She informed me it would take approximately 6 hours to clean my car and went over any questions I had. She notified me they would call me about mid appointment to give me an exact time frame they would be done. Came in for my appointment and then 6 hours later.....guess what. My car seat looked BRAND NEW! They had cleaned beside the seat where it had dripped down (in no man land....well only a babies hand could fit to clean that) and the rest of the car was amazing! There were a few places I asked for touch ups, but otherwise they did a great job. Even when I asked for the touch ups, they did not have a problem completing those for me. I bought a Groupon and after two months of being ignored by the Detail Man, I called Groupon to get a refund. Don't waste your time. I should add that all the reviews on the Groupon are good, because the people that they never respond to (and therefore never actually use the Groupon) can't leave a review on there. You can only leave a review when you use it.
