AGN was at least 40% cheaper than other places. Which honestly made us a little nervous. Everyone else came in around the same price. How could they be cheaper? But we were paying out of pocket so we took our chances. Years later I can tell you that that windshield is still on the car today, leak free. But wait, there's more! My work van needed a new windshield and I told my company's owners. They said to give AGN a shot. Again, much cheaper, and again not a single problem. Now I needed a side window replaced one one car, and a rear window on the same car that got the windshield years ago due to some vandalism. Well my side window is working great, and when they quoted my wife on the rear that quoted her the wrong price, by half. But they still honored their quote. Hard to beat that. Honorable, Quality, and Cheap! P.S. I do recommend making an appointment. They do usually have to go out to pick up the glass. But sometimes it's same or next day.

My warranty company had a difficult time getting in contact with someone and after attempts to different phone numbers, my warranty company finally got in contact with someone named Tim who claims the windshield damage looks like it was previously repaired before Auto Glass Now attempted their repair. What?! Why would the technician attempt to repair what was already repaired then? (I have proof) of this by the way. The technician told me the windshield needed to be replaced because he was unable to get the resin in the cracks properly but then they told my warranty company the repair is already complete and needs no further intervention. Why tell me and my warranty company two different things? There's no integrity within this company. Thank goodness I have cameras around my home. I will be escalating this.

We were about 1/3 of the way when we saw balloons flying about the highway. We did not think too much of it until one hit our windshield . These balloons were the size of a hardball. What was going on was someone had put stones in them, just enough, and tossed them out of an open car window. One hit our windshield, and we got an immediate star that progressed to a 10" crack. The star could have been fixed, but not the crack. We now have a safety hazard that needs to be replaced. We called Safelite because of their reputation and made an appointment. The day came, and we took the suv in. They immediately pulled it into the service area with a prediction of 1 1/2 hours. It was done in 40 min. The waiting room was very clean and supplied with cold bottled water and a Keurig machine to make your own coffee or tea, a good assortment. Before we left, the technician explained there were 2 strips of tape about 10" long to keep the windshield in place, remove them after 2 days. Ok. We drove off after paying the deductible, then 2 days later removed the tape, we'll, it left the adhesive part on the roof from the sun baking it. We took it back, and they had the stuff to remove it. We were happy! You could not ask for better staff and friendly employees, each and everyone from start to finish.

This is an old school shop where they don't worry about having a latte machine or inspirational posters on the wall.
