I filed for an estimate online and received a blank estimate and it was up to me to call and ask when I could bring it in and how much the estimate would be. I was told they had seen my insurance claim when I told State Farm I was using them and that they would have let know when to drop it off, but this was never the case. While they had it I called to check up on it multiple times and they gave solid updates sometimes and others it was "I will call you back on day X" only to get no call or "let me call you back in 30 minutes" to never get a call back. The work took longer than I expected which I can understand in a labor shortage/ supply line disruption but it was up to me to call when the estimated repair completion date came and went. this all being said I'm happy with the job they did! I'm just not sure if I would use them again unfortunately.
