I do want to add that I wish the woman I talked with over the phone originally had been more descriptive about how much "deep cleaning" could actually be done, based on how cold it is. Either way, Martin was amazing at getting some of the tough stains lifted despite having to work against the weather. Edit: Great to know that they have good customer service. Their manager Winston reached out to help resolve any left over concerns I had. He was understanding and was able to help me out.

After getting the runaround, I did additional due diligence and came across Will in Rockville, MD. Despite me being 90-miles away, Will professionally addressed all my questions, gave insightful advisements and coordinating the scheduling of my service. He patiently took my numerous initial phones calls I should note. Will accommodated me allowing drop off on Friday and ... even worked on Sunday to complete the scope of service. At a glance, Will applied the two step paint correction (which enabled a high gloss/shine and made my black car pop even more) and the Max ceramic coating ... near the start of November 2021. He was meticulous and thoroughly detailed in attention and quality. No corners were sacrificed and Will took his time to ensure his work spoke itself. And it certainly did. Fast forward...it's the end of the first week in Dec 2021 and Will just completed the complimentary maintenance and the car looks just as good as it did last month. I couldn't be more satisfied. In sum: despite the distance, I'd do it again without hesitation. Will is a dedicated craftsman devoted to both quality and superior customer service. I have been trying to maintain the car without a ceramic coating for the last month and it was very hard. So I decided to reach out to Will for his assistance and advice. Tesla clear coat on the model Y is very fragile so some sort of protection is needed. If you own a Tesla, make sure you get ceramic coating! Otherwise you will be easily scratching up your car. At the very least, reach out to Will's detail on advice. He is more than happy to provide honest feedback. During the process Will was honest, upfront, personable and patient with me describing the entire process. He told me what needed to be done upfront and was just so easy to work with. He educated me on what I can purchase and the proper technique to maintain my car and coating so it remains glossy. What also makes Will different is the level of detail in his work. You can truly see Will cares about his technique/job and the small details. You can see the perfection in the end results. You can't go wrong with Will. I went inside to pay and when I came out his guy was showing me how great of a detailer he was because he noticed some issues on my cars hood (there were no issues just bugs) - so he was scrubbing my hood with a "compound" as he called it and a microfiber cloth. My car is six months old, and the microfiber cloth he scrubbed with left the entire hood with micro scratches on the black paint. I was furious, but the damage was done - why he thought this was OK is subject for another review. Anyway - after the damage was done I called Squeaky Clean and spoke with Jonathan who is extremely friendly and polite on the phone. He asked for photos of the damage before telling me they could help or not. I took a picture and he called me right back and told me has done work like this (fixing damage by other detail shops) and could help. I booked an appointment for 48 hours later. The appointment was for 7am and his crew showed up at 7:01am. They worked diligently for three hours and restored the exterior of my car to better condition than it was when I drove it off the lot. They removed all the damage done by the shoddy shop in Silver Spring and did so while I got to sit around on a Sunday morning watching TV in pajamas - the best of both worlds. If you need a car detail, call Jonathan - don't risk going to shops where they will damage your car, it isn't worth the savings!

He did an amazing job with my car. I primarily have a lot of hair in my car because of my dog. I appreciate the details of degreasing my engine and using clay bars (because not every detailer does).
