Worst car wash I've ever been to. First, this is not a touchless car wash as advertised. It is a full touch car wash, including people wiping the car off at the end with dirty rock filled rags. Also, they taped my mirrors up and rush you to drive out of the exit when it finishes, but I can't drive with my mirrors taped. I don't like them putting tape on my car without asking me either. Finally, at the beginning, I always turn on car wash mode in my car. But I was clicking the car wash mode on the screen and the guy outside my car yells at me to tell me to pay attention to him and not look at my screen. There was no reason for him to get frustrated as it only takes maybe 15 seconds or so for me to turn on the mode. In addition to all of that, my car is not even clean. There are still bugs and dirt spots all over the car and the windshield is dirty even though I paid for the upgrades. read more

The touchless car wash was just okay. For the price, I expected a more complete clean, but there were still streaks and dirt left behind. It's convenient and quick, so it works in a pinch, but the value isn't quite there compared to what you pay. Above and Beyond Service! I had a complete disaster - an entire can of paint spilled all over the floor of my car. It was everywhere: the backseat, running boards, even the tire and wheel wells! I was freaking out and had no idea what to do. I took my car to The Touchless Car Wash on Shady Grove, and the team there immediately jumped in to help. They worked so hard to clean up as much as they possibly could, spending time and care on every detail. Even more amazing -- they refused to charge me because they could see how upset I was. I was in tears, and they treated me with such kindness and compassion. Of course, I made sure to tip them for their incredible effort! I keep trying this car wash to see if anything changes...and it never does. Worst car wash ever. The employees just don't care. The spray gun operator at the beginning of the car wash barely sprays the car at all. If they do it, they give a half a** attempt only on one side of the car....I guess only one side was dirty. The people drying the car after the wash literally do nothing. They don't try and even fake drying it. By the time I get home, I have to rewash the car because of the soap streaks and ALL the completely still dirty parts that never get touched. Complete waste of money. Don't go. read more

Fairly priced at about $15-$20 for a one-time wash. The system in and out was quick as there are two lines open to pay and that merges in to one to enter. The whole was was less than 2 minutes, met with a quick blow dry and ending with a towel dry (which was nothing more than a few touches to the car from my experience). Upon complete, there is a separate lane to vacuum your vehicle and finish drying off the car. Overall, it serves it purpose. Enjoy! read more

One of the better car washes in the area. Since I don't have room in my garage for one of my vehicles I bought a monthly pass for $29 to get unlimited washes. If you wash your car more than once a month it's a great deal. It is a drive through wash so it's not perfect but it does do a pretty good job. My vehicles are new and I've had no issues with their system. Don't forget to turn off your auto wipers and close your side view mirrors if possible. read more

If you have a black or gray car, you're better off washing this yourself. I took my car there for a full wash and wax. Needless to say, the car came out with so many spots that it appeared worse than it came in. Keep in mind, my car is a 2023.. so fairly new. Spoke to the manager who had the nerve to tell me the spots were there when I came in. I pulled to the side and used my spray that I had before and showed him how it wipes away when I did it myself. No offer whatsoever to rewash the car or even a refund. First and last time. Not going there again. This used to be my go to car wash - always did a nice job. I just went and I was expecting a line of cars as is usually the case a few days after a snow storm but there was no line. Then I realize why: The service is no all automated and drive through. So there is no vacuuming the interior of the car, and no wiped down of the door sills or interior glass. And the price is the same! They don't even have the large mirror at the entrance so you can see where your car wheels are relative to the conveyor. Never seen a self drive through car wash without this. And the order system seems like to tries to get you to pay up for extra services you don't want. So I really should've checked the reviews for this place prior to shelling out $25. I got one of the crappiest car wash today. My car windows got streaks everywhere and it's cloudier than prior to taking it there. The car body itself has soap residue on it still and the inside barely vacuumed AT ALL. Road trip tomorrow - five and one half hours northbound to Bradford County, PA. Had to get gussied up right? First time at this place, here's how my plan unfolded...Went to Checkers next door for food and then proceeded to the car wash. Paid the bill, perused the trinkets and car smelly stuff. I spent upwards of $25 for the works, saw no tip jar (whew!) Half a burger and fries later I was summoned to drive away. Upon close inspection; opening all four doors and hatchback, I only found fourteen-and-a-half pine needles that were inadvertently dropped in the cargo area. These things are a pain to me , ugh! I swept them all away closed all my doors and drove into the sunset. My tires seemed naked to me so I had them dressed. Ready now to hit the road. The only thing I asked them to re-consider was the "Punch-Card Program" for frequent visitors. BFGO (Buy Five Get One Free)? "Nah - We're not into that here, sorry." I went to the one on Shady Grove August 1, 2023 because I got a coupon in the mail and was extremely disappointed with the "lack" of service. The self-pay machine was ridiculous to use and the guy had to help me. He automatically did not print a receipt. I always make sure I get a receipt to ensure I don't get charged for "extras". The COVID-19 changes are permanent (e.g., stay in your car, staff don't vacuum, don't clean the inside, and you can't go into the shop). They did spray the tires but ONLY on the driver's side. It's one of the things I always look for because the passenger side often gets left out. So why pay full price for half the cleaning? If I have to vacuum and clean the inside and clean the passenger side tires, then Touch Less is a perfect name. They don't do squat. For the first time ever, I did NOT leave a tip. I should get the tip if I'm doing 3/4 of the work to clean my car. Might as well go to the self-wash off Quince Orchard. read more

I have been going to Touch Less Car Wash for years. They have innovated and upgraded their operation many times. I had mud splattered and baked on my car from driving in mud. They put the car thru the wash twice and after there were still some mud spots, they removed them by hand. The hard to remove mud was not the fault of the car wash. A family business. read more

Finding a good car wash on MOCO is like finding a needle in the haystack. Look no further. A while back, my car needed a much needed bath and vacuum. It appears that they are under new management as of 11/2020. My car went through one of those things were goes into to a bay by itself. Im not a fan of the ones where you sit in the car, and put the wheel on a track. You mess up yours wheels, if you don't know what your doing. As your car is leaving the washing bay, people will come out and dress and prep your car. There is a manager or owner that is overlooking everyone's work. When my car was about to be handed over to me, the manager said, what happen to her license plate? For some reason, my back license plate was almost off my car. Manager called for one of the staff to come fix it. I must say this is one of the few times, my car looked like I just bought, Shiny and brand new. The interior was very clean. They went through every nook and cranny and cleaned my car, the first time around. Usually, I have to get someone to clean my interior again. No one spends as much time cleaning the inside as the team here. I haul plants in my station wagon for my business and it was literally full of dirt. Not a speck left after they cleaned. Did not pay extra for all the time they spent going after the mess all in around the back seats. Don't know where some of the folks complaining went but it couldn't have been here - interior clean included windows and cleaning around the dashboard and console along with the vacuuming.
