I came across Top Shelf Detailing while searching online for places to get my car problem fixed…read more Now I didn't have a engine problem or anything but my car window was left down this past weekend when it rained like monsoon season. All that water got in my car and my seat and car floor were absolutely drenched. There was also a nasty smell. I sent a message to multiple business on yelp and Ahmed from Top Shelf was one of the first to reply and even gave me an estimate. He also let me know that the smell is most likely mold forming and he wasn't going to charge for the drying part of the process. He was only going to charge for the shampoo and biohazard part. It was originally going to be a 24 hour process but there was much more water than expected so it took longer than I would've liked. But the job was done properly and that's what's important and Ahmed kept his estimate price the same when he charged me. If you are looking for a detailing place, I highly encourage you to reach out to Top Shelf Detailing.

I went to two body shops as a drive in and they said no appointment no service. So we got an appointment for the next week. My wife suggested Arbutus Auto Body. I had driven past this place thousands of times and never gave it a second thought. But the wife says take it here and off we went. The receptionist was very present and said someone would meet us in a few minutes. Two minutes later the service man met my son and I. My son described what was going on and we went to the car. The service man looked at the undercarriage and found that it needed a few screws. He then not only got the few screws but actually went down on the ground and went underneath the car and screwed in the items got back up and said it was no charge! What? No charge? I could not believe it. The service man said that next time you have a problem just think of our services. Wow that was extreme customer service. The service man was thanked for his service and i will " God forbid" would use the service. Thank You. Also note in the shop the have to old gas pumps. I loved them. Get this. One had a price of $0.13 per gallon!!!! omg. I had to laugh at it. Thanks Arbutus Body Shop :)

So I started looking for businesses that could get me in asap. Called this location and spoke with the wife of the couple duo team. She was so pleasant and able to get me in on the weekend. She notified me they would call me about mid appointment to give me an exact time frame they would be done. Came in for my appointment and then 6 hours later.....guess what. My car seat looked BRAND NEW! They had cleaned beside the seat where it had dripped down (in no man land....well only a babies hand could fit to clean that) and the rest of the car was amazing! There were a few places I asked for touch ups, but otherwise they did a great job. Even when I asked for the touch ups, they did not have a problem completing those for me.
