Had a great experience with Martin today. I booked the Premium Interior cleaning since I would be selling this vehicle soon. Martin arrived promptly at the start of the service window and worked quickly. I do want to add that I wish the woman I talked with over the phone originally had been more descriptive about how much "deep cleaning" could actually be done, based on how cold it is. Either way, Martin was amazing at getting some of the tough stains lifted despite having to work against the weather. Edit: Great to know that they have good customer service. I recently took my car to Sharp Detail for a full detailing service, and the results are truly great. The level of care and precision they showed was evident from start to finish. The exterior looks brilliant and the interior absolutely factory fresh again. The technician was on time and the job was done quickly in ~ 2 hour. The only thing keeping it from a 5-stars is that the glossy piano black finish on the steering wheel still has some water marks. Edit: they refunded me $15 for the water marks. I was very sad to find that my old car detail dude closed up shop over the long covid quarantine. But yelp has once again come to the rescue! Decided to go with Sharp Detail thanks to the great reviews, and the whole mobile "we will come to you!" Honestly the whole process was easy - quick and easy scheduling, very responsive to re-scheduling (bad weather), on time arrival, and most importantly - truly detailed cleaning. The hardest part was on my side - finding parking with an extra spot next to it so Kevin could park his truck. My car is shiny inside and out, he was able to buff out most of the minute scratches and scrapes that made my car look janky. My 2003 Outback looks like it was freshly painted. The interior work was also pretty fantastic - I have these cheap ass car mats that I got on AliExpress, and Kevin actually pulled those out to clean the original mats/carpet underneath AND shined up my cheap AliExpress mats before reinstalling. If you have certain issues/concerns/focus areas, tell your detailer - Kevin asked me if I wanted anything specifically focused on before he got started. I mostly wanted some old car wash stickers removed. Honestly, I'm pleased as fuck. I had my doubts about mobile detailing but Sharp Detail has definitely changed my mind.
