I had the interior of my car detailed. Dave was very polite and on time. He and his assistant did an excellent job as far as vacuuming and shampooing the seats, carpet and mats. Seats and rugs were spotless. I am still very impressed. However, they only get 3 stars for two reasons. One: they didn't touch the fabric on the roof of the car as there were still some stains on my sun visors and that front area. Two: a few days after the detail there was a white crusty buildup on the inside panels of my doors. It seemed like residue from whatever they used to clean. I wouldn't use them again. Which is unfortunate because they really did an amazing job cleaning the seats, carpeting, and mats. read more

Service requested - Interior Detailing Feedback - It was all done in about 30 minutes. The interior was not completely cleaned though - seat belts, door panels, cargo space. When asked about it, he said that it was already done and that is the best they can do. Not worth it considering the price of $85 bucks. I will not recommend to anyone. read more

Can't comment on the quality of their work - it's probably OK, if one can actually get an appointment. I could not. I called and left a message almost two weeks before my LivingSocial voucher expiration. Nobody returned the call, so I contacted them again two days later. The earliest available appointment was two weeks ahead, already past the expiration date. I feel that I called enough in advance for a car-wash appointment, but the main reason for the 1 star is that they didn't care to return the call or work out a solution. read more

Very disappointing experience. I arranged my appointment days in advance, and took time off of work to ensure that my vehicle was properly and completely emptied out, per the owner's request. The appointment time was moved, by the owner, one day prior to the appointment. I was then not called until 10 minutes AFTER the revised appointment time to cancel. Despite the excellent reviews, as a mother of 3 who works 12 hour days, I cannot recommend this unprofessional experience to anyone. read more

I was very impressed with their work. I have a 1999 Nissan Altima that hadn't had a good cleaning in a very long time and they did an excellent job on the detailing. They were able to get all of the stains out of my carpets and make my car smell and look new. They also left a "new car" air freshener which I thought was a nice touch. read more

i bought a living social deal after reading some of the great reviews but I was NOT impressed. I called to make my appointment and Dave was extremely rude. After giving me a date and time I told him that it would not work and would need a later time and different day after which Dave said, "I don't have time for this" and told me to call another day. I then asked if he meant he didn't have time to schedule an appointment with a customer to which he replied, "if that's the way you want to perceive it then yes." Scheduled an appointment on Monday for a Wednesday, received a call 10 minutes prior to scheduled arrival time and was left a message stating he would not show up if he did not hear back from me as this was his confirmation call. I was at work in a meeting and not able to take the call. I am not impressed that the confirmation phone call was ten minutes prior to their scheduled arrival time. Needless to say, he did not show up and I now have to use someone else. I made it very clear at the time of the appointment that this needed to be done ASAP as it was a company vehicle that needed to go out Thursday morning for a new customer. I had two SUVs in need - a new Audi just back from the beach and a 2003 Envoy that had not even been to the car wash in a year - it was FILTHY. They both look new!! I am a PITA with details and found nothing untouched.
