I got the following services: -Full exterior detail as well as a ceramic coating that should last 6mos-1year. This also included full engine bay detail. -Full interior detail. -Undercarraige coating applied. My car also has/had a dent on the passenger rear quarter panel area. The owner explained they would try to get it out but to expect only about 80% improvement due to the location of the dent. I understood and agreed. My goal is basically to keep this car looking good and kept in as good condition as possible so it lasts many more years to come. It turns out as they tried to remove the dent, there was a mishap and about a quarter-size area of paint completely came off. The technician called me to explain and texted a photo as well. I understand the risks of dent repair (paint coming off is one of them) and we talked about how to fix that area. Basically, touch-up paint was the answer just so the body is protected from rusting. The dent itself actually is improved and the touch-up paint isn't the perfect match, but it's fine! This is my daily driver. The technician obvously didn't mean for this to happen. They did not charge me for the dent repair. I considered having the dent completely fixed at a body shop, but have since decided it's simply not worth the money. The dent isn't horrible, and the location of it makes this more work than it's worth. Anyway, back to the detail! I picked up the car at the end of the day and the technician brought it out front to show me. It looked great! I do keep my car in overall good repair and clean, but this was that nice extra work to really make it shine again. I was pleasantly surprised by the engine bay. I have no leaks so it wasn't a disaster, but after the detail it looked almost showroom floor new again! The interior was super clean. I used to have a dog with hair that acted like quills stubbornly attaching itself to interior fabric and after my many cleans, it was *still* in some areas. They got it out. All the hard surfaces were clean with that semi-gloss sheen. It smelled great. Even under the seats were clean! The technician also explained to me that I might smell the undercarriage coating while driving the first few days. I thought this was great communication just to make sure customers know what to expect. Since I got the car back, it's rained and the water beads up and runs off really nice. I love it, and it was worth the cost. I really appreciated their effort, communication, honesty, and attention to detail with my little Kia. I felt they paid as much attention to it as they would a more expensive / exotic car. Thanks to their help, I can continue to keep this car in great working condition and I will definitely recommend their services to everyone!
