I was expecting very high quality, hand stitching, tight fit and crisp seems, no wrinkling or bubbling, and I let them know that. Judd "under promised and over delivered", as the saying goes. He was exceptional with his customer service, getting me swatches, stitching options, etc. Had to wait over 2 months. Now I know why. When I showed up to pick it up, I was stunned with the quality, and the entire interior was transformed. The quality equaled OEM Porsche seats, and maybe better: mass produced seats have "perfect" stitching, which means automated/mass produced. My insurance rates would have gone up, if they even would have paid that much for a seat. Here they rebuilt the seat with the proper Ford upholstery and it's like new again for a fraction of the cost. I could afford to just pay for it. I took it to my local mechanic and they cleaned the cowel under the windshield and snaked the sunroof. While it slowed the leak, it'd still leak after a rainstorm, even with mild rains. Someone told me about Seatco and I took it there for an estimate and left it for couple of days. They took out some other areas which cleared the leaks! We had a major storm couple of days ago and NO leaks! So if you have any water leaks or issues inside your car I would definitely recommend Seatco!

I'd suggest calling first and letting him know when you'll be there so you might catch him better. I got a quote from Toyota to replace my armrest at over $1,000; I bought a replacement from eBay, took it in and he put took off the armrest and two days later I came in to pick it up--whole process to put it on took probably 10 minutes--better than new (he added extra padding) and charged me $55--couldn't be happier and happy to spread the word!

Victor was honest and gave me a fair quote. He was also true to the expected turn around time of the job! Prior to the seat kit arriving, my headliner started coming a loose. Again, Victor quoted a fair price for the material and labor, so I had him replace the headliner as well.
