to vacuum or even dust most of the surfaces. When we came back around to let someone know, the woman at the kiosk around 12:30 was incredibly helpful. She asked clarifying questions to see exactly what the problem was and immediately set us up in one of the detailing stations. Dominic then asked exactly what our concerns were and gave our car the best inside cleaning it's ever had. He went above and beyond to make sure he resolved the issue we had. He's a great employee and you should make sure he knows that. I wish I got the name of the woman who originally helped at the kiosk, but she was gone when we walked back over. She was also incredibly helpful. Thanks for being a great company. And for clearly setting up an work environment where your employees are empowered to fix mistakes without having to make a big deal and find a manager. Management is arrogant and friends with other managers and they are comfortable being rude and nasty to customers because they know it will be know consequences. When you try to ask to be redirected to someone higher up in management they then tell management their side of the story and management then backs them right or wrong. This is a very disgusting company who's very arrogant and every customer will definitely experience this at sum point. The same management is arrogant and talk down on the staff members who actually hand dry and clean the inside of the cars. Seemed more concerned with their mobile phone and talking to each other than cleaning cars. Had mine there for 50min from when I pulled into the interior cleaning garage. I inspected my car after it was called, and it appeared no one had done the interior (vacuum floor mats, seats, etc). The outside wheels were clean, but inside looked like a mess (small pieces of trash, wrappers, sand, dog hair all still on the seats and floors). The person who did the check at the end came out and worked through it with me as did one of their managers,but that person got set up to fail. It's just poor execution. read more

I found this new car wash and detailing place in white marsh and gave it a try. Excellent experience! I had a full service wash and detail and they did a fabulous job both inside and out.
