Do not go to this place, even if your nearby car dealership hands you a coupon to go there. First, the car wash uses the old and outdated kind of machine in which you the driver are expected to stay in the car while your car is tugged through the washdown room. That's ancient technology. The other car wash I used before Montgomery County used eminent domain to take it away had drivers get out while staff ran it through the big wash. But I didn't even make it that far. The machine broke when I pulled my car up to it. The elderly man working by himself asked me to back up while he started trying to fix it. He gave me no indication of how long it would take. When I kept asking, he completely ignored me. No response. When I told him I would back up to get out of there and he could give me a refund, I got no response. Maybe he didn't hear me. I repeated myself. He said he could get it fixed soon. He pulled out a crowbar to work on it -- then had to ask the man cutting the grass in front of the car wash to help him twist it. So now I'm reliant on a cigar-smoking grass cutter blowing smoke in my face to fix the machine? No way. I backed away and demanded a refund. The man wasn't pleased. What a nightmare. I had heard from a few people that was a bad car wash but it was right by my Mazda dealership so why not give it a shot. I should have listened. read more

There are signs with instructions that are easy to follow. When entering the car wash, an attendant will guide you onto the tracks where you will put your car in neutral. Then sit back and relax as your car gets washed up, complete with soap suds and flashing rainbow lights like a spontaneous disco party. We recently moved to the area and needed a car wash. I got the number 2 which included vacuuming. The car looked great but I didn't open the trunk until we got home. It had not been vacuumed and all around the inner edge of the trunk was black with dirt. I am disappointed - also because the day before I came here only to be told they were closed. The car wash doesn't look very impressive, but looks can be deceiving, they do an excellent job. After a short ride through the automatic wash, a large crew of workers attack the car. Everything is cleaned, the dash, windows, seats, mats and carpet. The outside is whipped down and the wheels are cleaned by hand and tire dressing is applied. This was the best wash I have had outside of a full detail. Everyone was very friendly and polite and very honest! Unbeknownst to me, I had accidentally dropped cash out of my pocket; it was found under the seat and returned to me. I usually get car details within Washington DC (DC proper, somewhere with a quadrant) but decided to venture out as I was on an errand. Found it on google maps and decided to give it a go. I'm used to getting car details not just wash so I'm spending more than 75$. Their most expensive service was 41$ and that was way more worth than any other detailing services I received for my car. Interior vacuum and tire shine definitely was done cheaper and made it look brand new out of dealership. The gentlemen that worked on the cars were thorough with wiping down on all consoles and edges as well as the trunk area. 100% recommend if you are a local to greater silver spring area read more

I just moved to the area and havnt been able to get my car washed since March. Needless to say my car was a hot mess! I went to get my car washed this morning since this place was super close to my new place. I did the Rainbow Wash since I needed EVERYTHING DONE to my car and have 5 all weather mats. After the wash and the interior cleaning I walked around my car and had to scratch up dried bird poop off the body of the car AND the windows. Not what I'd expect to have to do after paying $41. My cup holders, driver side dash and levers for my trunk and gas tank dont appear to have been touched at all. My car doesn't even look shiny after getting a "wax"! What did I even pay for? First and last time at this car wash. My car was in desperate need of a wash and found this place. Paid over $25 for a wash, tire shine and "wax". The wax is pre mixed and you could not tell the difference. The people drying/vacuuming the car had little to no care. Overall, I would not return or recommend. I recently got the Supreme Car wash service and I'm very happy with the final product. Things so really appreciated? They pulled out all the plastic floor mats and wiped those down and blew compressed air to get the little crumbs in car seats out. Four guys worked on my car and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They even helped me carry my bags back to my car from the waiting room. I would recommend going during the early morning when they open, as I've seen long lines on weekends and at lunch time. read more

Each time I am impressed by the meticulous detail and professionalism of the place. Yeah, it's a no for me. When I purchased the service I specifically asked if they cleaned the dash and console. I was told yes. Yet, when I get my car the dash and console are still dirty af. I asked about it and was told to speak with the manager. The manager said it was too dirty and would have required detailing, which is upwards of $100 and $200, by the way - I shouldn't have to pay that much to get a console cleaned especially when I'm not interested in a full detailing. My thing is if they saw that they could not fully clean the console they should have said something instead of giving a customer back a dirty car and expect me to leave satisfied. And then when I asked about it the manager had the audacity to ask "why you let it get like that" Like, seriously?!! God forbid a customer brings a dirty car to a car cleaning place. I told him that was none of his concern and not to go there because as a customer I have many other options of places to go and that I won't be returning. For $18 surely you can spend some time cleaning a damn console properly, but they're in such a rush to get it done (despite not being busy at all) and apparently they only "wipe it down" with window cleaner. I went to get my car washed yesterday around 5:20. They closed at 6 and so I had 40 minutes to get my car washed before they closed. The lady at the front was awesome and super lively which is why I'm giving this a 2-star instead of a 1. I bought the Deluxe package and after my car went through the wash, I waited in line to get it hand cleaned. The people told me to pull my car around behind a car that was just finishing up which I did. I waited for them to clean mine and noticed there was another SUV that just got out of the wash. Before they started on mine, they dried the SUV off first. Annoyance number 1. They started drying my car after it's been sitting for about 20 minutes and all the water started drying off. I was kind of annoyed because I tipped the guy in cash before he started my car. I wish I didn't do that. He didn't even thouch the hood/ front of my car and just dried the sides and the back. I thought he did a pretty decent job until I sat in the car and noticed he left one of the bottles of this blue chemical on my front seat. They also didn't close all my doors when they told me they were done (which really isn't a big deal, but I hoped that closing all the customers doors after the wash is expected). When I got home, I noticed that underneath my grille, there was still a whole bunch of dirt that he didn't even look at. Even after the wash, I wouldn't have been able to track him down because he went off running around 5:45 when the wash was done. I got home and had to clean it myself and I also noticed that there was some sticker thing that they put on my rear wiper that he forgot to take off. I looked in the back seat and noticed that he also left my floor mats sitting on top of my seat. He forgot to put it on the floor...Lastly and possibly the most annoying thing, I noticed yesterday that there was some kind of stain on my leather seat that wasn't there before. I washed it off and this morning when i stepped in my car again, the stain was not there. I attempted to clean it off and hopefully it's going to be gone by the time I get off work. I will never do business with this place again. Terrible. read more

This is a decent car wash and the customer service has always been okay for me. It has recently changed management but the only difference I've noticed is that they don't give you the light wheel rinse with the squeegee. This is a car wash that you have to drive on belt that pulls you through the car wash so if your car is dropped it may make you uncomfortable and I wouldn't recommend using this wash. If your car isn't sitting low and you can line up your driver side wheel then it's a decent wash. I've only gotten the exterior wash so I can't comment or rate the interior detailing. read more

Decent car wash. Prices are not bad and is at a pretty convient location as I live up the street. My gripes are: 1. I paid for the supreme which meabt they were supposed to take the clean cupholders which they did---kind of. After I left I noticed an odor and lifted the removal rubber part and there was a pool of liquid underneath. I know it wasnt water and it smelled HORRIBLE like cleaning supplies. Im not at all a picky person but the smell was SO BAD I felt nauseous. 2. The waiting room is HOT. like warm like a sauna. Granted i went early on a Sunday AM and there was one other person butit was warm still. Also there is not water while you wait. That made it a bit worse. Thankfully I keep water in my purse 3. The waiting room only seats five people so at peak times be prepared to wait, most likely standing in a small heat filled room. 4. When one employee told me my car was ready I came out and another man told me to wait he wasnt finished with the back of my car. So I sat in it and waited for him to tell me i could go. He never said anything. I deducted he was finished when I saw him cleaning the car next to mine. Overall, a decent inexpensive low car wash. I would not get my car detailed here however due to the lack of attention to detail and instead go elsewear. However for basic washes and interior cleaning this place is ok. The actual wash itself was, like a few others stated, was decent. After my car came out, one of the workers brought a part of my grill and told me it came off while the car was inside. I believe it was a result of the car wash but the manager believed it was not and initially was unwilling to take any action. After viewing my original post he contacted me to apologize for our initial interaction and was very accommodating in having this matter resolved. This was quite literally the best experience I have ever had at a car wash! I called prior to my arrival to find out their hours of operation (Sat., Open till 6pm) and Kay was only too happy to assist. She ended the call with her name and said she hoped to see me soon. When I arrived I was greeted by Kay and she immediately recognized my voice and remembered my name. I explained how dirty the interior of my car was and how I was hoping for a washing/detailing package that included cleaning the interior, mats and tires. She advised that all of my requests were included in the Supreme Package and for only the bargain price of $27. I was sold! She checked me out on a tablet (super cool!), sprayed my tires down with soap and she guided me through the car wash and upon reaching the end I was greeted by John who was waving hello and guiding me through the detailing area. He opened the the door and said "we have a lounge for you all to rest while we get your car cleaned up." The lounge was gorgeous and it had a television with cartoons to keep my daughter preoccupied. It had wall sockets to charge my phone and good magazines to read. Plus there was a nice viewing window to watch the 3-4 gentlemen who washed my car. Once the detailing was completed, one of the gentleman came in to advise. The car looked brand new, like when I first bought it!!! I tipped the gentlemen in this small wood box just before I got into my car. It was truly the best car washing experience ever! So much so that I felt compelled enough to write this review. This was not a simple car wash transaction, THIS was a very personable and unforgettable experience. I am very disappointed with their service. Got my car washed and paid extra money for cleaning inside of the SUV. I tipped the guy and then i was getting ready to leave. The guy put mat over the brake and that made noises (I couldn't figure out because we are deaf) we almost crashed another car because the Mat weighted the brake that moved forward so fast. We noticed it wasn't fully cleaned inside and how our things weren't in the back so we pulled over to make sure they were inside the trunk we assumed they might moved our stuff. That showed they disrespected our things because we just purchased plants from the farm market--they dumped our clothes on our plants..one of them ruined. read more

Not a lot of people do that I may add but John did and I really appreciated it, it surprised me. I was not sure if this is the same car wash owner who sells used cars that were parked in front of his car wash shop....found one of his cars and told us he needs to get it MD inspected the next day which he did....I brought the car to a competent mechanic who then told me a laundry list of repairs including the breaks, etc. etc. etc. etc I just do not know how this guy has a "hooked up" with the inspector passing the inspection . This guy should remain washing car instead of selling car. He does not want to accept check before he hands you his car. I recalled when I called him about 7 in the evening he said he cannot be disturbed because he was eating dinner with his kids...he sounds like a decent father...he only said that after you paid the car in full with cash...???? needless to say this joker sold me a lemon car. read more

This was my first visit to this car wash and it was definitely the nicest car wash in Maryland I have been to. They were open on Memorial Day which was convenient for me. The car wash and car cleaners did an amazing job my car still looks great. The staff was all incredibly nice. There was a blonde girl, and her service was the reason I am giving the wash 5 stars. She was very informative and I have never been treated so nicely at a car wash. They have a really nice lounge with air conditioning where I was able to watch tv while I waited. Save yourself the trouble and go someplace else! The wash itself was mediocre...we still have tons of bugs on the front of the car. We got in line for the inside then an employee of the car wash was behind us with his personal truck. Him and another employee got out and started doing his own vehicle while we waited another 10 minutes for them to start on our car. The guys who were drying and vacuuming were nice but completely unorganized and it was clear they were untrained. This is a very good car wash UNLESS you, like I did, show up one day with berries stuck to your car, then watch out. The worker, before I could stop him, pulled out a worn, long-handled broom and attacked those berries before I entered the automatic wash. He meant well in trying to loosen the berries prior to the wash, but sadly, the hard plastic edge of the broom scratched up my hood badly. Without looking at the damage, he stated the brush couldn't have caused the problem. He made no apology, no attempt to refund the wash, and though he swore a little wax would fix it, no offer to fix it himself. In fact, he said I couldn't have known whether the scratches were there prior to the wash because of the berries. I know for a fact the hood wasn't scratched prior to the wash and I have proof. It cost me $150 to have an auto detailer repair the scratches. If this has happened to you, don't bother with Montgomery County of Consumer Protection, they don't handle property damage and the merchant won't refund the car wash cost. Instead, use small claims court where you can recover up to three times the cost of the damage, which in my case could be up to $450 to cover the rental car, estimates, court costs, time, etc. read more
