I had a classic BMW go to this shop for some rust repair and some etcs... The car sat at TopCoat for a year or more and when I finally got it back, it had numerous issues... Issues that in some cases weren't there when it was given to topcoat. I'm not sure about the collision side of the business, but the restoration side... bad news, inexperienced staff are assigned to work on the car and in some cases make things worse than what it came in with. Every day I finding more things they screwed up. I wouldn't recommend...
