Too busy to be reliable and dependable! My daughter lives out of town and I tried several times to coordinate with Ryan for a door ding repair. So busy, he wouldn't accept an appointment in the future so he finally told me to call three weeks in advance to schedule. Called three weeks in advance of when she would be back in town and he said he was already booked up. Then I tried again when she was coming home for Christmas, called and finally scheduled for Tuesday, which happened to be 12/26. Drove 45 minutes and Ryan was a no show, apparently in Ocean City. I called and he said he meant the following Tuesday. Probably too busy to be more specific. I'm not even going to make another attempt. Customer service should start when you first answer the phone, and small businesses depend on meeting their customers needs. Apparently Ryan is too busy to accommodate a customers schedule constraints. There are many other competent dent repair shops, so not going to frustrate myself trying to get an appointment and will go somewhere else. Ryan is just too busy! read more

The dent was huge and body shops wanted to replace the whole thing but then I would have to deal with time out of work, mismatched paint and who else knows. He got the whole thing out and I was really worried about the hoods sharp body line. No worries at all with his repair. Then I also had "clear bra" on the hood. My car sustained some minor contusions from a falling acorn, a hit from someone else's car door and a rock from the roadway. I have used RPS Dent Specialists twice. The first time I took my truck that I purchased with a few dings and Ryan was able to remove the same day while I went up the street for lunch. The second time Ryan came to my house after I made an appointment that worked for both of us. He removed a longer dent/crease that I obtained on the right rear fender. On both occasions the results were awesome. He is clean, courteous, and professional and I recommend him to my family. I have been meaning to put a review out here for a long time, but I am very busy and I don't post a lot of reviews. If you have any small dig or dent, you should call Ryan and RPS for repair. It's the best money you can spend and he is reasonable when I consider the disenchantment I had when I looked at my dings and crease that was there before Ryan fixed them. I love my truck and he will always have my business until he fails. So far he is 2 for 2. Also, he has all the equipment for the job. He attached lights and other professional apparatus via suction cups that don't hurt your paint so that he can truly see the area needing repair and work in broad daylight. For over a month I tried to get an appointment to have a simple dent removed. They were always just about to come out to make the repair but always needed to call later to confirm the time yet would never call. This happened 3 or 4 times and I would always end up calling them to find out what was happening. After dealing with these shenanigans for weeks I should have quit while I was ahead. Finally, after another two weeks of waiting for their call, I phoned them for Ryan to insist that they had emailed me (they didn't) to let me know they will no longer do work within the city limits (even though when I called and at the time of this review their yelp page states they serve "Baltimore and the surrounding area".
