I reached out during the curing period to get this addressed, but communication has been inconsistent and scheduling has been postponed repeatedly for over a month without resolution. I'm seeing if this can still be resolved, but based on my experience so far, I'd be cautious.

They even made sure the vents were super clean. Overall, the car looked great! Their waiting room had TV, cold water, and phone charger! I was impressed by their professionalism and their service speed (everything was done in under an hour). I do have one suggestion for the business. They gave me a 4 hour block estimate of when they would be arriving, which could be an inconvience for some people who are leaving their car at work and need to go home within that time block. Although this wouldnt solve the problem, texts to update us with a more exact time as they are approaching closer to the time would be helpful to help us with planning out our day. Overall, I received great service and will definitely consider this company again for my future auto glass needs.

It's $280 if you don't want the front windshield done. Speaking of which, the darkest they'll do for windshield is 45%. For no ceramic I believe it's $180 for five windows, addition $100 for the windshield which is always going to be ceramic regardless of if the rest of the car is ceramic. Not hard to find, wasn't too sure on where to park when I got there. If you knock, I don't believe anyone will answer lol so just walk right in. Okay this is not the place you'll receive the friendliest customer service. They're not mean or rude. Just not the most welcoming. But it's cool I'm here for tints not to make BFFs. I was told three hours but they actually got it done in half the time because an additional associate came in to help at the end of the day so that was great. No one wore mask and there's no waiting area so just keep that in mind. I knew I would be in and out and didn't plan on staying to wait so I was cool. Overall nice job. Tints are still "drying" which they said takes 2-3 weeks. There's a small bubble at the top of my front windshield but it's gradually gone down. They said they'd fix anything if it didn't completely go away at the end of the drying period. They also offer $20 lifetime warranty if you do anything to mess up your tints like scratch it or if your ring hits it.

The CSR was top notch friendly and efficient. Yes, this place is a bit "casual". The customer lounge is definitely Frat House Chic and I got there by walking through the upholsterer's area (where I first stopped to chat with their tech who has been doing upholstery work for 42 years!) then down a hallway lined with furniture and foam rolls. This is an old school shop where they don't worry about having a latte machine or inspirational posters on the wall. But the Manager offered me a cup of fresh Joe from his Keurig while I waited for the urethane sealant to cure and every single person I talked to their was genuinely friendly. I actually spent most of my time pestering the tech who installed my windshield because watching him work was mesmerizing. This guy was a true pro and he never asked me to leave him alone (although he may have been thinking it).
