You need to go into an automatic car wash facility with the proper expectations. The "touch" washes…read moreshould do a fairly decent job of cleaning a dirty car if that "touch material" is clean and enough water is used to thoroughly rinse. You also have to be willing to accept the consequences of a material slinging dirty material on your car's paint. I would never go through one of them. The "touchless" wash saves the paint but is not going to do a particularly good job of getting scummy caked on filth off your car. In my experience, these "touchless" washes for more for getting dust and fresh pollen off the car - or for getting most road salt off the car in the winter (something you should be doing after each salt event in Maryland). If you want a wash where you end up with no complaints, you have to hand wash your car. Period. This facility itself looks decent and clean -- but the core of this place, the actual wash, is mediocre. I'm critical of most of these automatic carwashes -- as they usually have at least 1 thing not functioning (no receipt, missing a wash option, undercarriage only washes 1 side, miniscule amount of soap, etc). The automatic wash, in both bays that I have used, spits out water as the machine moves back between cycle. The issue with that really comes out when you're done with the drying cycle. That massive roaring fan that just attempted to blow the water off your car is negated by the machine simply dousing water down the side of your car. This wash also seems to fluctuate in how much soap and water they use. Each time I've gone, it seems like a different amount of product is released and a different level of water pressure is used. From what I've experienced in touch-free washes, this location is no better and no worse than those in the area. You have to know what you're getting. If you want a clean car, hand wash it yourself.

For 47 bucks I expect them to at least make some effort to vacuum the ENTIRE interior. Maybe it was because my vehicle isn't a high-End luxury car? Or maybe it was the workers being lazy? Mixture of both? Who knows. I will only be going here for the exterior from now UPDATE: My last review from last year was 2 stars. Changed it to 4 stars today. I paid for the platinum detail and the employees did a great job with the interior. Was it perfect? No. But it was a huge improvement from my last review and they definitely took their time vacuuming and wiping down the interior. So, I am happy with the work that was done for what I paid.

This was my first visit to the Canton location. As soon as I arrived, I was encouraged to sign up for a membership. I explained that I was a first-time customer and simply wanted the highest-level service available for a walk-in, non-member. I understood that a full detail required an appointment, so I purchased their premium same-day package for my Porsche Macan. After waiting approximately 1.5 hours, my vehicle was returned with all four wheels still visibly dirty. They weren't just imperfect--they appeared to have been completely missed. I pointed this out before leaving, and the employee immediately grabbed a towel and cleaning solution to wipe them down himself. That alone told me the vehicle should never have been presented as "finished." It didn't stop there. When I got inside the vehicle, I found new smudges on the center console, driver-side trim, and interior surfaces that weren't there when I dropped the car off. Somehow, my vehicle came back looking dirtier than when I arrived. Because I had already spent 90 minutes waiting and had lost confidence in the quality of the work, I declined having them redo it. Instead, I drove to a professional detail shop and paid another $85 to have the exterior and interior corrected. I contacted customer service hoping they would stand behind their work. Instead, I received scripted responses stating that they had reviewed camera footage and that the service had been "completed according to the process." That explanation doesn't match what actually happened. Their own employee acknowledged the missed wheels by cleaning them after I pointed them out. I asked for a refund, a service credit, or any reasonable accommodation. Every request was denied. The only solution they offered was for me to bring the vehicle back, even after I explained that I had already paid another business to fix the issues. By the time everything was resolved, what should have been a 90-minute premium wash had cost me nearly four hours of my day and an additional $85. Congratulations on your growth and expansion, but based on my experience at the Brewers Hill/Canton location, the quality of the service and the customer support did not match the reputation of the brand. If you own a vehicle that you genuinely care about, I would recommend choosing a professional detailer instead.
