When I've had questions, they've answered fast and honestly. I did have one window issue, but they're still batting in the high .900s. They swapped the tint under warranty, no drama, no eye roll, just "swing by and we'll fix it." I recommend them to anyone who asks where to get tint done. Wrapping? Looks awesome from what I've seen in the shop, but I haven't gone that route (none of my cars have been wrapped... yet). My only "complaint," which is really a compliment in disguise: their time estimates tend to drift by about 30 to 45 minutes. That's because they refuse to rush your car off the line. Every vehicle gets meticulous attention, and they hand it back like they're genuinely proud of the work. I'll trade an extra half hour for that kind of quality any day. Five stars. I dealt with William the owner as soon as I walked through the door. He was as polite and professional as you can be. He never tried to upsell me. He explained all my options for Tinting and even gave my wife and I demonstration to show how the Xpel XR-Plus works and what sets it apart from the other Options. There is a true difference in the films being offered. Be mindful that you get what you pay for. I chose the Top Tier film for our car. I also chose to have them hand wash and wax the car. That was the best part. We thought we were doing a decent job keeping the paint looking good until we saw the final product. I am totally satisfied and impressed with their work. Look, if you think a business can tint your entire car for $250 don't go here. Go to Autozone, by the film and then drive to the ghetto to the Liquor store and ask the cashier which one of his "regulars" works on cars.
