I had originally planned to have the level 2 exterior service on my recently purchased 2017 Toyota Tacoma. After talking to Carson I decided to go with the ceramic coating and couldn't have been happier. Carson and his crew are magicians and the results far exceeded my expectations. Water just beads off the paint and cleaning the car is a breeze. Carson is responsive and goes above and beyond to ensure you are well informed and up to date with the progress on your vehicle. Due to some inclement weather Carson stored my truck in his shop an extra day to ensure the coating had time to cure. I appreciated this extra time and attention to detail. I also had plastic restoration on the bed cover, step rails, and grill which was a great addition to the service. They also removed a small stain from the drivers seat interior without me asking. I would recommend Maryland Auto Spa to anyone and look forward to bringing my truck in a few times a year for washing and waxing. I got an interior detail of our 2021 Hyundai SUV at Maryland Auto Spa, and they exceeded all my expectations! It was effortless to book, and even when I forgot to pay my deposit to secure the initial appointment (oops!), they made it extremely easy to reschedule. Drop-off (~930am) was quick, and for pickup, Carson insisted on giving me a tour of how the interior came out to be sure I was satisfied prior to payment. During the process, they texted to verify I wanted my child's car seat removed for cleaning, and then let me know as soon as it was ready (~3pm). Highly recommend!! I found Maryland Auto Spa via a friend, and could not be more impressed! Carson did amazing work on a 20 year old MB which had been parked outside in the elements for its entire life and was in rough shape. After a 2-stage paint correction and interior detail, it looks FANTASTIC - about as shiny, clean, and fresh as it could look all things considered. Carson's customer service was top notch throughout the process. He did a test spot with me and answered all my questions patiently before I committed; he communicated with me constantly throughout the days the car was with him; he responded quickly to little requests I had; and he took immense pride in his work. I will definitely use Maryland Auto Spa again. As for the price, I will say this - you can easily go with someplace cheaper, but you get what you pay for! If you want someone who can do a near-miracle with an old car, or protect your new(er) car, and someone who will truly treat your car as if it were his own, go with Carson! Maryland Auto Spa did a great job. Setting up an appointment was easy, paying online was easy, and they sent text reminders. The actual (interior) detailing job was immaculate. It made the interior of the van practically new again. I shopped around, and their rates are competitive with similar providers in the area. My car (painted surfaces, wheels) was coated with a high-end sealant/ nanocoating by different detailer and I have since switched over to Maryland Auto Spa. All of the detailers who work with the sealant must be accredited and the car needs to be evaluated yearly to keep the warranty active so I had to find someone in the area who could maintain it. He does an excellent job of maintaining the coating and keeping the car clean. I've recommended his shop to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to go to Maryland Auto Spa for services beyond basic detailing. read more
